DET ÄR ALLT OM PLATS - Ny notering för 2020

Välkommen till vår nya-till-oss Sea Colony stadsbostad. Vi har ägt och haft en fastighet i övre veranda på Southwinds Court sedan 2012 (VRBO 459897). Detta rymliga stadshus ligger tvärs över Westway på Lakeshore Drive. En mindre än 5 minuters promenad till Tennis Center om du svänger åt vänster eller det nya toppmoderna Fitness Center om du svänger höger. Spårvagnshållplatsen till Sea Colonys privata strand ligger 1 minuts promenad. I närheten finns också ett fiskedamm och 3 uppvärmda utomhuspooler. Fitnesscenter har en inomhuspool, bastu och bubbelpool.
På första våningen finns ett rymligt, bekvämt inredda vardagsrum. Den intilliggande matplatsen har ett stort bord med 6 stolar och vetter mot ett slutet solrum. Detta skulle vara mitt favoritutrymme! Det stora, uppdaterade köket har ett mindre matbord med 4 stolar och ett litet skrivbord (om du verkligen måste göra arbete). Ett överflöd av naturligt ljus kommer in genom ytterväggen i fönster. Pulverrummet och inredningsdörren till garaget är bekvämt beläget utanför entréens foajé. Det finns också ett paraplybord med 4 stolar inuti den gated front patio.

Trappan till andra våningen öppnar mot ett ljust loftområde med TV och bekväma sittplatser. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, TV och skjutreglage till ett privat öppet däck med bord och stolar. Det stora badrummet har dubbelt handfat, separat dusch och bubbelbadkar. Det andra sovrummet kommer att installeras med 2 våningssängar (dvs 4 bäddar), en klädkammare, TV och en vacker fönstervägg. Det soliga tredje sovrummet kommer att byggas upp med en dubbelsäng.
Utanför hallen finns ett komplett badrum och ett tvättstuga med en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek.

Wonderful stay!

My husband and I, along with our 4 daughters enjoyed a very comfortable stay. Home is very clean, updated and in a perfect location at sea colony. The nearby pool is a short walk and the tram stop to the beach is at the corner of the road. This marked our14th summer trip to Bethany Beach and my family all agrees this has been the best house yet!

Great Sea Colony stay

Best place we’ve stayed in at Sea Colony. The furnishings were superb. Not a single negative. Would have no problem in booking again in the future.

Great Property

Beautiful rental. Large and comfortable enough for my family of 8. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and utensils. The washer and dryer seemed new and was a nice surprise b/c most Sea Colony units have the smaller stacked washer/dryer. It is conveniently located by a tram which was an added bonus. Kathy was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend staying here.

Comfortable and cozy accommodations

This was a great place for our family. Very clean and a well stocked kitchen. Our children loved the bunk beds and the adults enjoyed their very comfortable beds. Easy and quick communication with the owner. I highly recommend this unit.

Family Vacation

The property was well managed except two isssues: 1. It had ants in the kitchen. In all fairness, the owner said they made an attempt to remidiate. 2. Air-conditioning is inadequate. One can not set the thermostat below 72 F. The option given was to close the vent downstairs so as to get effective cooling upstairs - did not work. The house,decor etc was good in a nice neighbourhood - very safe for a family.

Great location. Nice place and clean. Great WIFI. No issues at all. If you are not planning to use the Sea Colony amenities, it's probably not necessary to get the badges(not sure of the rules).

A Day at the Beach

This is a lovely, clean & very comfortable 3 BR townhouse, perfectly situated in Sea Colony West & only a short walk, bike ride or drive to all of the resort's facilities. The host was very warm & welcoming & attentive to our needs. We would love to return next summer.

A clean, comfortable, home in a great location, with everything we needed!

Our first impressions were clean and spacious! We've stayed in many Sea Colony rentals over the years, and this was the cleanest. Having 2.5 baths was really nice, and having a few different places to eat was helpful. Kathy was available for questions and assistance, and a pleasure to speak to. The beds were comfortable, and the room with 4 beds (2 bunks) had lots of storage. We had plenty of garage space to keep our bikes, beach chairs, and kayak too. You can't get much closer to the tram and bus stop, and this unit is a short walk to my kids' two favorite pools - the fitness center and aquatic center pools. We enjoy the gym at the fitness center, so that was a big plus. We would certainly rent from Kathy and family again, and we recommend this unit for big families.

Fantastic house to vacation in!

We were very happy during our stay in this lovely home! Very spacious bedrooms, extra deck off of master bedroom, and nice sun room too. Large kitchen to cook in with tons of counter space and also well stocked. The beds were really comfortable too. We had never stayed within Sea Colony, and we really enjoyed all of the amenities...pools EVERYWHERE including several ocean front, tennis, fitness club, and a convenient tram that picked us up a stone's throw from the house to drop us off anywhere in Sea Colony property and beach. It was perfect for our family and plenty of room to bring 3 extra teens with us. Thank you Kathy! You were wonderful during the rental process. We will be back.

Very nice vacation home. Close to the tram stop and gym / fitness center.

Location as expected. Check in was very efficient. Parking was a bit of a pain when someone came to visit, not enough spots. Toilet in Master bathroom clogged, had to go by some Draino. The second bedrooms bed from what I was told was uncomfortable. TV was easy to work, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed . Owners replied to all my questions and concerns quickly. Sea Colony Heaven

My family just returned from our vacation. BEST week ever. Something for everyone at Sea Colony. Rental has everything you need and space for all. Comfortable beds, clean, safe, close to pool, fitness center, biking paths, tennis courts, and most importantly THE BEACH! I highly recommend this rental. We will be back...soon I hope! 😁

Beautiful Home

Kathy made the whole process so easy. It was our first time renting through VRBO as well as renting in Bethany Beach. This rental was beautiful, decorated so nicely, super clean and exactly as described in the listing. The amount of beds was perfect for what we needed. The bunk bed room was great for the kids. Lots of closet space, appliances were awesome. Washer & dryer were super convenient. Tram stop was close by, pools were in walking distance, and an overall great experience.
