Quiet apartment, close to the village, on the second floor of the residence. With a surface area of 37sqm, it can accommodate up to 6 people. You will appreciate its south-facing balcony and its superb view of Mont Charvin and the valley.

- Kitchen open to living room: 2 ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, WASHING MACHINE.
- Beds: one bedroom with double bed (140), a mountain corner with bunk bed (2x80), living room with a double sofa bed (140). Bedding equipped with duvets.
- Bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate toilets.
- Numerous storage spaces.

In summer, you will be 100m from the tennis courts and games for children, and also close to many paths. You will enjoy walking or mountain biking. The chairlift of Mont Rond, opened twice a week, will enable you to have an easy and quick access to the most astonishing views on the Mont Blanc. The lake of Flumet and its games for children are only 4km from the residence.
