A quiet backyard path and walkway leads to a private boat dock complete with a fish cleaning station, and the provided fishing equipment, canoe, and two kayaks ensure you’ll be able to put both to good use. The enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water is the perfect spot to rinse off after returning from the beach, which is only a brief 2-4 minute car ride away. Or if you prefer, you can use the provided golf cart and two bikes to help ferry your crew back and forth from the ocean side! The golf cart includes a town parking permit for your convenience.
