För närvarande det enda stadshuset som finns på Mexico Beach som verkligen ligger vid stranden (Ingen korsning Hwy 98 nödvändig!) Bara ett kvarter från kanalen med båtåtkomst och fiske och skaluppsamling. Vacker solnedgång från master balkongen! De 3 sovrummen och 2 fulla badrum är på övervåningen tillsammans med en utsikt över golfen. Ytterligare sovande (två dubbla futons) nedervåningen och ett halvt badrum. Två parkeringsplatser för en båt eller 2 fordon. WiFi, 65 "Smart TV med Hulu, Netflix etc. inloggning tillgänglig. TV i varje sovrum. Inhägnad trädgård / uteplats med grill och sittplatser. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare, utomhus varm / kall dusch, fullt möblerat kök, solstolar, badhanddukar, strandspel och leksaker, vollyball / badmitten net och strandvagn tillhandahålls. Fantastic Stay

Wonderful stay with great beach access. Have a Brewery and eateries with in walking distance. Absolutely would book again!

Nice &Cozy

Well the pictures online do it no justice. The place is bigger and comfortable. The set up is nice. The owner was awesome! I had an issue prior to comi g and she was very helpful. Some minor things in the home we found but she was very understable and communicates directly. I definitely will stay here again!

Had a great time. Location was just a short walk to beach. Enjoyed the condo, good layout and plenty of room for four people.

Wonderful spring break

Great townhome between the Highway and beach. Exactly as described. A short walk to the beach without having to cross the street. Had everything we needed.

Cute and convenient

The house was nice and just a short walk to the beach. The beach cart provided was a lifesaver. The house was clean and the bed was comfortable. The beach was nice and not overcrowded. The only thing would be better if there was a TV in the bunkbed room for kids on beach day breaks.. Also, would be better if there was some channels on the TV because if you don’t have your own streaming service, you wouldn’t be able to watch anything and that wasn’t disclosed until after I booked the trip. Altogether, It was a good place to take a break from the heat. Fo For the price you couldn’t beat the location .

Wonder stay !

We enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was very clean when we arrived. There were a few things that we found but I did let the host know about them. Nothing that would keep me from staying again. The walk wasn’t too far. I would suggest if your older not to make the walk though. Rent you a golf cart if possible. For the young it was good. I wouldn’t plan on having more than 2 vehicle's as there is construction going on and you cannot park additional cars or trailers. Overall we had a good time and would stay again.

Not on the sand

I thought I was renting a beach front condo. It is 2 blocks off the beach. It is on the beach side of Hwy 98, how ever the only beach view is in the far distance from the second floor balcony. My search was specifically and only for BEACH FRONT, so don't know how this showed up. Very disappointed in location. Unit was very clean and neat. Only issue with actual unit is it is listed as a 3 bedroom. It is actually a two bedroom with a trundle bed in a closet sized room. As a licensed real estate agent I was taught the requirements for a bedroom includes a closet... no closet, no window, just barely big enough to pull out the trundle bed.

Great stay, well laid out town home.

I would suggest purchasing a nice outside storage unit (like the unit behind your back fence) to store the items in the pantry closet that are to be used for the beach. Luckily we had brought our own beach chairs and umbrellas and beach wagon. We were going to use the beach umbrella in the closet but it was missing the bottom pole and also found the items in closet had not been properly rinsed of sand. This closet would be much more useful as a food pantry for your guest food storage. Also the back patio area needs to be weeded and some ornamental grasses and a few colorful flowers planted along the back fence. It would also be nice to add a privacy wall for the outside shower so it could be better utilized for a full private shower experience. Overall the town home is well laid out and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us and we hope to see a continued repair and rebuilding of Mexico Beach properties on our next visit.
