Njut av din ökenresa i Sunny Maricopa, AZ. i denna underbara 3 Bdrm, 2 badrum + kontor en enda berättelse hem. Ligger i Rancho El Dorado community på ett hörnparti nära Duke golfbana.

Varje rum är inredda med alla nya mattor, färg och helt nya möbler i varje rum. Den stora öppna planlösningen har ett inbjudande kök med plats för upp till 10 personer. Perfekt för att tillbringa tid med familj och vänner. Det anslutande familjerummet inkluderar en bekväm och mysig sektion och 58 "TV med Roku och massor av andra streamingappar.

Det finns ett formellt vardagsrum med två mysiga stolar perfekt för att läsa eller bara koppla av. Detta rum är öppet till en matsal med ett stort runt bord för extra sittplatser, kort eller spel med din familj.

Det stora sovrummet erbjuder en king size-säng, klädkammare och 43 "TV också med roku. Det stora badrummet har en stor fåfänga med två handfat, badkar och stor separat dusch. Inkluderade också en separat dörr till baksidan uteplats och pool.

Det andra sovrummet har en dubbelsäng och det tredje sovrummet har två sängar. Varje rum har nattduksbord och takfläktar. Det huvudsakliga badet har kombination av handfat, toalett och badkar / dusch.

Ett privat kontor / 4: e sovrummet ligger precis utanför vardagsrummet och huset är utrustat med WiFI. Den mysiga soffan drar ut i en drottningssäng för extra sovplats. Dörrarna stänger också detta rum för integritet.

Bakgårdsuteplatsen har bord och stolar som ger den perfekta platsen att njuta av ditt morgonkaffe eller happy hour på eftermiddagen, med en ny propangrill för middagar i trädgården.

Den mindre staden Maricopa ligger borta från storstaden men innehåller flera golfbanor. Södra sanddynerna och Duke-golfbanan ligger bara en kort resa bort. Harrahs Casino, UltraStar Multi Entertainment Center på AK-Chin inkluderar bowlinghall, biograf och steak house samt kasinot. 2nd Visit Even Better Than the First!

My husband and I loved this place so much we had to go back! Great location, beautiful pool, close to golf course, clean and beautifully decorated. Kitchen well stocked. Mike, the owner, quick to respond to any inquiries. I am certain we will stay here again on our next visit to Maricopa AZ.

Great Arizona stay near golf course

The house and area were wonderful and great for a small family! We enjoyed the pool and the close shopping centers. House itself was clean and welcoming, there was no shortage of towels, or any kitchenware.

Spacious and great location

We had a 5 day stay, the house was spacious, comfortable and a great location for all of our activities. The pool is fantastic. The owner was very easy to work with and responded to messages very quickly. We hope to stay here again on a future trip to Maricopa.

A Great Stay

This property has everything you need for a great vacation. Large heated pool with a lot of pool toys, and clean well stocked home. The foosball table was fantastic, as was the The Duke golf course and clubhouse. The nearby Southern Dunes golf course is also one of the best kept secrets. The only negative is that we had to leave!

Maricopa Getaway

This was our second stay in this house. The house is very clean and nicely decorated. The hosts are fantastic and reply quickly to questions. We love the pool and the neighborhood is quiet and well kept. It is home away from home for us as we visit family yearly. We will definitely use this property again.

Very nice single level home in golf community. We travel to Maricopa frequently to see grandchildren and this is our go to house when available. Nice pool, well stocked home, nice quiet neighborhood. Owners are very responsive too any concerns.

Perfect for what we needed

Such an amazing home. Wanted to have a pool since we had my nephew with us and this house was PERFECT. Office came in handy as I needed to work a little while we were there. Hoping that this home will be available again next year when we come back out to the Casa Grande area again in 2024!

We Loved The Pool!

Our trip to Maricopa was to visit our son and the grandchildren. What a wonderful home for all of us to enjoy! We absolutely loved the pool with the hot weather. On breaks we played games, foosball, and baked cupcakes. The home has every amenity you need and the location is easy to travel around Maricopa. The owners responded immediately to our questions. Highly recommend this home away from home.

Very nice introduction to Maricopa

Our home in Oregon sold before our house in Maricopa was completed. We were on the fence about putting a pool in our new home so we decided to rent a house with a pool to see if we liked it. Love it! The house was just what we needed. Very close to everything to get us adjusted to the desert lifestyle. Plus the home was per friend for our 2 little pups. They sure enjoyed the back yard and a cooling dip on the pool. We will recommend this to any of our friends that want to come here.

Maricopa Retreat

We loved our stay! The house is beautifully decorated, updated, CLEAN, comfortable, and cozy. The heated pool was fantastic. The yard is private. We loved taking walks through the friendly and quiet neighborhood. Mike was available to answer our questions and had great communication with us before and during our stay. We added on an extra day to our trip and Mike was able to accommodate us. The house has all the comforts of home. Loved the extra touches like the magnified mirrors in the bathrooms, the cozy throw blankets, cool couch tables, and beach towels for the pool. Overall, this was a wonderful property and host. Highly recommend!

We are Colorado natives but have enjoyed vacationing in Arizona for the last nine years. We have a son and daughter and have loved coming down to enjoy Spring Training in Phoenix, as well as the golf and sun and fun in the pool. We purchased this house in November 2019 as a place to retire in but we are renting to offset the costs. We can't wait until we are able to spend much more time playing in and enjoying Arizona. We hope you enjoy our sunny home as much as we do.
