Villa Thromila är ett bostad på 180 kvadratmeter beläget i Soudas södra kust i Rethymno prefektur. Villan är det bästa valet för stora grupper eller familjer!

Villan är faktiskt två fristående hus som du kan hyra som ett! Det är en två våningar byggnad på totalt 180 kvadratmeter och inredd i modern och minimal stil, och har plats för 12 personer i sängar. Att bo i vår villa erbjuder dig fördelen av att både ha semester med vänner och att ha din privata plats för dig och din egen familj samtidigt.

Villan ligger bara 2 km från Soudas sandstrand och 3 km från det livliga Plakias område med affärer och marknader. Helt isolerat men nära allt, erbjuder vår villa en mängd faciliteter för hela familjen.

Villaens utformning:
In i varje byggnad, på första våningen finns det ett rymligt öppet planområde som består av vardagsrummet med smart-TV med Netflix, inomhusmatsområdet och ett fullt utrustat kök med toppkvalitetsarmaturer. Från vardagsrummet finns direkt tillgång till verandan med uteserveringsbord. Det finns också en toalett med dusch. På toppen av vardagsrummet finns dessutom ett loft som har 2 enkelsängar, som också kan fogas samman för att bilda en dubbelsäng om det behövs.

När du når bottenvåningen från trappan kan du hitta de två sovrummen och ett badrum med badkar. Båda sovrummen har direkt tillgång till poolen och grillplatsen. Ett av sovrummen har en dubbelsäng och det andra har 2 enkelsängar, som också kan sammanfogas för att bilda en dubbelsäng baserad på dina önskemål.

Det betyder att du kommer att bo i en villa med 2 vardagsrum, 2 kök, 2 matplatser, 4 badrum, 4 sovrum och 2 loftar, med tillräckligt med utrymme och faciliteter för alla!

Utomhus finns ett organiserat inhägnad område på 400 kvm med pool, grill och matplats där du kan njuta av panoramautsikt över havet. Hela utomhusområdet är helt inhägnad och erbjuder privatliv för våra gäster.

Villa Thromila.

Lovely property, well suited to 2 families. Views fantastic. Nearby Plakias is a nice laid back town with some good bars & restaurants. Etouri concierge service very useful. Overall very happy!

Dining Area

The large dining area beside the BBQ was very hot, partially due to the air conditioning units being there. So we had to move tables and chairs around on the upper balconies to get a shady enough area for ten of us to sit and eat.

Excellent Villa

This villa in the mountains above Plakia was beautiful. I stayed here with four friends and it was amazing. We were welcomed by one of the women who cleans. She gave us a tour of the place and had a homemade cake for us!! Then a few days later, delivered another one. The Villa is very clean, has a nice pool, a great charcoal grill and dining area outside. There are little beaches down the road, and major beaches with in drivable distance. It is very close to beachfront restaurants and shops.

Erholung pur

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Woche auf Kreta und das lag ganz besonders auch an dieser Villa. Es gab einen sehr netten Empfang durch die deutschsprachige Gastgeberin. Wir wurden mit einem selbst gebackenem Kuchen begrüßt. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und wird sehr gepflegt. Tolle Aussicht zum Meer. Der Pool ist etwas klein, aber trotzdem schön und war und nach den Tagesausflügen eine willkommene Erfrischung. Wir haben diese Unterkunft genossen, weil sie zwei Familien sowohl Individualität als auch Gemeinsamkeit ermöglich. Die beiden Doppelhaushälften ermöglichen sowohl Gemeinsamkeit als auch mal einen individuellen Abend. Das war für alle schön. Es gibt in Plakias einige tolle Restaurant, z.B. das Medusa. Alles in Allem ein toller Aufenthalt.

Sehr schönes, großzügiges Haus mit herrlichem Blick, vielen Sonnenterrassen. Gute Küchenausstattung. Sehr sehr nette Betreuung vor Ort durch Margarita, die der deutschen Übersetzung aus dem Altgriechischen als "Perle" wirklich nachkommt!!!!

Tolle Villa mit herrlichem Meerblick und tollem Service

Sehr helle,moderne und gut ausgestattete Villa.Es ist praktisch ein Doppelhaus,die Terrassen über 3 Treppen miteinander verbunden,perfekt für zwei befreundete Familien,Wir sind nachts angekommen und vom Vermieter freundlich empfangen worden. Sogar Lebensmittel und Getränke waren vorhanden,nicht zu vergessen den Kuchen,Honig und Wein vom Vermieter:). Am nächsten Morgen wurden wir vom herzlichen Ausblick aufs Meer überwältigt,noch schöner als auf den Fotos! Alle 3-4 Tage wurde die Villa gereinigt,Betten wurden frisch bezogen und Handtücher gewechselt. Margarita,die Mutter vom Vermieter,brachte immer einen Kuchen für jede Familie,sehr lecker,dankeschön nochmal dafür Margarita:). Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt,es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Den Strand und Plakias erreicht man mit dem Auto in ca.5 Minuten,wo man wirklich sehr gut essen kann. Der Urlaub war wirklich wunderschön und wir und die Villa ist sehr zu empfehlen! 2 perfekte Wochen Urlaub in einer tollen Villa

