Casa Tranquila ligger på en lugn gata, bara ett kvarter från all action i hjärtat av landets äldsta stad. Byggt 1917 tak och har renoverats och är smakfullt inredda och utrustade med allt som behövs för att göra din vistelse i Historic St. Augustin en anmärkningsvärd upplevelse.

Inomhus matplats, uppdaterat kök, en utomhus uteplats på skärmen i verandan där gästerna kan njuta av ett kafé och scones i AM eller cocktails & Tapas på kvällen. I trädgårdsområdet har vi ett picknickbord, Bar-B-Que, en eldstad och sittgrupp.
Vi har Wifi, platt-TV, DVD-spelare, spel och filmer för underhållning.
Parkering bakom enheten. St. Augustin är ett mycket gångavstånd område och vårt avstånd till centrum är en kort promenad, Trolley Stop i slutet av vår gata, 4 kvarter norr om Ripley's Believe it or Not (Tro det) och City Gates, några fler kvarter och du är på St. George street med många restauranger och butiker. Castillo de San Marcos ligger också i närheten. När du parkerar din bil kommer du knappt att behöva den alls.

The cottage was very cute and quite comfortable, had everything we needed, which was really nice not to have to go and buy soap, garage bags, etc. It was a great location. We could walk to quite a few things.

The cottage was in the perfect location for getting to the trolley. We were able to walk are take the trolley most anywhere we wanted to go. Very cozy and comfortable cottage. We would love to stay there again. Also, Jim the host was really nice and checked in by text to see if we needed anything. Thanks for a lovely stay!!!

My best friend and I planned a trip to St Augustine, and found this wonderful cottage to stay in. It was very clean, comfortable and is a convenient location to Get to the tourist attractions and see the beautiful architecture from Spanish colonial Days. We highly recommend this cottage to future travelers.

Perfect little cottage!

Two Night Stay

The yellow cottage was very clean and comfortable. We parked the car upon arrival and didn't use it again until we left. The location is perfect for walking to the historic/shopping/restaurant district. We would certainly stay here again in the future.

James is a realtor and a real estate investor. Together with his brother Richard they have developed this property into a vacation rental. Richard oversaw the design, furnishings and landscaping of the property. \

James and Richard were raised by their parents on La Gorce Island in Miami Beach. Our great late father was a real estate developer. Richard lived locally and James lives in West Palm Beach, FL.

Varför värden valde detta boende

My late great brother Richard was already living in St. Augustine at the time and had fallen in love with the charm of the city and the people. We were looking for a property that we felt had a certain appeal about it as well as parking spaces for our guests. When we came across this location we knew this was the one. Thru much continued hard work we have transformed what was just a duplex which was very outdated to an updated Vacation rental while still trying to keep the old world ambiance about the place by keeping the original floors (in the main living area) and high ceilings with ceiling fans.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We chose this property because the cottages sat behind the main house and in addition to that it offered parking in the rear. The first thing you will notice when you walk in are the 11 ft. high ceilings making the place seem very open. Prior to walking into the unit you enter thru a screened in Porch. With all the lush landscaping there is just a certain serenity that can't be described but must be EXPERIENCED.
