Shore's Heaven är en familjeorienterad exklusiv reträtt. Detta är det tredje huset från stranden och erbjuder fantastisk utsikt över havet, sundet och det närliggande vilda livreservatet. Fastigheten ligger på nästan en halv acer mark på en cul-de-sac gata och bara 100 meter till stranden tillgång.

Sängkläder (lakan och handdukar) ingår, med gjorda sängar. Du kan njuta av både soluppgångar och solnedgångar från alla tre nivåer, både inuti med fönster i överflöd och utanför på däck ..

Är du trött på att starta din semester på ett hyrbolagskontor eller i mataffären istället för stranden? Inga problem. Med vårt nyckellösa inträde går du rätt till huset. Vår conciergeservice (liten avgift) gör matshopping åt dig och får den att vänta i kylskåp när du anländer. Låt hissen transportera dina saker till sovrummet eller köket.

För att öka din integritet har varje sovrum sitt eget badrum. Detta hem har ett spelrum med biljardbord, hiss och teaterrum. Teaterrummet har en 61 ”DLP-TV med stereoljud och Play Station II. De sex sovrummen har vardera en TV / DVD-kombinationsenhet, varvid ett av sovrummen är handikappvänligt. Dessutom har sovrummet på översta våningen en jacuzzi. Höghastighetsinternet-åtkomstpunkter finns i hallen, teaterrummet och rec-rummet. Ta bara med din egen bärbara dator. The Great Room har en TV med stereoljud med surroundljud. Great accommodation

This was the perfect setting for a family gathering. Everyone had their own room and bathroom and the seniors were able to use the entire house thanks to the elevator. The house is as nice as the pictures show - quality furnishings and an extremely well equipped kitchen - overall great stay.

Great week away with family

Our stay was great…. One inconvenience was that we booked this place for a few reasons, it suited our families needs and it had an elevator for a family member who is handicapped. Prior to arriving (4 days) we received a notice that the elevator was broken and that we would be refunded $200. A nice gesture but honestly, it’s not about the money, we really needed the elevator. Four days prior to our arrival was not the time for our family to look for a new location to suit us. The volleyball court at the home was not maintained, partial sand, mostly weeds and painful to the feet when playing. The pool was great but the area around the pool lacked loungers for a house that holds 14 guests. All in all, it was a great week with family. Kitchen was amazing with everything that we needed and more. Would consider staying in Salvo again.

Adult Children Reunion/Vacation

This is a VERY nice house with all amenities provided. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of space for each family to have some privacy. Walk to the beach is a little farther than we thought, but not bad. House needs a little TLC in places from wear and tear. Our only real issue is the air filters were completely clogged up causing some issues with some family members with Asthma. Made the owner aware and he was great to work with. Filters in the house and we changed them. Said they were supposed to be changed monthly by maintenance. Go ahead and book a stay here. You won't be sorry!

Great place

Great place. Well laid out. Plenty of room for 9 adults with room to spare. Needs update on fridges and some general maintenance. Well stocked. Did not like the fact that only one set of towels are provided.

Nice, but needs work

This is a very nice house and great location. Unfortunately, there is a lot of maintenance that needs to happen. There is a ceiling leak in second story bedroom during a heavy rain storm. Water leaks onto the bed. So if you dont have great weather, you lose a bedroom. This was reported to the owner and he stated that siding on house is missing and water gets in. I read some old reviews and found that this same issue happened three years ago and yet still has not been corrected. disappointing. Most screens doors are damaged. bathroom sliding glass doors off the rails and difficult to close. bathroom door will not latch. Deck nails around pool starting to come up, so you have to be careful stepping. These are all fixable things, but the property has not been maintained well. The gas fireplace would not come on. The owner was made aware of all these things. Hopefully he will have these things taken care of.

As the title of this home states, it is heavenly. The home is beautiful and close to the beach access. The pool and hot tub were great to have. If getting the pool heat, it may not be ready the first day because it takes 24-36 hours to heat. I would've liked to know this and thought the next group may too. We had an issue with the pool not getting warm, but the property manager, Vino, was responsive to our concerns and handled the matter as quickly as possible. Vino was very kind and understanding. There are a lot of neighborhoods cats, and they are a joy to see. The stereo systems were inaccessible or I at least didn't figure it out. A book would be nice to explain these things, but there is not one at the house. I recommend having your phone handy to see the checkout instructions and garbage night information. My group loved this home and the location! Oh and if going outside the driveway there are burrs that get stuck in shoes or foot if not wearing shoes. You will track these into the home, so check your shoes!

