The centre of Saint-François, with shops and restaurants, is about 1 km away, the nearest beach is about 1.5 km away.



The villa of 230m² is spread over 2 levels:



The lower level includes:

3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with private bathroom and Queen Size beds (160X200), including 1 bedroom with 1 sofa bed for additional sleeping for 2 people

1 large living area with lounge space and dining area



The upper level includes:

2 air-conditioned rooms with private bathroom and Queen Size beds (160X200), with 1 room with 1 sofa bed for additional sleeping for 2 people and the other with 2 nested beds for additional sleeping for other people.



Despite the large area of the villa, you will spend most of your time by the large swimming pool (11X5m, secured by a barrier) and under the carbet where you will find a kitchen with an American bar as well as a table and chairs for your meals.



To perfect your tan, you will also enjoy the many sunbeds by the pool!



To note: Given the size of the villa, and the additional sleeping arrangements available, the villa can accommodate up to 16 people with a supplement for each additional sleeping arrangement above 10 people.
