Stunning Views

It was our first time in Dubrovnik and we loved it. We had stunning views as you see in the pictures and the accommodation was well-maintained, clean and covered all our needs.

Amazing sunsets!

This beautiful property housed 6 adults easily and was all we needed for the four nights of our stay. Kieran was great and super helpful. The sunsets alone were worth the stay but Dubrovnik was also breathtaking and fun. We would stay here again when we’re back in the area.

Wonderful location overlooking the sea

The apartment is spacious and well provided with everything you will need. The host was very helpful with information and assistance. Enjoyed meals in the balcony watching the sunset. Just be aware that there are many steps down (and back) to the old town - catch a bus back!

Dubrovnik charm with spectacular views!

We loved our visit to charming Dubrovnik! Our host was available at all times and very responsive to our questions. We didn’t cook any meals but the kitchen appeared well stocked. It is about a mile down steps to the old town and a $8-10 taxi or Uber ride back up for those who are not hardy! The views from the balcony were the best in the city and we enjoyed watching sunsets with a glass of wine!

Beyond Expectations

We were a group of 6 and everyone of us agreed the apartment was beyond our expectations and our host went above and beyond with restaurant suggestions, arranging airport pick up and staying in touch during our stay. The view from the spacious outdoor eating and sitting areas was spectacular. The walk down to the old town was charming and taxis easy to get if we didnt want to walk. Fantastic apartment - amazing sunsets!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Ravello. There was plenty of space and the apartment was even better than the photos suggest. The sunsets from the balcony were the highlight of our holiday! It is a fairly steep walk up to the apartment from the old town, but personally we enjoyed that as the ice creams felt a little more justified and the view was tremendous. The host is very responsive and helpful, and organised our airport transfers for us. Thoroughly recommend.

Wonderful views and easy access

The property is wonderful - they have more glassware, plates and cooking utensils then we have ever seen in a rental.. it super easy to got around - yes there are steps - easier going down then up but the easiest way is an 4 euro Uber trip do t take taxi’s. The views are stunning and breakfast on the terrace in the morning and wine at night makes for a 5 star recommendation

Wonderful property and property manager

Villa Ravello exceeded all our expectations. It is a beautifully appointed apartment with all conveniences. Keiran was a phone call away and took all calls within minutes, if not seconds. We travel a lot, and Villa Ravello has to be counted in our Top Three of best places to stay anywhere.

Very nice place

Highly recommend this place for the views and comfort of the accomodations. Most activities are in the old town, so be prepared to do a lot of steps. We generally walked down and took an Uber back. Only about 5-7 Euros Comfortable apartment for our group of 6

Outstanding Apartment in Dubrovnik

Kieran was very responsive and helpful in preparing for our stay in Dubrovnik. His suggestions for places to eat and things to do were very helpful. The location was superb, offering great views over the town and the Adriatic. The apartment had more than enough room for four us and we could have easily had a couple more. It was clean and in excellent condition. We would definitely stay again if we return to this beautiful part of Croatia.

Gorgeous View and Roomy

We loved staying in this unit. Had a great set up of space and very clean and comfortable. Easy access by Uber/taxi or you can walk to town. It’s a challenging walk back up all the steps from Old Town but not expensive to grab a ride when you need it. We would definitely stay here again. The Property Manager was very responsive and helpful.

Great apartment, fantastic view

First visit for 3 couples to Croatia. A warm welcome to the beautiful city of Dubrovnik from the owner. Good information provided on activities to do, places to visit and eat and re transportation. Owner organized transport from the airport and to Split for us. Accommodation was as described. Balcony view is spectacular, beds comfortable, kitchen facilities good and great space to relax after a day exploring. Many sights and grocery stores within walking distance. Owner responded quickly to all enquiries. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay from your Canadian visitors!!

The most beautiful views you’ve ever seen

We were five women and had plenty of room. The accommodations were wonderful. They have a washing machine and a dishwasher. Views are out of this world. The refrigerator is a good size. It’s really steep and tough to get around but I would come back here it’s beautiful the house was also lovely.

