Detta 3 sovrum, 2 badrum hemma, beläget i Oklahoma Tall Grass Prairie byggdes av en ung ranching familj 1963. Interiören totalrenoverades hösten 2019. Allt nytt kök, apparater, badrum och sängkläder. Master bad har en duschkabin. Det andra badet har ett badkar med kaklat dusch. Diskmaskin, tvättmaskin och torktumlare på plats. Internet tillgängligt och du kan logga in på dina strömningskonton och titta på 55 "Roku TV i vardagsrummet. Alla bekvämligheter i hemmet, på ranch.

Ligger på en arbetande ko / kalv ranch i NE Kay County Oklahoma. Angus korsar nötkreatur och hästar betar på åkrarna som omger hemmet. Vyerna är fantastiska. Sitt ute på det täckta däck och lyssna på coyoterna i skymningen och titta på Northern Harrier och Red Tailed Hawks sväva över det höga gräset från verandan. Om du har tur kan du se en Bald Eagle eller två.

Beläget mitt i det höga gräsranchlandet. Bara 10 minuter till Washunga Bay på Kaw Lake och bara 1 1/2 miles till Little Beaver-rampen. Jägare och fiskare, båtfartyg och entreprenörer välkomna. Bara 50 minuter eller 5 mil till Pawhuska, Oklahoma och Pioneer Woman Mercantile. 40 mil till Tall Grass Prairie Preserve Besökscenter. 14 miles (3 miles of grus) till Newkirk, Oklahoma. 30 miles till Ponca City och Marland Mansion. 23 miles till South Wind Casino. 20 mil till Native Lights och First Council Casinos. Ligger precis vid TransAmerica Dirt Bike Trail.

Home on the Range is a Gem!

Highly recommended this rental if you’re in the Kaw Lake area. The home is clean, spacious and well equipped. The views are beautiful, and the location is so convenient to the lake. Mimi was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again if we’re in the area!

Memorial Day stay

My family and I absolutely loved everything about our stay. The land, house, amenities and VIEW were all comfortable and welcoming. We did not want to leave. Met and spoke with the host, Mimi. She is delightful. We have already made plans to return to this property.

Family Hunting Trip

This is a beautiful updated home. Its very convenient to Kaw Lake which was the reason we were in the area--to go fishing. Enjoyed hanging out with my son and daughter in law and with my small grandchildren this week. Nice family home.

So Perfect & Convenient!

We were going to our Custer family reunion in Grainola, Oklahoma and needed a place to stay. I couldn't believe I found this wonderful house only 16 miles away. It's newly remodeled with granite & tile in the bathrooms with pretty matching towels; comfy beds with quilts; granite counter tops & recessed lighting in the kitchen with drawers that closed by themselves. We were so happy with our stay. Our only regret was that we were not able to spend more time during our stay since our days were spent at the reunion. Everyone at the reunion, was impressed that I found something so close.

Vacation for Indian Tribal Horse Relay Races

We loved our stay on the range and the three kids ran and played outside until they were worn out. The Indian relay races were awesome as was the shopping in Pawhuska. We also toured the Drummond Lodge where the Pioneer Woman is filmed. Fun time and plenty to do.

Perfect little "Home on the Range"

This little house is situated out on an open prairie. It was a perfect place to just relax and enjoy the breathtaking sunrises/sunsets. We were also able to observe playful wildlife in the fields. Best of all, while you feel like you are far away from everything, it is actually only about a short 25 minutes to Ponca City so it isn't too far away. The house itself is adorable. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated, and there is a coffee bar as well. There were plenty of towels and blankets available as too. The owner, Ms. Mimi, is very helpful. We had the pleasure of meeting her a few times during our visit. She asked several times if we needed anything, and even offered to cook for us. Lol. She even baked fresh cookies for us for our arrival. Given the opportunity to return to the area again, we will definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful home on the prairie

Everything was just perfect!!! It is a peaceful property and very close to Kaw management area. Ms. Marilyn made sure we knew not to hesitate to contact her if we needed anything. The house was supplied with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Definitely be back!!!

The owner was more than helpful from start to finish. Everything was clean, neat, and cozy. “ A Home On The Range” has such a peaceful ranch atmosphere, complete with all the modern necessities. We will definitely utilize this wonderful, spacious accommodation again!

Cute Farmhouse in the Prairie

Beautiful updated farmhouse. Beds were very comfortable, Big bathrooms and showers, kitchen with everything we needed, back deck with gorgeous views. Very private and relaxing stay for our family of 5. Short 10-15 min drive to Washunga Bay at Kaw Lake with our boat. Mimi was great! We hope to come back soon

Oasis on the plains

This property obviously has a rich history and has been restored to a very comfortable lodge with every amenity that was needed. Very peaceful and beautiful. Used this location as home base for a kayaking trip from Little Beaver Creek to Washunga Bay on Kaw Lake and the proximity to both couldn't be beat. Short drive to Newkirk for gas or to pick up needed/forgotten items. Full kitchen worked well to prepare meals for a group. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

There is a large yard, plenty of room for the kids to run or to park your boat or trailer. We have a well-water pump for the fishermen and a clothes-line for your wet lake clothes. Lots of wildlife, cattle and horses grazing the pastures. We offer peace and quiet and easy access to Kaw Lake, as well as a nice headquarters for visiting Ponca City or Pawhuska. Emergency generator kicks in if electric grid goes out!
