Nybyggt hem 2015: 3BR / 2BA sjöutsikt med park intill - STOR familjesemesterhem.

15 minuter från Cedar Point, 5 minuter från Sports Force, 10 minuter till Kalahari och andra inomhusvattenparker, minuter till golfbanor, marinor och Sandusky centrum.

Tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns med tvättmedel och torktumlare för din användning. Trådlöst internet, smarta TV-apparater och privat tillgång till sjö / park!

Stort gourmetkök med diskmaskin, gasspis, ugn och stort kylskåp. Dessutom ingår en bländare, brödrost, 12 kopp kaffekanna (medföljer filter), Keurig kaffestation med startfoder och tepannor.

Trådlöst internet i hela hemmet. Ledde smart TV i vardagsrummet och 2 av sovrummen.

En uteplats bakåt kan användas för att grilla (propanbehållare) och uteservering med utemöbler för 6.

Ohio Trip

The property was great and we had a wonderful time. We spent one day at Cedar Point, it was a short drive to the park. We enjoyed swimming and Kayaking in the Lake.

A Great Lake Erie Spot

A fun location next to a playground, and a very short walk to Lake Erie. The host is very responsive and helpful. Our group had a great time at Vermilion’s Main Street Beach and the Merry-Go-Round museum in Sandusky

A great Christmas weekend

We had such a blast at this weekend getaway. Great location with the playground right next door and the water a very short walk away. We were able to enjoy a relaxing family weekend with all the amenities at our fingertips. Host was more than accommodating making sure we had everything we needed for our stay including a high chair and pack and play for the grand baby. 10/10 recommend - and we would definitely book again!!!

Great family stay

Our trip was excellent. We had a quick three day trip to the house with our family. The place was very clean and a great location. Fantastic little touches of hospitality spread throughout the house. The host was great at communicating before and during our trip. We had everything we needed. The lake out back was so convenient as was the park next door for the kids. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Family and Dog Friendly retreat

This was a lovely little house near the water. The space was just like the online listing- the only surprises were pleasant ones! My family of 5 humans and 2 dogs had a wonderful holiday. Marcy had so many little touches to make the space warm, inviting and stylish. The second floor balcony was a perfect place to sit and watch the lake.

Wonderful weekend!

Home is exactly as pictured, impeccably clean, warm and relaxing! Enough seating to have big family meals. Fire pit to enjoy with an adjoining "retro" park for kids to enjoy. Beds were comfy with lots of linens Marcy was very accommodating and genuine! Can't say enough. We will return!

Great family weekend

Wonderful home and excellent host. Very clean, little extras at the home were very nice. Long weekend vacation trip for 4 adults and 2 kids ( and 1 fur baby) and all had an enjoyable weekend. Park next doorwas fun for the kids and everyone else in the neighborhood was friendly.. No complaints!

Cedar point sports complex

This Property was perfect for our stay to play at cedar point complex. It’s also 10 min from cedar point and also kalahari. So close super clean and on the lake. Perfect lake house stay and the owner is so accommodating and sweet. Check in and out was simple. Our daughter asked if we can do it again in the summer to enjoy the property for its full potential!

Christmas memories were made at this wonderful lake home

We spent the 2022 Christmas Holiday at this beautiful Huron lake home. Marcy is fantastic! She added beautiful Christmas decorations and made sure the cabin was well stocked. She also checked in on us after we expereinced bad weather. Everyone was warm and comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed everything about this home.

Perfect lake house escape!

This property is an absolute gem. We loved everything about staying here. The house is impeccably clean and cared for. Comfortable beds, wonderful kitchen and relaxing living space. The view of Lake Erie is beautiful, especially from the upper deck. Our 4yo said it best when she said "I never want to leave this house". Marcy's communication was amazing. Had the best time, would recommend to all.

Wonderful, Spacious Home with Beautiful Views

My husband and I stayed there for 3 nights to celebrate his birthday, and on one day, we invited his 95-year-old mother and a few other family members (including young children) to join us for lunch. It was perfect, as she could get in the house easily, we could share a barbecue lunch, and the little ones could play on the playground and look for lake glass. Other than that event, we had a great, relaxing time with perfect weather. We enjoyed the community, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, welcoming ambiance, a few local restaurants, and the comfort and amenities of this home. Marcy is a great host, helping us not only with details and check-in but helping to retrieve something we left behind. This is a great place to stay, and we'd love to return.

Family meet-up in Ohio:)

Marcy's house was the half-way point for a long weekend with adult children. Location was perfect, right on Lake Erie and close to Huron (walking distance) and Sandusky and Cedar Pointe (driving ). The home was everything we could hope for. The one thing none of us can control is Mother Nature and we the saw power and awe of Lake Erie during several storms. But inside, we were warm and cozy:) Highly recommend!

Beautiful!

This is our 7th year staying at Rye Beach park but our first year at Marcy’s property. The location is perfect being right next to the playground and beach. The beach was the best we’ve seen it over the years, it was more sandy than rocky this year (but we know that it is always dependent on the winter weather and the winds). The views are unmatched from the upper deck (and the amazingly comfortable glider chairs!) and the lower porch. The home was very clean! Had everything we needed. Plenty of space for 9 of us to make the place home for the week. Loved the large dining table plus an additional large table for the kids to set up shop for building legos and play games. We loved this space so much we rebooked for 2025 before getting home! Thank you so much Marcy!

Seeking Socially Distanced Vacation

This property was great. Very clean and the owner made sure there were many things to make it comfortable and homey. We came for a long weekend and noted the private beach included in the listing. We're still keeping our social distance so were looking forward to time to splash and play with our kids in the lake. The listing should have said "private beach for the entire community" as it was occupied all day long by big groups of people none of which seemed to have concern for their distance from others or giving people space. I wish we could have used the lake behind the house or let the kids out to play in the yard but it was occupied. If it were a different time or of the property hadn't mentioned social distancing in the title I would be giving different feedback but this was a hard property to keep space from others.
