Will stay again!!!!

Love how the trolley has two pick-up/drop-off locations. Loved the room. Plenty off room for us all. Love the Gatlinburg area. Will stay again!!! Had my first bear encounter. Small cub.

Great location

Great location to explore Gatlinburg and Smokey Mountains. Easy walk to Village shops and can avoid paying to park downtown. Clean unit and comfortable beds.

Good location and great space

We took a long weekend trip and booked this condo after we heard about it from a friend. It is in a really good location - walking distance to the Village and Aquarium, shops, etc. We loved how clean our condo was and all the amenities that came with it. We had a few minor issues with our room (some lights not working, exposed cables around little children) but overall wonderful experience and great spot for a family getaway!

Great place

If you’re a review freak like me. This place is perfect. Clean, updated, lots of space. We came down for a long weekend for my brothers it was my husband and I and our 3,2, and 3 month old. Plenty of room to spread out rooms are big enough if you need a pack and play and such. Was so nice having a functional kitchen with little. Book it now.

Absolutely beautiful condo. Only 1 thing I can say negative is the double bed room had TV issues. That's not even something to complain about. Nice view of mountains and city.

Downtown Gatlinburg

We come to Gatlinburg 2-4 times a year and always try and stay downtown as everything we love is right here. This is the first time stay here and will definitely be back. Loved the space, easy to walk to everything, staff on property very friendly and helpful. Had everything we needed for our 4 day stay.

3 nite stay

Beautiful spacious home. Very nice decor. Actual room was even nicer than the pictures. Nice large balcony (not a fascinating view). Easy walk to town.great price. Saw a bear off the balcony. Trolly comes on occasion. Pool looked nice but was pretty crowded due to excessive heat. Quiet area. We had neighbors but rooms are quiet. I would highly recommend this room.i mistakenly let my phone die and had my elevator code and room code on there . Long story… but keep your codes with you!!!!

First time so close without being in a hotel

First just let me say the apartment was amazing. Our only real issue was you have to he very careful stepping in off the balcony or you will trip on the slightly raised fireplace area. The beds slept well. The place was stocked like you would expect. Plenty of dishes cooking items and the such. It was Ll super clean and felt like home away from home. Now to the location. Not only was it just a 5 to 10 minute walk to our favorite spot...the Village Fountain. It was a smooth low slope walk right along a rushing creek all the way into the city. We loved our stay and plan on using Baskins Creek and Vacasa for our future stays

Some Issues but Great Location

Check in and out was easy. Everything was done through email/text. The condo was spacious and clean. It is within walking distance of downtown and just up the hill from Anakeesta and the aquarium. There is also a trolley stop across the street if you choose to use it but we found walking to be much more efficient. The beds we’re comfortable and we enjoyed the jetted tub. That said there were some issues that we encountered. The couch facing the balcony did not recline. Looked like an electric issue because the lamp did not turn on either. The wifi kept dropping out and did not work all the time. Despite starting that it came with Netflix, only the living room was equipped with it bit we could not get it to work. The bedroom tvs are not smart tvs and trying to navigate the remotes and change cable channels was challenging even for my techie son. While there is a spacious kitchen, it is not well stocked with any fundamental supplies that you would expect. The kuerig did not have the adapter to use the cups and we had to cut them open and pour the coffee in the basket. The blender did not have a cover. The drawer closest to the stove doesn’t open because the stove handle blocks it. All these issues were emailed twice but we received no response. We also mentioned it to the girl at the desk but she said there was nothing she could do as each unit is privately owned. Would likely stay at this complex but a different unit that had better kitchen amenities.

Pretty good

Beautiful and quiet, but close!

Convenient, Clean, and Hassle-free

Great Stay

Go with another unit

The decor, but not the chairs, as they are not comfortable. The frig does not cool properly. Only ½ the toaster worked. The can opener works poorly and so does the hand held can opener. One queen bed mattress is broken down. If you place the dryer on high heat, it makes an awful racket. The king size sheets are an ill fit and continually come off. Electrical wires come out of the sheet rock to under kitchen shelf lighting. The kitchen is poorly stocked, with broken utensils.

Nice family Vacation place

I loved how close it was to town, it was exactly how it described on the web site. the rooms were amazing, it was easy to check in and out. It was very clean too. Would stay here again and suggest it to everyone...
