Allt du behöver för en familjesammanträde eller vänner flykt på vattnet. Sylvan Sunrise är en pärla i ett sjöhus vid kusten av Minnesota Lake Sylvan, en underbar tillflyktsort för bad, fiske, båtliv, kajakpaddling och mer. Detta vackert inredda och rymliga fyrbäddshus med tre badrum är perfekt för en familjesammanträde eller tillflyktsort med vänner. Detta trädbevuxna läge på punkten har utsikt över övre Sylvan-sjön, med vattenklarhet till 20 pluss fot. Oavsett säsong är allt du behöver på plats, inklusive en vedeldad spis, bastu i hemmet, ett spelrum, en utomhus eldstad, två kajaker, en icke-motoriserad roddbåt och en båtlift vid bryggan. Familjerummet har ett välvt tak i två våningar och vedeldad spis. Det rymliga köket har en dubbelugn, mittö, stort skafferi och nytt kylskåp. Matbordet har plats för åtta och kan utvidgas till tolv. Spelrummet erbjuder fotboll, ping pong och det klassiska videospelet Donkry Kong. Inomhusbastun, uppvärmd och klar på 30 minuter, värmer dig upp efter ett dopp eller en promenad. WIFI och internet-TV finns. I familjen och verandan är det ett bra ställe att läsa, beundra utsikten eller öppna fönstren och njuta av vinden på sommarkvällarna. Sovrum är perfekta för 14 i sängar. Den första våningen sovrummet har en queen size-säng och ett master bad med jacuzzi badkar och fristående dusch. På den höga andra nivån sover ett "barnrum" sex på två uppsättningar med våningssängar (dubbelsängar på botten och tvillingar på toppen). Två andra sovrum, ett med anslutet däck, har dubbelsängar och gott om plats. Ytterligare utdragbar soffa finns på andra nivå. Beautiful location

We enjoyed the location very much, as well as the included watercraft. We had some trouble getting comfortable temperatures between upstairs and downstairs, and it could have been slightly cleaner when we arrived but overall we had a good stay.

Family get away

Wonderful stay over the New Year!

We spend a few nights with some friends and all of our kids and the space was comfortable and enjoyable for all of us with our diverse needs. We loved the sauna and of course the kids loved donkey kong and the surrounding woods were so lovely and peaceful with a nice coat of winter snow. It was a great time and we would love to come and stay again! Thanks so much for the stay!

Peaceful Get Away

This was our third year staying at Sunrise on Sylvan- and it does have a magnificent Sunrise! We had a great time enjoying every day out on the lake. Weather was great- so enjoyed swimming, kayaking, fishing and rented a pontoon and tube. Campfire smores were a great hit to complete our evenings. Hearing the loons out on the lake made sitting out on the dock so peaceful and relaxing. A great property to stay at.

Read and Rest weekend with the girls

This is a beautiful property. There are many little nooks and seating areas to gather with a small group or have some time alone, both inside and out. The kitchen had all the dishes, pots, pans we needed for our meals and the extra refrigerator and freezer in the game room was so helpful. I stayed upstairs in a room facing the lake and when the sunrise occured it was breathtaking. I 100% recommend Sylvan Sunrise for a little respite in nature and to gather witj those you love!

Siblings Get-Away

Beautiful setting - loved the woods and winding roads. Wish the weather would have been better, but on the rainy day we spend quality time playing cards and board games. The house has excellent gathering spots perfect for conversation and playing games. The kitchen is well appointed and the beds very comfortable. We were able to have one bonfire by the lake and to grill some steaks outside. All in all a very pleasant stay. Thank you!

Look no further!

This property was just as advertised. It was a very quiet location and allowed us to have the privacy we were looking for. It was enough space for a large group to comfortably stay/sleep, and allowed us to have plenty of room for activities like yard games and relaxing outside. Close enough to everything you need in case you forget something too. Jeff was very responsive when we needed something as well. 10/10 would recommend!

Peaceful Get Away

We were able to stay at Sunrise on Sylvan for five days. This is such a great place for getting away to escape! We had 10 people and were able to spread out great into all of the bedrooms. The kids and adults enjoyed the game room! Having the 3 kayaks was wonderful! The kids think a paddle boat would be a great addition at the cabin! We spent most of the time swimming and kayaking in the beautiful lake. The kids were excited to see and hear loons as well as a bald eagle! The cabin had everything we needed for meals and we were just able to relax! What a peaceful get away!

Nice getaway, but needs better cleaning.

The space was a nice size and layout for our family, but definitely not as clean as I expected it to be. Considering the cleaning fee is so high, I expected a much cleaner house. I would say it was just surface clean, needed a good dusting and vacuuming.

Secluded & spacious

Very private with a nice big deck on the lakeside. Very spacious inside -- we had 4 adults & 3 kids & never felt crowded. Nice dock & convenient boat lift -- the grandkids had a great time catching bass & sunnies off the dock. Home was well maintained except for a few housekeeping issues (sliding door tracks were dirty, the ovens needed cleaning, no colander available in the kitchen, cobwebs in the 3-season porch, lots of hair on top of the drain in the master bath shower that wasn't ours, and we couldn't close the vertical blinds in the master bedroom). Also, you better be sure-footed to get around the large rocks right in front of the dock. The pros outweighed the cons and would stay there again!

Family Vacation

This place is beautiful! We stayed for a week; a couple of days on our own and the rest of the time with our kids and grandkids. There was enough room for everybody and the property is perfect for lots of activities. With four bedrooms and three baths, we were all quite comfortable. And the beautiful kitchen made mealtime easy and pleasant. The lake views are breathtaking, and the water is crystal clear. We brought along a boat, and we all enjoyed touring this scenic location. We spent hours hanging out on the dock and playing in the water. The fire pit provided a perfect spot to wind down each day with a camp fire and s’mores. The cabin itself is beautifully decorated, and we couldn't find a single thing that was lacking. The owners have taken great care in making sure renters have everything they would need, and it’s all first class. The spectacular porch provided a great spot to hang out. The kids had a great time in the game room when they weren't playing outside. The sauna was an unexpectedly elegant treat. There’s even a washer and dryer and a dishwasher, which sure makes life easier if you’re going to be there for a few days. The property is quiet and private. We’re already talking about how much fun it would be to come back!! If you’re seeking a beautiful Minnesota vacation spot, look no further….Sunrise at Sylvan is perfect!!
