On the main floor and at street level without stairs, we find the entrance of the house that gives access to a living room with fireplace with exit to a beautiful terrace with panoramic views to the sea and mountains. A new and fully equipped independent kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite with bathtub.

Through an internal staircase that is in the living room you can access the lower part of the villa, where you will find a room with a double bed (140 cm), a third room with a double bed (140 cm), and a fourth room with a double bed, very spacious and with an en suite bathroom with bathtub.
