The unit is a little dated but the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and the beds are comfortable. The selling point is the superb location which is within walking distance to the core of Aspen. Parking is difficult in Aspen and the ability to walk to various attractions is a huge plus. Check-in and check-out is easy with a keypad on the door.

Clean, comfortable, great location and amazing host!

I stayed here for four nights for a solo trip to recharge, hike and enjoy all things Aspen. The 2 bedroom condo was much more space than I needed and so clean and comfortable! Great location to hiking trails and walking to all the great restaurants and shopping. A great host who accommodated my early check in and somewhat late checkout. I will definitely stay here again if available! Thank you John!

Nice Location in Aspen

The condo unit is in a great quiet location on the west side of town with attractions in downtown Aspen very walkable from the condo. Having a private dedicated parking spot is a huge plus. There is another unit on the second floor above this unit so we could hear people (children?) walking around but it wasn't a big problem. We would definitely stay here again.

We were thrilled to find this unit available for our last-minute stay that included the busy 4th July holiday. The location cannot be beat, with everything within a short five minute stroll. The well-loved home is full of charming quirks, such as the smaller of the two bedrooms decorated in a fly-fishing theme. Although one side of the apartment abuts an alley used by the building's residents, we slept comfortably with the windows open, undisturbed by any passers-by. The property provides excellent value and is more spacious than the photos may suggest.

Excellent Location

John was an excellent host. The location of the unit is prime. It is rusticly decorated and bathrooms are not updated, but for the value and location, this space cannot be beat. Thank you for a great rental! We will be back!

Aspen Stay

PROS - very clean condo; great tasting water from tap; cable TV; really nice sheets in master bedroom; easy to open windows; quiet; excellent location; and great internet access. CONS - VRBO listing was incorrect with no unit number and wrong access code for entry; poor lighting in bathrooms; closet door to furnace off hinges in main living room; bedroom pillows were not great for me but I have a neck injury and should have brought my own! I would definitely stay here again. Best, Amber B.

Very Comfortable Condo with Great Decor

We really enjoyed our 12 night stay in this condo. It had everything we needed. Loved the interesting decor throughout the condo. Kitchen is well stocked. Love the master bedroom with 2 Queen beds, TV and in room master bath. 2nd bedroom with a Queen bed is wonderful. 2nd bath also very nice. Great cable TV in comfortable living room. On the ski bus route, so easy to get to other ski mountains. Good location to walking around town and to Parties. Want to stay here again!!

Wonderful Condo

We loved staying at this condo. A true gem! Interesting decor! Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, 2 great bathrooms. Wonderful location, easy to walk to shopping and restaurants. A short walk to the ski bus to the other ski mountains. John was responsive to any issues. Will stay here next year!

I enjoy this condo because it is in the downtown part of Aspen but yet it is located in a very quiet area. A car is not necessary as all of the dining and shopping facilities are nearby.
