Välkommen till "The Garage", av NewPrice Properties, beläget i Yampa, Colorado. En unik fastighet precis konverterad från ett 6-bil garage till en vacker, helt ny 3-sovrum, 2 badrum hem.
New Price Properties ligger i Yampa, porten till platta topparna! Vårt hem ligger på drygt en halv tunnland och du är inom några minuter från de bästa jakt, fiske, skidåkning, snöskoter och vandring i Colorado. Friluftsentusiaster kan njuta av utsikt över bergen fyllda med vilda blommor, vandra djävulens kaus eller fiska Big Stillwater Lake. Stagecoach Reservoir ligger en kort bilresa bort där du kan fiska, hyra en båt, paddleboard, kajak eller bara umgås på stranden. Och gå norrut till Steamboat Springs för utmärkta skidåkning, fiske, shopping, restauranger och deras berömda Strawberry Park.
Vårt hem kommer att sova 8-10 personer bekvämt. Två sovrum har dubbelsängar och det tredje sovrummet erbjuder en dubbel / två våningssäng och du hittar en futon i full storlek under trappan. Vårt hem har ett fullt utrustat kök, matbord för 6 och vårt vardagsrum är öppet med mycket naturligt ljus. Vi har två badrum med tvättmaskin / torktumlare på övervåningen. Vänligen njuta av de fyra smarta TV-apparater med kabel och åtkomst till dina egna Netflix-, Hulu- eller Amazon-konton. Gratis Wifi och glöm inte den gamla skolan DVD-spelaren!

This is our third time staying on this property. Obviously it is a great destination for us. Easy access to the flat top fishing area. Nice home with everything that one needs for a good stay. We especially appreciate the fenced yard for our pup. Highly recommend this property if you are going to the yampa area.

Our Frequent Fishing Stay

My brothers and I book this cabin a couple times a year for fishing trips and we couldn’t recommend it more. The owners are great communicators and always assist with anything we need. Easy recommendation for anyone looking to schedule fishing trips in Yampa.

This place is delightful - as is the town of Yampa! The people are friendly, there are a couple of great places to eat, and it is close to many scenic driving routes. We would definitely stay here again.

Great home base for skiing at Steamboat.

The house was lovely and exactly what we were looking for. The dog loved the fenced in yard. The town and neighborhood was a little sketchy and run down, but the rental house was just right.

Yampa garage conversion

We had a great stay. Nice garage conversation with lots of open space. We unfortunately had a family member end up with rather severe injuries from a ski crash and had to leave very abruptly. We would stay again.

Cute and Cozy

Three bedroom two bath cabin, the driveway was great. The fenced in yard was amazing for the dogs. They absolutely loved it lots and lots of space to run around. When you go through the front door, the house was very warm and cozy. Had a cabin fell to it very clean.. All the bedrooms were equally as cozy and cute and comfortable. The house is very clean and the whole process was super easy. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice spot in Yampa

Property was clean, good parking, quiet area. The cabin is well set up to host a large group (we had 8). Check in was easy and check out had reasonable requests for cleaningThe property description could have better shown/explained the sleeping setup as it was advertised to sleep 10 but there were only 3 beds and one futon which we instead used an air mattress

Family Get-Way

Nice property. 30 min south of Steamboat. Very quiet area. Good roads even in mid December. Fully furnished. Just a great family get a way with plenty to do.

Hidden Gem

Very nice cozy cabin. A very pretty 30-40 minute drive from Steamboat. Relaxing, and comfortable place to stay to enjoy quality time with your family. We will definitely come back in the Summertime to take advantage of the outdoor amenities on the property as well.
