and towel rail, WC, SLIM washing machine.
The entrance hall and living room are separated by a sliding glass door.
1 Wide-open living room facing SOUTH (lake view) or EAST (Grande SassiĂšre view)
with 1 glazed window giving access to the large SOUTH-facing terrace.
The 17 mÂČ living room is furnished as follows:
* 1 x 4-seater sofa bed, sleeping 160 x 200.
* 1 south-facing bench seat with its back to the sun
* 1 flat-screen TV 126 cm
* 1 modular table for 4 people, 2 chairs and 2 stools.
* 1 modern, fully-equipped kitchen area: induction hob (2 burners), extractor hood,
fridge with small freezer compartment, multi-function oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster
1 cabin for 2 people with sliding glass door:
* 2 single bunk beds sleeping 200 x 90, with plenty of storage space and reading lights for added comfort.
Beds are equipped with duvets and memory foam pillows.
Wifi internet access included.
