Denna mycket nya gated community har många bekvämligheter. 2 stora pooler, en alltid uppvärmd, 2 badtunnor, stor träningsanläggning med dusch, 2 lekplatser och ett klubbhus, nära motorvägen men inte för nära. Den har både en liten bakgård / uteplats med bord, stolar och grill och en 2: a våningen uteplats. Du kommer att njuta av det 2 bilmonterade garaget. Tre sovrum, 2. 5 badrum med sovrum med eget badrum. Boyta har alla takfläktar och tak och 9 och 10 fot. Köket har bänkskivor i granit, filtrerat vatten i kylen med is och diskmaskin.

Great Stay near Phoenix

We enjoyed our stay in Mesa AZ. The home was clean, comfortable and a wonderful location to Phoenix. Communication with host was easy and we could always reach them if needed. I would definitely recommend this property and we will stay here in the future.

Excellent place to stay!

Staying at The Palms #1104 was excellent! Communication with Tom was outstanding...everything was as promised. Great location as well as fabulous pool area! Easy access to everything!

My Stay

This property was wonderful. It was 100% as described in the listing. Zero problems! This was a business trip for me and I was there for almost 2 months. The only thing I needed to bring was food and clothes, though I brought all of my own stuff. I did not eat at a restaurant 1 time while in Phoenix, I cooked for myself at the condo :-). The host was very helpful if and when needed. I highly recommend this property for a great place to stay.

Home away from home

We had a great experience at this Mesa townhouse! We loved all the space for our family to spread out over our week long stay. The pools & hot tub were great & within easy walking distance. The location was great to get on the highway and had plenty of things to do close by. The host was in constant contact with us. They were checking in to make sure things were going smoothly and responding quickly to any requests I had. Tom also did the nicest thing- I ask if they happened to have a soccer ball as my kids always have a soccer ball at their feet but we were flying and he ordered a soccer ball that was delivered to our address for the stay! Above and beyond! We would definitely recommend & stay here again! Thanks for a great Spring Break vacation!

Awesome Home in Mesa!

We loooooved this place. Probably the most comfortable beds I’ve EVER slept on. Host was very responsive. House was very stocked with necessities.

Great property

This property was perfect for me, my husband, 19 and 16 yr old. We enjoyed restaurants (check out Organ Pizza!) and shopping all close by. We did some hiking and also drove to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. The owner was great with communication. I loved that they supplied paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, hand soap, laundry detergent and even shampoo and body wash. The tv had netflix. We used the pool and hot tub often and were even invited to partake in a bbq at the clubhouse. Other residents were very nice.

Convenient location with access to all major roads. The pool area was nice to have available.

The property was well kept and the directions for all of the appliances and entries was well documented.

Great host

Host was great, property was great. Neighbors had their electric meter pulled by the city and there was razor wire on the perimeter fence in multiple locations. Pool was only heated for half the stay.
