The Elm House had everything we needed for our 9 day stay; lots of room, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, pillows and extra linens, throw blankets, excellent AC, large and stocked kitchen supplies, washer/dryer, parking off the street, and you can sit outside in front of the gas fireplace and listen to the live music from Downtown Gilbert, it’s that close!Would highly recommend staying at the Elm House!

Perfect Location. Lovely Stay.

Stayed for a week with mom m and sister and fell in love with Gilbert and the cutest house I n town. Elm Street had everything we needed and was a wonderful home base. Kitchen was furnished nicely with cooking tools, coffee maker, Keurig, and dishes.The two bedrooms had plenty of pillows, blankets, and hangers so we were able to check in and make ourselves at home. We enjoyed morning walks and lunches in town and really loved getting to know Gilbert better. I would happily stay here again and will recommend it to others visiting Arizona.

Perfect Location

This location made sense for all of the surrounding areas. It is close enough to Downtown Gilbert to enjoy the nightlife, restaurants, and more without ever having to use a vehicle. The house is extremely spacious and very welcoming. Check in was a breeze with the electronic lock system.

Amazing location one block off Gilbert Rd. We walked everywhere, loved it!

Great location, easy parking a F350 long bed in the driveway. Very clean property, all the other family that were in town wanted to hang out at our place over their rentals which were not really walking distance to the strip. We really enjoyed walking to eating and shopping downtown Gilbert, 18 minutes to Superstition Mountain and Tonah Nat'l Park plus full shopping centers off Gilbert Rd less than 2 miles away. Will stay here again and highly recommend!

Great location near downtown Gilbert

We love staying near downtown . This property is new , clean and in a great location . I texted a list to the property owners of household items that would be great additions that guests will likely want to use . I did not give a 5 overall because communication on the front end of our visit was a bit delayed . Communication during stay was fine - and we needed a visit from a HVAC repair person during our stay . The problem was resolved quickly.

Perfection on Elm

We used this property for getting ready for our wedding & it couldn’t have been more perfect. Everything is very well lit & very clean. I had a hard time with something and the owner responded immediately. I would highly recommend staying here.
