Lazy Bear Cottage ligger i hjÀrtat av Brian Head, pÄ ett perfekt lÀge vÄr, sommar, höst eller vinter!

För dina vinteraktiviteter ligger det mellan de tvÄ huvudlyftomrÄdena och pÄ skyttelbana, en halv mil frÄn bÄda skidomrÄdena. Det finns miles av lÀngdÄkning och snöskoter spÄr i hela omrÄdet. Det finns ocksÄ snöslangar och slÀdkullar för barn i alla Äldrar!

NÀr snön har smÀlt, erbjuder Brian Head-omrÄdet nÄgra av de bÀsta vandrings- och bergsspÄren i Utah. Med nÀrliggande sjöar, ta med din stÄng och rulle för att njuta av en dag med fiske eller för att doppa tÄrna! Det finns ocksÄ mÄnga ATV-spÄr i hela omrÄdet som ansluter till olika stÀder, inklusive Duck Creek.

Denna mysiga stuga har tvÄ sovrum och ett badrum med dusch, kök, direkt-TV, DVD-spelare och en eldstad med eldstad. Den har en stor veranda och ett stort bakre dÀck med en gas BBQ grill och gas eldstad. Stugan Àr bekvÀm för allt som Brian Head har att erbjuda, men ÀndÄ backas upp till skogsmark med utsikt över Àngar och berg. Alla köksredskap tillhandahÄlls samt pappersvaror, tvÄlar och sÀngklÀder.

Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-sĂ€ng och övervĂ„ningen andra sovrummet har tvĂ„ enkelsĂ€ngar. Det finns en tredje enkelsĂ€ng i tv-rummet pĂ„ övervĂ„ningen. Stugan ÄR INTE handikappad. I hĂ€ndelse av att din resa Ă€r under eller efter en snöstorm, tĂ€nk pĂ„ att du kanske mĂ„ste gĂ„ i snön. HuvudvĂ€gen och stugparkeringsomrĂ„det strax utanför huvudvĂ€gen Ă€r plogat, men pĂ„ grund av att plogar bara kan arbeta under dagsljus, var försiktig om du checkar in efter solnedgĂ„ngen. Family get away

Property was exactly as described and everything works. Check-in and check-out couldn't have been easier. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and easy to use. The location is excellent - close to everything, but still very quiet. My son and I really enjoyed our weekend at the cabin!

Spring break ski trip

We loved the location and ability catch shuttle across the road. Not having to lug our belongings up flights of stairs to access a condo was a huge plus for us. We did miss the hot tub/pool some of the other places offer but really enjoyed being able to watch kids play in snow from our kitchen window.

Cutest cabin on the mountain.

The cabin is adorable and very comfy. The views are spectacular. Very close to all the lifts and a really good pizza place. Was able to watch it snow while staying warm inside. Excellent fireplace that kept us nice and warm. Such a great experience. Thanks.

Authentic cozy perfection!

Cute cabin, comfy beds. Quiet and clean. The cabin itself is the real deal, obviously been around a long time but has been maintained and upgraded as much as possible. The bathroom is very small but functional. I enjoyed using the gas grill and the porches when the temps were mild.It's a little quirky (like low ceilings on 1st floor and steep irregular stairs to the loft) but I think that just verifies the authenticity of this real cabin, it's not some timber-and-glass mega-chalet pretending it's a cabin!Gas fireplace looked lovely and kept the place very comfortable with zero fuss.Highly recommended for anyone who likes the real deal and doesn't mind living in a compact place.

Super cute place

The property was exactly as claimed in the listing. It is very small but good for a family with little kids or a couple. The house was well stocked with what we needed and Kimberly responded very quickly to my questions. The snow knocked out the furnace pilot light one night and she responded quickly.

Cozy and perfect

This was a perfect small place for my wife and i on our anniversary. It was cozy and sweet. The tv had all the streaming services we wanted for a lazy week. we couldnt get the oven to work and we found some bacon in the bathroom. Those things didnt take away from what we were looking for. The heater/fireplace worked so well.

Cozy Cottage

The owners are so nice and helpful! We enjoyed their cottage and the location was great. For our taste all the decorations took up too much space and left little room for us to unpack and feel at home. We put our clothes on the floor as the drawers were already full and stacked our food in the window seal and small ledge. We used the top of the dresser to store our bathroom items as the medicine cabinet was already being used. The kids enjoyed sledding right out the door so that was great, it was so easy to get to the lifts, the location was great. The owners were always responsive and extremely helpful.

I wish we could have stayed longer

This is the 8th time we have stayed at the Cozy Cottage with our wienerdogs since 2007 when we bought our first snowmobiles. Each year the property was awesome. The property provides easy access to the groomed trails with a driveway that is just big enough to stick my trailer, my Tahoe and our sleds. The fireplace is a true gem and binge watching my wife's favorite TV series was relaxing and comfortable. The only problems are that I love super long hot showers which you can't do given the cold water coming into the cabin in the winter AND that I need to stay here longer to make sure that we get enough good weather days. That is to say that, this year, it snowed the lightest snow ever pretty much the entire time and my snowmobiles aren't as good as new ones with deep powder. Because of the light powder (I would say 2 feet over our 4 night stay), the people who groom the trails couldnt keep up. Luckily, the Cozy Cottage provided a perfect refuge from everything outside.

The cabin was just right for our quick, simple, fall getaway. Some of our plans didn't work out due to weather, but we liked the comfort and hominess of the cabin so well, we still had a great trip. A very convenient location and a beautiful area.

This is such a nice, little rustic cabin up in the mountains! The Cottage was perfect for our short getaway from the heat of the desert. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a few of our own meals. Spaces were all clean and the porches had comfortable seating (can't beat coffee on the porch in the mountains!). It's also within a walkable distance to the main lift which was a bonus for us, because we were able to easily get on a nice path to walk our dog a few times each day. There was live music outside near the lift and a few local restaurant options we got to enjoy, all right around the corner. The front porch had a bit more ATV noise than we were expecting, but with it being a holiday weekend it made sense there would be extra traffic. Overall we loved the ambiance of this place and will happily stay here again next time we're up in Brian Head. Definitely a new mountain favorite of ours!
