VÄrt privata mysiga hus har just renoverats! Vi satte in ett nytt kök, badrum, tvÀttstuga och en stor 4k smart-tv. Det ligger i ett vÀnligt omrÄde i hjÀrtat av Waterville, bara fem minuter frÄn Colby College, Thomas College (med bil) och bara nÄgra minuter frÄn centrum av Waterville. Allt ligger mycket nÀra vÄr plats. Det finns en Hannafords i nÀrheten, Maine General Hospital och mÄnga restauranger, skolor och butiker. Vi ligger pÄ en privat ÄtervÀndsgrÀnd.

This is the first time we have stayed here and we have booked again for a future event. It was an amazing, very well kept home. The host was always available for whatever questions I had. She was so nice and helpful. It was a great location and look forward to staying there again.

Loved the cozy home! We would stay there again in a heartbeat. The only thing that we would have been nice is if there was a tv in the main bedroom, but that’s just a personal preference.

Great stay in Waterville

My son and I stayed here for two nights while visiting my daughter at Colby. It's a very quiet, comfortable place and we enjoyed the proximity to the college and downtown Waterville. It was very hot during our stay and I can attest that the AC works well! The laundry machines looked brand new and we appreciated being able to have clean clothes after a week on the road. I was a little nervous about the August app but we never had a problem gaining access. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Waterville.

Relaxing at Cozy House

Cozy House is wonderful! We try to stay here every time we visit Waterville. Great location for us and the house is spotlessly clean and well appointed with everything you could need. Andrea is a kind and responsive super host.

Thanksgiving Break

A lovely cozy house, well situated close to downtown and easy access to stores. The house was very clean and tidy. Cozy and felt like home, and worked out well for our Thanksgiving break with our college students. Would use againnif dates worked out.

Charming 2 bedroom cottage

Everything about the stay was excellent. The interior decor was charming. The owners seem to have anticipated every need. The cottage could use an exterior paint job so that it matches the beauty of the interior. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this vrbo listing. Birthday weekend blast!!

We celebrated my uncles 80th birthday, we stayed right down the street from his place. The place was clean cozy and comfortable. It felt like home. The surrounding area outside was amazing where we hung out wit a fire and smores. A very memorable weekend. Thank you!!

Cozy as advertised.

Although the outside still needs some attention, the inside is clean and cozy just as advertised. The inside is updated and the kitchen is clean and inviting to use. The bathroom is also updated. Nice home, would use it again if in the Waterville area.

Best stay ever!

We stayed at this house for a family reunion. It was perfect in location and style. The design was great to give our adult daughter her own space. The furnishings were tasteful and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house was immaculately clean and spacious beyond our wishes! The host was quick and sharp with anything we asked.

We were attending an event at Colby College, and the house and location fit our needs perfectly. Very nice, clean, and comfortable and we felt right at home. Andrea was responsive and helpful in all communications. Would stay again when in the area!

Nothing fancy. Clean and comfortable. My whole family enjoyed our stay. No complaints. As an aside, we stupidly locked ourself out and the owners graciously came out and unlocked our door at 11:00 pm. Great people.
