All Things Possible, tidigare känd som Sunnyside, välkomnar din familj för en fantastisk strandsemester!

Bäddar: 2 King Masters, 3 drottningar, 1 Pyramid våningssäng, 2 våningssängar, 1 bäddsoffa (drottning)

HÖGSTA NIVÅN:
Den bakre planlösningen erbjuder ljudutsikt från det stora rummet med tillgång till rymliga däck för utomhusmat. Vardagsrummet har en stor soffa med omslag för TV-tittande med antingen kabel- eller streamingappar. Ett uppgraderat gourmetkök har apparater i rostfritt stål: dubbla väggugnar, 2 diskmaskiner och en stor kökön med spis och barplats för 6. Matsalen har ett bord med plats för upp till 10 och det finns ett halvt badrum på denna våning. King Master Suite har tillgång till däck och dess Master Bath har dubbla tvättställ, en bubbelbadkar med separat dusch. (Obs: fristående gasspis i Great Room är inte för gästens användning.)

MELLANNIVÅ:
Det huvudsakliga inträdesvägen för detta hem leder till en skuggig veranda med gungstolar och däckmöbler. Inuti inträdesvägen finns det 5 sovrum på denna nivå: 3 drottningssovrum (två med tillgång till däck) och 1 sovrum med 2 våningssängar. Dessa rum har alla två olika badrum med hall / badkar. Det finns också en andra King Master-svit på denna våning som har dubbla fåfängar handfat och ett badrum med dusch / badkar. Tvättstuga ligger utanför korridoren.

MARKNIVÅ:
Om extra sovrum behövs är soffan i loungen en drottningssoffa. Detta rum har massor av roliga spelrumsfunktioner och kommer säkert att bli en stor hit med alla, särskilt barnen! Foosballbordet är ett soffbord i förklädnad; det finns två olika arkadspel att spela och ett äkta Shuffleboard-spel för riktigt konkurrenskraftiga familjemedlemmar. Den stora platt-TV är inställd för spel. Skjutdörrar leder ut till poolen uteplatsen med en badtunna och den 9 'x 21' timglasformade poolen (poolen är ett exempel på en design-ny bild tillgänglig våren 2020). Det finns gott om schäslonger runt poolterrassen för avkoppling och solning.

EXTRA:
Som gäster i The Currituck Club, en förstklassig gated community, kan din familj använda sina olika bekvämligheter inklusive gratis vagnservice till stranden, strandbetjäning, klubbhus med restaurang på plats, stor gemensam pool med barnpool, gym och domstolar för tennis, basket och volleyboll! Det finns planerade barnaktiviteter som erbjuds under sommaren och vandringsleder och cykelturer. Golfare i familjen kan boka att spela på 18-hålsbanan, anlagd i hela denna utväg, med ljud och havsutsikt.

All Things Possible Family Vacation

The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood. The house itself was very nice and suited our space needs nicely.There were small issues with things in the house like blinds that didn’t open or hanging blinds in bedroom that were missing sections which didn’t provide us privacy at night and let the sun in in the morning. Also, one towel per person for one week isn’t sufficient. Could also use more that one dish towel. Children’s clothing/underwear was also found in one of the top bunk beds. Other than that the house was enjoyable, especially the pool!

Family reunion

The house is large and well supplied. Several thing were not working including the grills and stove burners when we arrived. The outdoor deck was very dirty and clearly had not been cleaned in quite some time.

Great community and easy beach access

The Currituck Club community was perfect for our family. We took advantage of the fitness center, community pool, and walks to the sunset bridge each night. The trolley made going to the beach super easy. The property was a good fit for us, although some things could have been improved. The top deck had places where toddlers could easily slip through along the railing. The pool was rather small and not the best kept. Cleanliness was fine, but you could tell that it was well-lived in. (Shower curtain mildew and hard water stained). Overall we enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

OBX Vacay 2020

Overall, it was a great stay! Pool experience was not always pleasant, as there were several large black ants and red fire ants and a couple Hornets nests that were bothersome on the furniture. The bottom rail post top was completely rotted and kept coming off. The grill off the deck was a mess and took a good hour to clean. The grease catcher was overflowing. Great response to come clean our pool after we called. The inside of the house was beautiful. Water drain problem with tub in the master on the middle level. Thank you for our stay.

Summer Vacation

We liked the house more and more throughout our stay. The management were efficient and helpful and we were pleased that the pool was cleaned during our stay. We accidentally broke a screen and it was very efficiently dealt with by the management and paid for from our damage deposit. The positives: We all had good bedrooms bar one (see below) and the beds were very comfy and large. The house was clean and tidy. The house is very well equipped for kitchen goods and utensils and there is lots of gear to use by the pool and beach. The great room is a fabulous place to gather and there is a great shuffle board and ping pong table plus arcade games in the basement. The home is located in a fabulous gated community with everything we needed within easy access. The negatives: The basement bedroom has some sort of electrical pump located behind a wooden shutter. This pump switched on multiple times in the night and was super loud. We could not sleep in that room. It has a Queen/twin bunk bed- designed for kids or teens. In some areas the home is looking a little tired. The upper deck furniture is stained and looks somewhat unloved. The Area around the pool is a little unkempt and could do with a spring clean. The pool furniture could perhaps benefit from a power wash. We would have welcomed the ability to have some shade by the pool too. Having been rental home owners before, we really do appreciate attention to detail and it has made us super aware! Overall we would certainly recommend this property.

Family Vacation

Had rented this property before through another management company, the house was not cleaned properly when we arrived. So many things had changed about this house as far as the unkeep, however its a place we enjoy to spend time at as a family. I would rent again however my family has expanded and we need something bigger.