Wir kommen gerade zurück und haben mit 10 Leuten in der Villa gewohnt. Die Villa bietet alles was man braucht, um es sich gut gehen zu lassen und selbst zu versorgen. Da es allerdings extrem gute Restaurants in Plakias, Souda, Sellia und Myrthios gibt, haben wir außer das Frühstück die Mahlzeiten auswärts eingenommen. Der Grill, die Terrasse und der Pool sind allerdings sehr einladend und wir haben dort wunderbare Zeiten verbracht. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und wurde 2x pro Woche gereinigt bzw. Handtücher gewechselt. Und besonders zu erwähnen ist die tolle Versorgung mit Obst, Kuchen, Käse, Olivenöl und anderen griechischen Produkten, die die Mutter von Stelios uns vorbeibrachte. Super lecker! Vielen Dank dafür. Auch die Betreuung sowie Check-in etc., Tipps und Informationen von Kostas waren perfekt. Wir würden diese Villa auch wegen der guten Lage gerne wieder buchen.

Beautiful venue, great service

So if you‘re planning a vacation on Crete - that‘s your spot! Located in the south of Crete you‘re mostly safe from the notherly winds and the weather is significantly better than in the northern part of the island. The Villa itself is very clean, beautiful, new standard (just 4 years old) and has everything you need. Great pool, gorgeous view and it‘s not too far to Plakias (5min drive or a 30min walk) with its nice restaurants, shopping markets, doctors, pharmacies and everything else you might need. The contact with the agency (etouri) was tremendous, they keep you updated on things to explore in the area (even considering the weather forecast for your tours). Really great. The host (Margareta) was very kind, she took good care for us and even welcomed us with complementary homemade cakes, olive oil, honey and raki. It really felt like home. This is a 5⭐️ venue! No complaints.

Super Urlaub! Sehr schönes Haus und die Vermieterin war sehr, sehr freundlich! Wir haben guten Kuchen bekommen und während der Woche wurden auch die Handtücher gewechselt und das Haus aufgeräumt. Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! :)

Haus mit. Meerblick

Gute und umsichtige Betreuung, Wünsche wurden, schnell umgesetzt. Die Aussicht von den Terrassen auf das Meer sind beeindruckend, störend war die Geruchsbelästigung in den hinteren Souterrainszimmern und die Nähe zu dem Nachbarhaus.

The villa looks exactly as advertised and the owners couldn't be any more polite and welcoming. We did receive not only one but THREE cakes during our 8 day stay... Just wonderful! Can highly recxomend!

Awesome Villa!

We visited the villa in August with 12 people and had an amazing stay. The owner was welcoming and even brought cake, when stopping by to clean! The only minor thing in an otherwise amazing and great stay: The offer to buy groceries to get us started wasn't completely fulfilled and we hat to get many things ourselves. That was a little stressful because we arrived late due to a delayed flight and only had little time to find the right shops .

A few remarks It is written as 4 bathroom. To mine opion it is better to change this in 2. The next door villa stone Thromila is very close. This can cause some some problems with noise from the neighbours . The rest was perfect Thanks

Toller Urlaub mit der Grossfamilie

Das moderne Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage mit tollem Meerblick. Man kann direkt vom Haus zu herrlichen Wanderungen starten oder die schöne Landschaft vom Liegestuhl am Pool geniessen. Die sehr freundlichen Vermieter sind stets hilfsbereit. Zweimal die Woche wurde das Haus gereinigt und die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Der selbstgemachte Kuchen von der Vermieterin ist ein toller Service und macht den Aufenthalt perfekt.

Amazing...

We stayed in the villa for 2 weeks with 2 families with small kids. We had the perfect holiday there! The bigger kids loved the pool (approx. 1-1,3m deep). The adults also loved the view, day and night – even more beautiful than in the pictures! Identical “house halves” spares a discussion on who prefers to live where. Bed rooms comfortable and with enough storage room even for us. Two baby cots and high chair were provided for. Two full kitchens in the house plus the BBQ area took a little getting used to (where to keep + find what between 2 families…), but proved extremely handy. Very well equipped kitchens, each incl a good small dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine… we had all we needed and more. Neither family used the upstairs bed to sleep since the kids are too little still to sleep 2 flights of stairs away, but it was a playtime paradise. The houses are furnished beautifully. Style and colours inside and outside harmonize, a few decorative objects. We noted the high quality materials esp. outside in sunshades and furniture that in many holiday homes are so cheap and shabby (w/out chic) after 2 years... Well invested! Service was fantastic! On arrival, we were welcomed cordially. There was local wine, ouzo and honey on the table, a home-made cake and a fruit basket. Each day early on, the pool was cleaned and trash taken away quietly and efficiently. Every 4 days or so the villa was cleaned, new bedsheets and towels (for inside and for the pool) and: each time our angel brought ANOTHER home-made cake <3 We loved it! Another Plus is the cooperation with the etouri team. Never had this type of service before – because it is a level of service a single home owner simply cannot provide. We could call or text and the team supported us with all from massage studios, eye doctor contacts, taxi numbers, and informed us proactively, e.g. on things to do on the island on upcoming stormy non-beachy days. Wow! When we had trouble with a household appliance, the owner took care of it right away. Also nice: no neighbors left or right whom we could be molesting or vice versa. We had two lazy weeks at the villa. Beautiful beaches within 10-15min, a day diving, good restaurants (hint: dare to go out into the mountain villages). To cut it short: the house is the best managed and maintained one we’ve ever had. Simply great! I’m certain we will come back here :-) Thank you for a fantastic holiday!
