NEW-Charleston Guest House w / Pool on Golf Course

Nyrenoverat Guest / Pool House ligger på 10: e hålet på Charleston Municipal Golf Course.

Beläget i den historiska stadsdelen Charleston, South Carolina, Riverland Terrace. Riverland Terrace utvecklades först från 1925. Det är en av James Island, South Carolina äldsta stadsdelar. Terrassen ligger 10 minuter väster om centrum av Charleston längs Wappoo Creek och inre vattenvägen. Området har en offentlig båtlandning, Charleston Municipal Golf Course, en lekplats, restauranger och många antikaffärer.

Den historiska Oaks Avenue, som leder in i grannskapet, består av 73 levande ekar som tros vara över 100 år gamla. Alléen av ekar hade påbörjats omkring 1910 och utvecklarna avslutade installationen av ekarna under landskapsarkitekturen från början 1925. Under 2017 hade stadsdelarna problem med att det lokala elföretaget skulle skära ner träd i onödan.

Terrassen består av cirka 800 bostäder. Fort Pemberton, en inbördeskrigsförstärkning byggd 1862, kvarstår idag.

Vårt pensionat har en gemensam pool (även om vi aldrig använder), fullt kök, parkering utanför gatan, tvättmaskin, torktumlare och diskmaskin som du kan använda.

Great stay!

We stayed for a 2 night quick trip to see a friend moving from Charleston up north. The apartment was the perfect size for our 2 adults and 2 kids family. Everything was clean, and the pool was fun. Our kids swam even though it was only about 72 out. They still had a blast! The location is convenient to everything. We will definitely consider this property when we returning to Charleston!

Excellent Accommodations

The property was perfect for me and my daughter and two grandkids. They provided everything you could need and the pool was perfect for our use. Neighborhood was quiet and golf course within walking distance. Alicia was our host and she was very friendly and accomodating.

Great property

My mom and I went to visit my niece. This property is in a great location, close to the beach, downtown and the airport. The pool was much needed in the 90+ temps. Host on property was so sweet and friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Great little place!

Perfectly Located Diamond

This property was extremely well maintained, has attentive hosts, and was perfectly located between Folly Beach and Charleston’s Historic District. It was, by far, one of the best properties we have ever stayed at. Having a pool to soak in after a hot day or the ability to play a round of golf at the city course that is literally across the street makes this property a diamond. But small touches like having an ice maker, luxury towels, and easy check in made it shine.

House was wonderful!

The house was exactly as advertised! We stayed 3 nights and bounced between downtown Charleston, Folly Beach, and Beaufort. The house was perfectly located, close to a lot of restaurants, and was well equipped. My only real complaint is that the pool was being cleaned during our entire stay, so we were unable to use it. Wasn't a huge deal, but had I brought my children, they would have been disappointed. TV channel access is VERY limited, so you'll want to log in to your own Netflix account or the like if you plan to use the TV.

Perfect place in Charleston

Our trip was perfect from the moment we pulled up. The apartment is perfect for a family of 4. It has everything you need as well. The pool is great with pool toys for the kiddos and very comfortable chairs for the adults. The neighborhood is amazing as well. There are parks and the best local golf course just steps away. Blake was an amazing host and checked on us and made sure our trip was perfect. Thank you!!!

Very comfortable

My son and I were in Charleston for a golf tournament and found the accomodations perfect for a 5-night stay. The full kitchen was nice and properly outfitted to cook, although we did not. Two sizeable bedrooms upstairs gave us privacy and the beds were very comfortable. Location on James Island is very good. Owner was very hospitable and prompt in communicating. We will return.

Fabulous

The property owners are excellent. They really went above and beyond to meet expectations. The house is adorable and perfect for a long weekend. The location is 5 mins from grocery stores, bars, and restaurants. Depending on traffic you’re 10 mins from downtown Charleston and 15 from Folly Beach. It was nice to have a quiet and tranquil place to rest after a busy day of site seeing. We will be back!!!!!

Communication Excellence

Days before we occupied the property the owners were very punctual answering any questions we might have. Sometimes the owners response would come within minutes. The property is in excellent shape and as you enter the residence you know immediately that not only do the owners pay great attention to the details, their follow up process with any questions asked during our stay was outstanding. We really enjoyed our stay. The host has made sure that guest will find comforts of home. I appreciated that there was tea and coffee and plenty of toiletries. You don’t find that in many places!

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed it very much. The owner was very nice and easy to work with. The only thing that was lacking was not enough chairs in the living area. We brought 2 chairs in from the pool area and made it work.

Peaceful location

We had a great time during our stay. The house was perfect size for our family of 4. The owners were very kind and made sure we had everything we needed multiple times throughout our stay. The location was close to all the places we visited in Charleston! It was great. We would definitely stay here again. Our deepest condolences to the owners for the passing of their father.
