VACATION i detta vackra och rymliga Cape Coral hem precis vid kanalen. Drick ditt morgonkaffe med utsikt över segelbÄtar som driver ner till floden Caloosahatchee in i Mexikanska golfen. Du har en docka vid din bakdörr! Hyr din egen bÄt som ger dig friheten att rida pÄ vÄgorna pÄ din fritid.

StrandÀlskare ... FörÀlska sig vid vattnet, Yacht Club Community Park ligger ett par kvarter ner frÄn ditt strandhus. GÄ eller cykla till en pittoresk sandstrand som erbjuder en utomhusklubbupplevelse med palmer, solstrÄlar, god mat, drinkar och ibland en DJ eller ett band. Alla Àr vÀlkomna att njuta av en rolig dag pÄ stranden frÄn soluppgÄng till solnedgÄng.

Vila och koppla av i en privat avskÀrmad lanai med en sötvattenpool utan att lÀmna utsikt över kanalen. Lager Tiki Bar med drycker som bara sitter nÄgra steg ut ur poolen.

Dra tillbaka till ett stort rum med en öppen planlösning till ett fullt gourmetkök för kocken i hjĂ€rtat! Gott om utrymme för familj och vĂ€nner med tre rymliga sovrum och skĂ„p i full storlek. Över 2000 kvadratmeter bostadsyta! King-size Master Suite med ett komplett privat badkar bifogat. Rummen har ett angrĂ€nsande badrum. GĂ€strum nr 1 har tvĂ„ drottningssĂ€ngar. GĂ€strum nr 2 Ă€r en drottningssĂ€ng. Vi har nyligen uppdaterat majoriteten av möblerna inklusive madrasser. Alla behöver sova bra!

Great vacation home!

Loved our stay! Beautiful, spacious, very clean home, brought our boat we used daily, fished, swam in the pool. We had a wonderful family vacation and hope to stay at this house again one day!

Great stay!

Location was perfect for us. Pool was heated and home had plenty of room for our family. Host responds quickly and we had no issues during our stay. Would stay here again for sure!

We had a wonderful time on our vacation. The house was clean, the master bedroom bed was so comfortable, pool was great. Tom was very prompt in an answering questions. It was just a lovely property. We would love to return in the future!

Great spot

Wonderful place for 3 couples/families. Quiet neighborhood and good access to baseball games. Very clean with great linens and towels. Great pool and sitting area out back to relax.

Perfect for our group

Clean, furnished with everything we needed. Nice new dock enabled plenty of fishing. Walking distance to boat house restaurant was a bonus.

A much needed break...

The whole process was so smooth, Tom was very easy to work with, the home was very clean and obviously well taken care of. We loved the proximity to the beach at the Yacht Club and loved every moment of making family memories. Would love to return to Gia's Villa on next trip to Cape Coral.

Beautiful Home

This home was exactly as described. Homeowner was in constant contact and very friendly. Loved the split bedrooms and room sizes plenty of space. Decorating was beautifully done too and all the comforts of home! We will definitely be staying again.

"Bad Monkey" Break

Excellent property, location and amenities. Slight disappointment that the new A/C unit broke down while we were there - but and excellent response from host saw it "rebooted" and back up within the day PS: Also slightly disappointed that the Tiki bar on the beach by the property burned down a couple of months ago - it would have been even more special - but obviously this has nothing to do with the property or host.

Perfect Retreat

Gia's Villa is just as described. It was clean and in great condition. We were so happy that there were so many extras that helped (rolling cooler, blow dryers, curling iron...) In a location that is close to lots of restaurants and stores. You will not regret staying here.

Nice house on a canal

Very nice clean house. Communication with p/manager was great. Whenever we needed smth, they were there for us. Pool was cleaned 2 a week, so it didnt even have a chance to get dirty. We used it every day. We enjoyed the stay!

Felt like home

My kids, wife and I felt like we were home as soon as we stepped passed the front door of this very well taken care of house. It's got everything a person would ask for for a vacation home. We spent every night in the backyard by the gas fire pit following our long days of swimming and BBQing. We will definitely be back!

Ladies Get Away

The house was beautifully redone after hurricane Ian even tho there was not much to do for beach going which washout main reason on going to florida due to the Cape Coral beach being closed for renovation and all the beaches on the gulf coast having red tide we had an amazing time. There were a few minor issues that Bill the neighbor handyman came and fixed immediately. He was a wonderful and helpful man. Loved the house and loved the area. Will stay again if ever in the area. Tom was easy to work with as well.

Great stay - Wonderful house!

We had a great stay! The house was clean and spacious. It was roomy and accommodated my family of six very nice. Beds were very comfortable as was the living room furniture. The pool was nice, clean, and warm. My little one enjoyed swimming in it everyday. Location was great as it close enough to all the beaches, without all of the tourists traffic when you are ready to go home. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets on the canal and dock. The house was equip with many necessities. We didn't use them but there were bikes and fishing poles. It was nice to have laundry right in the garage. There are many restaurants near by and we loved exploring Cape Coral. Highly recommended, we can't wait to go back!

First and foremost, the villa itself is in an excellent location, just minutes to the beach and all the major Cape Coral attractions. Every detail has been carefully considered, from the tastefully decorated interiors to the spacious layout that effortlessly accommodated us. The bedrooms are cozy retreats, each equipped with plush bedding and elegant furnishings, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The highlight of our stay, however, was undoubtedly the outdoor space. The villa boasts a splendid canal views, and complete with a sparkling pool. We spent countless hours soaking up the sun in the lanai. Beyond the exquisite amenities, what truly sets GIAs Villa apart is the exceptional hospitality of the hosts. From the moment we made our reservation, Tom and his team were attentive, responsive, and accommodating, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Relaxing walk down memory lane

We lived in the Cape for 17 years and wanted to visit, this house was perfectly situated for the week. We had everything we needed and more, we literally felt at home. The memories made at a reasonable price were so special. We’ll definitely be back to visit again, we feel like we have found our place to stay

We enjoyed seeing the burrowing owls in the next vacant lot and on our walks to the beach. The 3 BR/3BA was perfect fot the 4 of us. We enjoyed the pool area! Location made it easy to shop for groceries and beverages.
