Helt nytt lyxhem på 150 'Natural Beach

Välkommen till Grand Opening of Shale Beach, ett helt nytt hem som har alla funktioner du vill ha. Inga steg behövs för att komma in i hemmet och bara fem steg tar dig till en bred platt naturlig strand.

Hemmet har 9-tak, katedraltak, gasspis och en inbyggd gasgrill på en rymlig täckt veranda. På kyliga nätter kan du dra nytta av de integrerade värmare på verandan eller värma upp vid eldstaden på uteplatsen.

Stora fönster ger gott om naturligt ljus och fantastisk utsikt över sjön. Gourmetköket har ugn, utrustning med huva, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn och två kylskåp.

Fem stora sovrum, inklusive två master sviter, ger ett gott utrymme för alla att njuta av. Sovrummen kommer att innehålla minst två king size-sängar och två queen size-sängar, alla med en hotellkvalitet madrass.

Hemmet är för närvarande under uppbyggnad och kommer att färdigställas före Memorial Day 2020. Vi kommer att lägga till nya foton när konstruktionen rör sig, så kom tillbaka till vår sida!

We had a wonderful week at this home with all of our family and friends. The house is beautiful and fully equipped with all of our needs. Our only thought would be a bigger dock for a large group, it was rather small for all of us. We all enjoyed the windows overlooking the lake in all of the bedrooms. We used and enjoyed the water toys too. We will definitely be back!

Family vacation

We take a family vacation every other year. This was the only vacation home that we would spend another week at in the future. Watching the sunrise from the incredible porch was like a post card. The location is great. A few minutes from town. A few minutes from the wineries. The supplied lake toys were a big hit . Hours of enjoyment on the lake.

Great Location Even Off-Season

Great Place!

Beautiful house situated right on the water. There were a lot of water toys available so we didn't have to deal with any side rentals of equipment. And the AC worked well during the fluke heat wave!

Amazing place!!

We planned a family trip to Finger Lakes and this was such an amazing spot!! So serene and relaxing, the house itself is new and very clean! We loved the fire pit outside and the front deck even has heaters! We loved our stay, don’t hesitate in booking, you’ll thoroughly enjoy the area!

Relaxing Lakeside Getaway

Amazing Place, Perfect Weekend Getaway

The property is even more amazing than the pictures listed, and the place is well furnished with everything you'll need. David was also super helpful with checking in and accommodating us for our stay. You'll have a blast whether you're grilling on the patio, kayaking on the lake, or just gaming upstairs.

Perfect Fall Getaway

This was our first trip to Keuka in the fall and it did not disappoint. The house was wonderful and gave us plenty of space. All of the bedrooms face the lake and there are enough bathrooms for everyone. The porch was wonderful and the paddleboat and hot tub were new to us and really added a fun element to the trip. Proximity to Hammondsport was super convenient. If you have a big group and you want everyone to be comfortable and not on top of each other, this is the place for you. Owner communication was top-notch.

Annual family vacation on Keuka Lake was amazing!!!

This lake house was great! Great location close to Hammondsport. We had a beautiful view of the lake from almost every room! Complementary bottle of wine. Owner was superb! He was very responsive if we had questions or needed anything!! Looking forward to vacationing there again next year with our family!!

Stunning View

The instant you walk in the front door you’ll see the expansive view of beautiful Keuka Lake through the large back windows. You’ll want to eat every meal at long table and get up each morning to watch the sunrise from the comfy sectional - both on the expansive back porch. Every evening we gazed at the millions of stars visible while sitting around the fire pit or in the jaccuzzi. Simply stunning views from every room and the back porch. Truly a great Finger lakes experience!

Had an awesome time on Keuka. Simply, a great house. Clean, Well maintained, plenty of beds for a large group. Waterfront with dock (space if you rent a boat). Can’t ask for much more. Owner was great with communication.

Hi. I grew up in Rochester and visited Keuka lake as a kid every summer for many years. For 10 years, I had been re-experiencing my love of the lake from the perspective of a father of three kids by renting various homes around Keuka lake. For those 10 years we looked for a home to buy but could never find what we were looking for: flat lot without steps, natural shale beach where you can walk right into the water (no sea wall), huge waterfront with privacy from neighbors, and large comfortable home with plenty of bathrooms and modern conveniences (such as dishwashers and air conditioning). So when an undeveloped lot became available, we decided to use our experience building high-end homes in Maryland to build the perfect lake house. We hope you love it as much as we do!

It is an amazing lot for all of the reasons I stated above. Our goal was to build a home that is open, comfortable, elegant and full of modern conveniences. Details include 9 foot ceilings, 7 foot doorways, huge picture windows, huge front porch, solid cherry kitchen, high quality tile and countertops, lots of bathrooms, two refrigerators, dishwasher, wi-fi, large outdoor grill, two sets of washer/dryers, air conditioning, etc.

The home is a short drive to Hammondsport, a great little town with great shopping and restaurants. It is also a short drive to some great wineries, such as Heron Hill, Bully Hill, Dr. Frank and many others.
