The entrance opens onto a bright living area with a comfortable lounge, equipped with a sofa bed and a television. The adjoining dining room has a table that can seat up to ... people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home: hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine (Nespresso type), utensils and crockery.

The accommodation includes a bedroom area, carefully designed to offer comfort and tranquillity.
The bed (double, dimensions 140 x 200) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a large mirror.
There is also a washing machine for added convenience.
The toilet is included in the bathroom.

The exterior offers a pleasant relaxation area with a spacious terrace furnished with outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying sunny days or for a moment of calm.

The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector (and a carbon monoxide detector) for your safety.
The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort.

Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The quirky 7th arrondissement is filled with students from the Université Lumière Lyon 2. The Halle Tony Garnier concert hall stages big-name bands, and funky art galleries sit alongside hip dance clubs. Jail cells are on show at the Resistance and Deportation History Centre, found in the former Gestapo HQ. Rugby games take place at the Matmut Stadium in Parc de Gerland, and cyclists pedal the River Rhône boardwalk.

4 minutes walk from Debourg metro station or Stade Gerland and 4 minutes walk from ENS LYON tram stop.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in until 10:45pm as long as you respect our standard check-in time (14:00 on the day). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
