VACATION i detta vackra och rymliga Cape Coral hem precis vid kanalen. Drick ditt morgonkaffe med utsikt över segelbåtar som driver ner till floden Caloosahatchee in i Mexikanska golfen. Du har en docka vid din bakdörr! Hyr din egen båt som ger dig friheten att rida på vågorna på din fritid.

Strandälskare ... Förälska sig vid vattnet, Yacht Club Community Park ligger ett par kvarter ner från ditt strandhus. Gå eller cykla till en pittoresk sandstrand som erbjuder en utomhusklubbupplevelse med palmer, solstrålar, god mat, drinkar och ibland en DJ eller ett band. Alla är välkomna att njuta av en rolig dag på stranden från soluppgång till solnedgång.

Vila och koppla av i en privat avskärmad lanai med en sötvattenpool utan att lämna utsikt över kanalen. Lager Tiki Bar med drycker som bara sitter några steg ut ur poolen.

Dra tillbaka till ett stort rum med en öppen planlösning till ett fullt gourmetkök för kocken i hjärtat! Gott om utrymme för familj och vänner med tre rymliga sovrum och skåp i full storlek. Över 2000 kvadratmeter bostadsyta! King-size Master Suite med ett komplett privat badkar bifogat. Rummen har ett angränsande badrum. Gästrum nr 1 har två drottningssängar. Gästrum nr 2 är en drottningssäng. Vi har nyligen uppdaterat majoriteten av möblerna inklusive madrasser. Alla behöver sova bra!

Njut av lyxen med nyckellöst inträde. Inga nycklar ... inga förlorade nycklar ... ingen oro. Semester i frihet!

Detta är vårt andra hem så vi tar hand om det. Vi vill att andra ska ha möjlighet att älska att bo i vårt fritidshus! Du kommer att vara några vågor från Mexikanska golfen, shoppa och äta middag. Att hyra en bil rekommenderas starkt och vårt stora två bilgarage ger plats för de flesta fordon.

We enjoyed seeing the burrowing owls in the next vacant lot and on our walks to the beach. The 3 BR/3BA was perfect fot the 4 of us. We enjoyed the pool area! Location made it easy to shop for groceries and beverages.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful time on our vacation. The house was clean, the master bedroom bed was so comfortable, pool was great. Tom was very prompt in an answering questions. It was just a lovely property. We would love to return in the future!

50th Birthday Get Away

We had an amazing time! The house is clean, spacious, tastefully decorated and comfortable. We loved being on the canal and having our own pool. The cleanest grill I’ve ever seen! Lol. We sat on the lanai around the fire pit every night. The owner Tom was very personable and very easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Winter break escape

We enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral! The location was great, very convenient to lots of restaurants and other activities we wanted to do. We loved being on the canal and the heated pool was great! Owner was very responsive before and during our stay.

Wonderful House, Pool & Location!!

This house is a fantastic option! We have made several trips to Cape Coral and the location of this house is absolutely the best! Close to downtown/restaurants, as well as easy access to the river/intercoastal/gulf waterways. The heated pool was clutch, especially since we were there during winter. It was 80 degrees the whole time (and the hot tub is actually even a bit warmer!) Really nice, big pool. Deeper in the middle but shallow on the ends, with built in seats. Fun for all ages!!Very convenient/easy to use boat dock on site. We rented from Caloosa River Boat Rental, which is only a 7minute drive/boat ride away. You can be to the gulf in 20 minutes. House is exactly as-advertised. It is an older home but has some nice updates. It's set up perfectly and is very cozy and user friendly. Check in/out was super easy and support staff was friendly and close by. We'll definitely be going back!!

Perfection with a Pool!

This was the perfect rental for our family of four. We didn’t do much cooking, but the house was well equipped for anything that you would want to make. The beds are comfortable. The living room area was great for lounging in front of the TV. Our favorite place to be was in the pool. Don’t hesitate to book.

"Bad Monkey" Break

Excellent property, location and amenities. Slight disappointment that the new A/C unit broke down while we were there - but and excellent response from host saw it "rebooted" and back up within the day PS: Also slightly disappointed that the Tiki bar on the beach by the property burned down a couple of months ago - it would have been even more special - but obviously this has nothing to do with the property or host.

Winter getaway

My wife and I stayed here for a week of vacation. Tom, the host was very responsive to our needs. The house is super clean. It has three nice bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. The pool is great. The location is close to many restaurants. This is a great house for a vacation.

NICE, CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE

Nice house on a canal

Very nice clean house. Communication with p/manager was great. Whenever we needed smth, they were there for us. Pool was cleaned 2 a week, so it didnt even have a chance to get dirty. We used it every day. We enjoyed the stay!

This is a great space. Everything you need, nice neighborhood, nice pool area, thoughtful items at the house. We walked or rode the bikes to the beach at the yacht club at least 3 times. We were quite happy with this house.

Thanksgiving Wedding

Wonderful house for our family who came to Florida for a family wedding. Owners and their staff are outstanding. Follow up and communication were incredible. Would rent this house again. Great neighborhood too.
