Thanks for staying with us at this property and for providing us with this review. We truly appreciate the feedback as this will allow us to address what was found unsatisfactory during the stay. We would have loved if you brought the issue of the hangers and kitchen utensils/ galssware and cookware to our attention while here as our team could have delivered some to the unit. Regarding the toilet paper and kitchen paper towels, please note that the ones we provided are only apart of the starter kit and not meant to last for the duration of the stay. Your remarks regarding the furniture have also been passed along to the proper parties. We will be making the necessary checks and changes. Please know that guest satisfaction is our priotity and we do apologize for letting you down in the areas of cleanliness and property condition.