Stayed here for 2.5 days in Dubrovnik. Beautiful house with incredible patio views. Host was super communicative & had a great response. Only challenge was that it is 20 minutes uphill from old town Dubrovnik, so plan on some steps. We walked down in the morning & took Ubers back. The Ubers are about $5 USD 1 way

Beautiful view, fantastic host

This was a great place to stay. The owner of the house was super informative and super helpful. We ended up with one of the members of our group needing medical attention and Kieran was amazingly helpful. He called to find out which medical center was open and which one had the type of doctor we needed. Then he explained exactly where to go. The house was nice and we appreciated having a fan in the one room that didn't have an AC unit nearby. The balcony was a favorite place for all of us to hang out. It was a beautiful view! This was a great place to stay. Highly recommend!

Holiday with family at Villa Ravello

My family ( four teenagers) really enjoyed our stay at Villa Ravello. Great view from the balcony where we had breakfast in the mornings. Nice with two bathrooms and an extra toilet. Good, function kitchen with a lot of kithen utilities. Air-con and wifi worked perfectly. Some steps to walk up and down to the old city, but good excersice. And uber was very convinient when going a bit further from town. We met the host and he gave us some great beach tips and was really easygoing. We would definitively stay there again if we come back.

Wonderful Experience

Kieran and his team were amazing! Kieran provided very clear and concise information about the property early on. The check in and check out process was super easy; we knew exactly what to expect. Kieran helped coordinate seamless transportation to and from airport. We had a hiccup with our families flight and Kieran’s driver Ivo was super accommodating and helpful. Accessing the downtown area was easy; you walk down the flights of steps which are literally right off the property. However we would Uber back as we were tired from walking all day. Kieran checked in with us throughout our stay to ask if we needed anything which made us feel attended and safe. The apartment was perfect for our party of four. We especially enjoyed spending time on the patio in the evenings and taking in the beautiful view. Overall we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Villa Ravello to anyone visiting Dubrovnik! Thanks again, Kieran

Fabulous Villa Ravello

Just returned form our fabulous stay at Villa Ravello. From the minute we booked Kieran was in touch with helpful hints and tips. Including organising our pick up/drop off from Airport( family of 6) with the lovely Ivo. The Villa is fabulous. Spotlessly clean and very well maintained. great living/dining space. The bedrooms are a great size and offer plenty of storage space. The views from the balcony were wonderful and having our breakfast sitting there was the perfect start to the day. The stairs down to old town weren’t too bad but were a slog for our older family members going back up. Kieran had suggested Uber so we took full advantage of the advice! Taxi was around €15 but with Uber it was €5 and when 6 of us needed the Uber it was €7. Worth every penny. I would highly recommend Villa Ravello and can’t thank Kieran enough for hosting us. 💚

Amazing View Property

We stayed for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the veranda which is the highlight feature of this villa.There is a dining section and lounge furniture, all with stunning sea/sunset/city-overlook views .The kitchen is very well-equipped (just note that like most European apartments, there is no microwave).The beds, bedding and furniture were all comfortable. The host even has door stoppers so you can enjoy the sea breezes without everything slamming shut!There is a washing machine and ample drying racks with clothes pins.The lovely views come from being perched high above the city and although there is shopping close by, it is accessed by a long set of somewhat steep stairs as is typical in towns with this topography.There is a bus stop just in front of the residence which is situated along a two-way street so driving access is more convenient than some other locations in town.Kieran was an excellent host with clear communication and lots of great suggestions on places to eat/visit. He personally walked us through all the features of the apartment on our arrival.Renters should note that in 2025 there is a new tourist tax on all accommodations in Dubrovnik and Kieran was able to collect/submit that on our behalf.We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Family Getaway

We had an exceptional experience. Our host and his recommendations were excellent. The location was almost ideal…maybe if the property was slightly closer to “Old Town” our end of day stair climb would have been reduced. However, this location was 4.5/5 stars for actual placement. Views, amenities and host communication all surpassed our expectations. Sincerest Thanks to Kieran and his group.
