Great view

This condo has a beautiful view of the gulf and short walk to the beach! Overall the house was very nice & and we enjoyed our stay. Also, I'm unsure if I just misread the description, but there was only 1 roll of toilet paper provided for our stay and 1 garbage bag.

GREAT VIEW OF OCEAN

My husband and I stayed the weekend at this condo. Pros of the condo: The condo is in a nice area. Very close (walking distance) to a nice restaurant and store. Air works great and water pressure is good. Plenty of towels provided in the bathroom. It does have 2 tables and 4 chairs on the balcony. Refrigerator was very clean inside. Cons of the condo: Couch is in need of cleaning or replacing. Need a broom and dust pan to sweep up the sand that is brought back in so you don't have to drag out the vacuum. The curtain holder over the sliding door is coming out of the wall and needs to be fixed before the curtain falls. I would stay here again, but hopefully next time, the cons have been considered.

Family and Beach

This property provided a place right on the beach where we could sit around in our PJs and enjoy the ocean waves and beach. If you stay here be aware the kitchen has all the cookware, but no foil, plastic wrap, or spices.

Off Season Stay

My stay was nice except for the construction that took place on the building and the unit right next to me. They would start their work before 7AM, which would wake me up with the bedroom wall right next to the work. I eventually slept on the couch and closed the partition. The details about construction weren’t in the description, so check that out. Other than that, it was a very lovely stay. Easy access to the beach and away from the busyness of town.

It was a nice stay.

It was very clean and a great location! The beds where a little to firm for our backs haha The refrigerator needs upgrading in my opinion it took a while to cool our drinks. Kitchen was FULLY stacked with everything needed to cook!

Great location, great condo

This property was perfect for our short stay. It was ready for early check-in that we were able to take advantage of which gave us extra time on the beach. The convenient beach access and close proximity to nearby shops and restaurants was great! Thr view from the balcony waa amazing.

Broken air conditioner; no manager ever contacted us

When we arrived the dryer was broken and we contacted the management company. This wasn't fixed until the last day of our stay. In addition, the air conditioner didn't work and was never fixed. No one ever returned our calls to address this concern. Very frustrating. We are asking for a full refund and are still waiting!

Nice location

Let’s start with the positive: The room was on the 2nd floor just above the garage which I liked and the view was great! The room was clean. Had very nice countertops and flooring. The management company was very quick to respond, helpful and nice. A blow dryer wasn’t supplied with the room and the management team had someone go out to Walmart, get one and bring it to us. Cudos to them! Ok NOW the negative: If you plan to have your cell phone or computer for anything but taking pictures, you can forget that. The WiFi is horrible! Even when connected to their network. I had noticed someone else complaining about that. Though you can tell the rooms had been updated, the workmanship looked like that of an amateur. The flooring WAS nice but so uneven that you wouldn’t be able to slide anything across the floor without it catching. The Sheetrock was very rough around the switch’s and plugs. My wife didn’t like the loose plumbing fixtures in the shower. The microwave door was broken and still plugged in which was a hazard. But they had a big monster microwave taking up your space on the nice countertops. The pull out couch had buttons missing. Mold around bathroom vent. Dirt and sand in the corner in bathroom. Bathroom shower curtain missing one of the hangers and was left that way. The other hangers were barely hanging on. These are so cheap to replace that there’s no reason for this. The fitted sheet was either the wrong size or just a cheap set of sheets. Fitted sheet wouldn’t stay on. The clothes dryer, though a newer unit, wouldn’t turn off on its own. Put cloths in on sensor dry before dinner and came back 3 hours later and it was still running and clothes were dry. So I put it on timed dry another time and it done the same thing. Needs a new timer. These negative things mentioned are minor things mostly that could be taken care of for very little. But for me it’s the little things that mean the most. We have our own Vrbo and these issues wouldn’t be acceptable. Would I stay here again? Probably but would probably try another place. I did mention they had no hair dryer. The management team said one wasn’t provided with our rental. I have never stayed ANYWHERE that didn’t have a hair dryer. This was a low cost fix which Vacasa took care of for us.

Nice clean condo, decorated very modern and cute. Loved the view

We love staying in that particular area for S and S seafood and the beach house restaurant. The building is very clean, the cleaning ladies go above and beyond always moping.

Nice place

Overall the condo was cute and met our needs. Pros: Beautiful view of the beach Well stocked with necessities for a week long trip Clean Not far from all of the fun things to do when weather permits The house manager was sweet and left my son a little treat knowing it was his first beach vacation. Cons: We were disappointed that the wifi/internet did not work because there were points when the weather was miserable so being inside streaming something was a last resort but unable to do something. Wasn’t told until after our arrival that the wifi was an issue. The mattress on the bunks and couch need to be changed out to something a little more comfortable. Cell service was spotty at best unless you went outside to your car. The balcony would be perfect with a couple of lounge or Adirondack chairs to enjoy morning coffee.
