We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! Every detail from welcome snacks and drinks to night lites in every room made our stay even more enjoyable. Our kids were happy to have their own rooms and bathrooms and we loved that the pool and clubhouse were so close. We will definitely be staying here again!

Disney vacation with 3 teens

We had a wonderful week staying at this condo. It is very close to Disney parks, just a quick drive. It is also close to Walmart and many great restaurants. Very quiet and safe area. Owners kept in contact and had us prepared for arrival. Would highly recommend this condo and resort.

Perfect!!

This is the second time that we have stayed in this home and we enjoyed it just as much the second time around. The home is in a perfect location. There are alot of restaurants and shopping centers nearby and it’s close to Sea World, Universal, and Disney!! It’s perfect!!

Great place to stay!

We had a lovely time, and this place was a very good place to stay! It was clean and perfect for our family of five! Our kids loved the pool at the house as well as the water park slides and pool! We would love to come back one day!

Très bon séjour à ce resort. Seul petit problème à l’accueil de la part des gestionnaires du resort mais même ma 3:30 am le propriétaire s’est réveillé afin de régler le problème avec l’accueil. Communication constante et précise sur tout ce que nous avions d’inclus et les obligations à remplir. Je retournerai certainement dans 1 de ses 4 propriétés

Perfect Stay Near Disney

The house is located in a secure and safe resort, conveniently close to Disney World, Walmart, and a variety of restaurants. The place is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, including a nice washer and dryer. The host is friendly and provided thoughtful reminders, with clear check-in/out instructions. I will definitely rebook when I visit Orlando again!

Birthday Disney Trip 2024

We came down for Disney for our daughters 6th birthday.Very last-minute booking but Jeannie was patient and worked with us. Its a home away from home. The layout is ideal with the master and kids room on the top floor. Having the heated pool in Dec is a cherry on top. Plenty of space for a larger group, beds are very comfortable and location for the home is ideal with the clubhouse just around the corner (walking and visiting with the ducks). Pool area is clean, great for the kids, DJ was on point and Larger pool is Heated. We most definitely will be staying again.

Wonderful Stay!

This was the perfect location for our small family to relax and enjoy some quality time. We loved everything about it and enjoyed the community pool as well. Great location to all the favorites and very quiet.

Disney Vacation

This is a great location near local shopping and Wal-Mart. We had everything we needed and the place was very tidy. This provides much more room for all age groups we had and we much prefer it to a hotel. The location is less than 15 minutes from any Disney park and we had a very easy time finding everything.

Accurate listing

Super clean, close to everything, easy check-in. The listing photos are accurate to the actual property and host instructions were clear and easy to understand. The six year old loved the onsite water park as well as the private pool. This was a Disney World trip and it was extremely easy to get to each park from the property. All in all would definitely stay here again!

We started managing vacation rentals in 2008 and expanded to the Kissimmee area in 2013. We enjoy making memories with friends and family, so we hope you will enjoy our home and make memories of your own.

This townhome is perfect for friends and families. There are three bedroom and three bathrooms, with a large family space on the lower level. One of the bedrooms is on the lower level for guest that need to be on the main floor. There's also a splash pool in the back yard for families that want to dip in and out of the pool before the going to the parks. This townhome is just a short walk to the clubhouse where guests can grab some dinner or play in the new water park.

This townhome is Newly updated!! We have installed 3 new Samsung LED TV's. All of which have Netflix and Amazon access and they are Airplay capable which means you can play videos from your devices. We have also updated the kitchen with a new table, added new bedding, installed blackout curtains to help guests get a good nights sleep, and added new decor to give the place a fresh clean look. We also have a responsive management company that can assist with guests needs efficiently and in a timely professional manner. We aim to make sure you have a pleasant enjoyable stay. As owners of the property we are always available. We love our new townhome and are confident you will too!
