Njut av din ökenresa i Sunny Maricopa, AZ. i denna underbara 3 Bdrm, 2 badrum + kontor en enda berÀttelse hem. Ligger i Rancho El Dorado community pÄ ett hörnparti nÀra Duke golfbana.

Varje rum Àr inredda med alla nya mattor, fÀrg och helt nya möbler i varje rum. Den stora öppna planlösningen har ett inbjudande kök med plats för upp till 10 personer. Perfekt för att tillbringa tid med familj och vÀnner. Det anslutande familjerummet inkluderar en bekvÀm och mysig sektion och 58 "TV med Roku och massor av andra streamingappar.

Det finns ett formellt vardagsrum med tvÄ mysiga stolar perfekt för att lÀsa eller bara koppla av. Detta rum Àr öppet till en matsal med ett stort runt bord för extra sittplatser, kort eller spel med din familj.

Det stora sovrummet erbjuder en king size-sÀng, klÀdkammare och 43 "TV ocksÄ med roku. Det stora badrummet har en stor fÄfÀnga med tvÄ handfat, badkar och stor separat dusch. Inkluderade ocksÄ en separat dörr till baksidan uteplats och pool.

Det andra sovrummet har en dubbelsÀng och det tredje sovrummet har tvÄ sÀngar. Varje rum har nattduksbord och takflÀktar. Det huvudsakliga badet har kombination av handfat, toalett och badkar / dusch.

Ett privat kontor / 4: e sovrummet ligger precis utanför vardagsrummet och huset Àr utrustat med WiFI. Den mysiga soffan drar ut i en drottningssÀng för extra sovplats. Dörrarna stÀnger ocksÄ detta rum för integritet.

This is my 3rd time staying at this wonderful home. The house is always clean and well stocked for your needs. The host Mike is the best. He always responds quickly to questions and concerns. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. I won’t stay anywhere else when I visit Maricopa. It is a home away from home

2nd Visit Even Better Than the First!

My husband and I loved this place so much we had to go back! Great location, beautiful pool, close to golf course, clean and beautifully decorated. Kitchen well stocked. Mike, the owner, quick to respond to any inquiries. I am certain we will stay here again on our next visit to Maricopa AZ.

Relaxing and inviting!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. Nice quiet neighborhood, good location close to amenities. A couple of cleanliness issues, nothing we couldn't resolve, just a few misses by the cleaning crew. The owner was great with quick responses to our needs. Overall a wonderful stay. I would book this place again!

Very nice introduction to Maricopa

Our home in Oregon sold before our house in Maricopa was completed. We were on the fence about putting a pool in our new home so we decided to rent a house with a pool to see if we liked it. Love it! The house was just what we needed. Very close to everything to get us adjusted to the desert lifestyle. Plus the home was per friend for our 2 little pups. They sure enjoyed the back yard and a cooling dip on the pool. We will recommend this to any of our friends that want to come here.

Great Arizona stay near golf course

The house and area were wonderful and great for a small family! We enjoyed the pool and the close shopping centers. House itself was clean and welcoming, there was no shortage of towels, or any kitchenware.

Maricopa Getaway

This was our second stay in this house. The house is very clean and nicely decorated. The hosts are fantastic and reply quickly to questions. We love the pool and the neighborhood is quiet and well kept. It is home away from home for us as we visit family yearly. We will definitely use this property again.

Perfect for what we needed

Such an amazing home. Wanted to have a pool since we had my nephew with us and this house was PERFECT. Office came in handy as I needed to work a little while we were there. Hoping that this home will be available again next year when we come back out to the Casa Grande area again in 2024!

Very nice single level home in golf community. We travel to Maricopa frequently to see grandchildren and this is our go to house when available. Nice pool, well stocked home, nice quiet neighborhood. Owners are very responsive too any concerns.

We Loved The Pool!

Our trip to Maricopa was to visit our son and the grandchildren. What a wonderful home for all of us to enjoy! We absolutely loved the pool with the hot weather. On breaks we played games, foosball, and baked cupcakes. The home has every amenity you need and the location is easy to travel around Maricopa. The owners responded immediately to our questions. Highly recommend this home away from home.

We had a lovely stay at this home, Mike was very helpful the day we arrived, we had questions and he was able to resolve them right away. The home was well supplied in the kitchen, lots of pots and pans, plates, silverware etc.

We are Colorado natives but have enjoyed vacationing in Arizona for the last nine years. We have a son and daughter and have loved coming down to enjoy Spring Training in Phoenix, as well as the golf and sun and fun in the pool. We purchased this house in November 2019 as a place to retire in but we are renting to offset the costs. We can't wait until we are able to spend much more time playing in and enjoying Arizona. We hope you enjoy our sunny home as much as we do.
