Välkommen till Destin West Gulfside # 407! Denna underbara fastighet är ett rum med 1 sovrum + våningssäng. Dessa lägenheter ligger i Gulfside-byggnaden vid Destin West Beach och Bay Resort. Anläggningen har direkt tillgång till stranden, många pooler och en lat flod. Denna lägenhet erbjuder en fantastisk utsikt över stranden, poolen, solnedgångar och staden! Detta är en fantastisk semester destination.

Destin West Gulf was everything we needed and more. Beautiful beach, nice pools and great location. Condo was great with everything you need for your stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Destin West Gulfside

The condo was very clean and just as listed. The beds were comfortable and the view was beautiful. It was nice to be steps from the beach and having beach service included was a plus. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Location

We have stayed at this location several times. We love the beach and amenities. There is so much to do in the area. The condo comes fully equipped with everything you may need. It was clean and comfortable.

great place

condo had everything we needed, clean, great communication with manager, beach service was awesome, and lots of restaurants - things to do within walking distance. The only down side was the pool, they leave the lights on 24hrs and they blink and strobe and change colors, very distracting - they should shut those off when the pool closes but I'm sure that is something to take up with the HOA. Otherwise we enjoyed our vacation immensely !

Wonderful Condo

We stayed the first week in May and the condo was exactly as pictured and described. This was our first trip to the Destin/Fort Walton area and we had a wonderful time. The color of the gulf water is amazing and the beach was clean. We saw several dolphins from the pier. I would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

Beautiful property! Everything was great! Love the pools, easy access to the beach and bay. The balcony was our breakfast spot to enjoy the shade and watch dolphins in the morning! We really loved it! (None of the TV remotes work - but we don't really watch TV any way - Putting this here because its an easy fix and the mgmt needs to know). Thank you so much for hosting us! We would love to stay here again!

Great stay..hope to be back

Great place. I wish i could stay there forever. I had Quick respond to any questions. One tip: bring your dish sponge or cloth. They have body boards there. 2 chairs and umbrella are included in your stay on the Beach. Just register with the guy in a little white booth on the beach. The hotel has everything to enjoy stay with kids . If you have toddlers there is a wonderful beach 1 min drive away from this hotel where the water is super shallow for almost 100 yards long .

Clean and an amazing view

Came here with our family of four. Two teenage girls that had a blast with all the amenities between the two buildings. We were able to reserve our beach chairs with no issues! So nice that is included in the cost. We had everything we needed to cook basic meals and coffee 😁 Definitely recommend this property!

Amazing Stay

My family (2 adults, 4 children) recently vacationed at Frank’s place (Aug 2023). Communication with Frank was easy as he is quick and responsive. Check in was simple and required us to just show up at the door. The apartment was immaculate and fit all of us comfortably. The view of the gulf, pier and pool was magnificent. Easy access to beach and pool. Short walk to lazy river with convenient bridge walkway. Great location with access to supermarkets, gas stations and gift shops. Also great location if you are looking to visit Destin. Pool towels a plus!!!! Also, Frank leaves necessary items like dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, coffee, salt/pepper, etc. We had the most magnificent time and witnessed such natural beauty and wildlife. My family will definitely be back!!!!!

Very nice, and clean condo.

Our condo was ready a little early, however we were still not going to get there until after the check-in time. It was nice to be informed of the possibility. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our week long stay. They included a bottle of non-alcohol bubbly and a welcome note. That was nice. The condo also smelt very clean. The cabinetry in the kitchen seems to have been from a refurbishment. They don't seem to line up very well and the drawers rub against each other. However they do function. There was a Roku remote but not Roku device. We mentioned it to the cleaning crew. The door handle on the bed room closet fell off. It was missing the set screw that holds it on. One of the 5 wrist bands was broken. We only needed 2, so that was no issue. Some of the crown molding above the balcony door in the living room had come loose. About midway through the week I pushed it back int place so it didn't break. We informed the cleaning crew of the issues we noticed and they offered to come correct them immediately. We opted to wait until after we left and they obliged.

Truly a great place to stay!

There isn’t anything negative I could say about this property! It truly was perfect for our family of 4! Having free beach service with access to all the pools at the property was an added bonus that made our stay perfect! The entire property was so clean! I was truly very impressed! We will be back, and will for sure book this property again!

Great vacation Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Destin West Beach and Bay resort. The location to the Beach was perfect and the complimentary beach service was a plus also. We were also pleased with the location to the local restaurants and activities that Destin and Ft. Walton Beach have to offer.

Just what we needed!

Wonderful property! Condo was exactly as listed and the pictures from the balcony are accurate. Check on simple and we loved the door code... Not having to worry about a key on the beach was nice. I always have a list of condo necessities; things we need and always forget for example laundry detergent, beach towels, sugar, salt & pepper, vegetable oil, can opener and a pizza cutter. So I was delighted to see that Frank had thought of everything and it was all already there. The umbrella and beach chairs were an added bonus but make sure to line up early to get the front row as it is first come. Pool on Gulf side was wonderful and not too crowded. Walk to car- easy (park on 4th floor and print your window permit). Walk to beach- make sure to go down the elevator located at the end toward the beach. If it gets too busy on the beach by the condo, take a walk toward Destin, after Beasley Park, it empties out. Sunsets are beautiful and the pier is very close and makes an amazing picture background. Would definitely visit again!

Great vacation

We had a wonderful vacation. Loved the location! The condo was clean and well stocked. The beds were cozy and the view was great. We drank coffee and watched the dolphins every morning from the balcony. I highly recommend!

Clean and beautiful

The property was just as pictured. I was very pleased with the level of cleanliness when we arrived. Great spot for a family. My 2 younger children loved the bunks while my older daughter was very happy she had a full sized pull out couch. The property manager was informative and responded extremely quickly to any questions. This was our 3rd year staying at Destin West and this condo was by far our favorite property we’ve stayed in there. We will definitely be back.

Great Condo!

I arrived to a condo that was much better than the photos. Condo had just been freshly painted a new color. Condo was super clean and beautiful. View was amazing! Kids loved the bunk beds. Resort was great with lots of pools. Going to beach was quick and easy. Had a great time and would definitely return for a longer stay.