Wonderful stay

3rd week in September, we had 7 adults and 3 children. The pool was not cold, but not warm. Check in was easy and the house itself is spacious and clean. We had a really wonderful time and would highly recommend the property- below are just a few minor suggestions- first; the master bedroom and the lack of window treatment on the top arch window. It’s extremely difficult to sleep in with the sunlight pouring in. Please consider covering it. 2nd- update the pictures of the house and it’s surroundings. The map and pictures are misleading. There are multiple new houses blocking views of the ocean and the house directly next door is under active construction. None of these are accurately represented. Third- there is a gas grill at the house. Not sure where it came from, but we rented one after being told there was not one. Fourth- Only the master bathroom had a shower mat- the rest did not. Fifth- the temperature gauges were not consistent from room to room. If the thermostat was set at 74 on the 3rd floor, the temperature would easily fall to 66 in the master bedroom and be freezing cold. Sixth- the door in the house leading to the pool didn’t latch close properly and therefore could not be secured. We had to lay a stool in the frame to keep it from being opened. A major concern for us leaving the house and not having our things stolen. Seventh- two twin bed room’s bathroom door was broken and couldn’t be closed for privacy. Things we were extremely pleased about- 1- kitchen was stocked with everything we could think of (although the deep fryer cable was missing,) 2- we were able to easily manage the overall temperature with the thermostat on each floor. 3- the beds were VERY comfortable. Everyone slept very well. Linens were very nice and clean. 4- the house had a crib, pack and play, high chair, feeding chair and games (we played cards against humanity one night and had a ton of laughs) 5- the elevator was amazing to use and we had lots of gear to use to take to the beach including a new wagon. 6- the patio furniture was comfortable and enjoyable to sit on. They were clean and not broken. 7- Communication with the owner was timely. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and we thank the owner for his hospitality. **also a note- there are a ton of feral cats in the brush and grassland surrounding the house. People showed up to feed them. They would roam frequently around the house. They didn’t bother us.

Comfortable and Kid Friendly

Roomy upstairs living area for parents and 6 kids under 4. Beds were size-able and surprisingly comfortable for a rental. Everything was functioning well. No issues whatsoever. We would absolutely stay again.

Destination Wedding

Our son had a destination wedding in the OBX and we had family and friends stay with us in this beautiful home! Great location very clean. The bedrooms are perfect for adult groups and the mattresses are wonderful. My husband stated best sleep he had had in a long time. The accommodations supported a large group.and the house was very clean with a fully supplied kitchen with everything you would need. Property manager was excellent and responded promptly to every question I had about the property. I only have one recommendation for this home and that would be to simplify TV systems. However I would highly recommend! 5 star rating!

Beautiful Home

This was our first trip visiting the OBX and man are we glad we found this house! When you first pull up it took our breaths away. It’s so beautiful and really big. We had a large party size of 6 adults and 6 children. There was plenty of room for all of us. We ended up not even using two of the rooms! You get beautiful views of the ocean and you are also the last road before the stretch to Avon which we enjoyed. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. You are a short walk to the beach! Vino was very easy to get ahold of I needed him. I highly recommend this property!!

Great slice of the OBX

The house and property were fantastic. Both exceeded our expectations. The house and decks were spacious for the 13 of us. The house is just a short walk to the beach. Waves market and a fresh seafood spot just a mile or so away. As others and the listing said, stock up on supplies on your way in. Vino was great to work with. Answered all questions very quickly and checked in with us to make sure things were okay. We even had a surprise coffeemaker mailed that Vino said we could use. I recommend renting a grill if you plan on grilling often. Two thumbs up.. Would definitely recommend!

Heavenly!!!!

This house was heavenly. The open living room and kitchen, the decks that surrounded the house on every floor, the quiet neighborhood, pool, hot tub and short walk to the beach. We have been to the Outer Banks for 6 wonderful Family Vacations and this by far was my favorite - it truly was heavenly!!!!

Great beach getaway!

No one in party had ever been to OBX, all are beach lovers and we wanted to see a different view. Home was perfect for the ten of us. Very comfortable with something for everyone. Easy walk to the beach and beautiful sunrises/sunsets.

As advertised

The stay started with great communication with Vino. He helped friends find a house in the same neighborhood which made our stay that much better. The communication continued as he helped problem solve any issues we had. The property was clean, there were gorgeous views, a quick walk to the ocean. The added fee for the heated pool was well worth it as if stays cooler there in April due to the ocean breeze. Our kids had a blast and we were not worried about them breaking any fancy decor. The provided beach chairs and toys were helpful and allowed for less things fo pack. There were a few drawbacks but Vino was responsive to handle them and sent maintenance people quickly. The dryer had gone faulty, it kept stopping after 20 minutes, a new one was ordered but wouldn’t be ready for our stay. We were refunded a bit and Vino had maintenance there to check on it, out of his control and we made it work by just turning it back on a bunch. The pool needs refilling, there seems to be a bit of a leak at the heater, not a big deal we followed the pool persons instructions and put a hose in for a couple of hours every couple of days. This was an easy trade off for having a fun place for the kids to play. All the bathrooms were clean and hot showers worked well even with many people using at once. I wish hand towels were provided as we didn’t think to bring them, so others should. Also bring enough TP to get you going and not running out to the market. We enjoyed the town of Salvo it had what we needed for the most part but be prepared to drive 20 minutes for full grocery shopping and 30 if you need hard alcohol. We knew this ahead of time by doing research but plan accordingly. The beach has fishing, dolphin watching and everything else you could imagine and you could easily spend a whole week not leaving salvo of you have all the food you need. Will definitely come back!

Great location! Just a few minutes walk to the ocean or sound side beaches. Beautiful views. Owner is very responsive. We had 4 families, 3 generations staying & the house was very roomy & accommodating. We would stay here again.
