This is a lovely, classic and well taken care of mountain home for up to six people! It is very clean, very comfortable, and the homes design and furnishings make it very easy to relax and enjoy yourself. This wonderful mountain home is in the well established HHI area of Cashiers - a true nature lovers paradise with large trees, mature landscaping, dramatic mountain view’s- just pure heaven. A beautiful landscape and flower garden welcomes you when pulling into the property, while a screened back porch (perfect for coffee in the morning and afternoon conversations), moss covered backyard and separate grilling porch make you want to stay forever. This is the perfect place for a family retreat that is within just a few minutes to everything you’d ever want to do in the mountains of NC.

One of the most beautiful and well stocked homes I ever rented. Every room was decorated beautifully and furnished with so many treasures. The kitchen had high end appliances and a large island. My fellow travelers particularly enjoyed the comfortable screened porch for eating and relaxing. The bathrooms were large and luxurious. The location was lovely and convenient. We enjoyed our walks in the neighborhood. Anne was so thoughtful to check on us. Putting my car in the garage was an added bonus. I give this home a much higher rating than allowed.

Beautiful home, quiet and peaceful

We just can't say enough good things about this lovely home or about Anne, who communicates hospitality via email, text and every detail of her house. Rarely have we found a home where each single thing truly felt like . . . home. The mattresses (!), sheets, towels - fantastic. Hangers in the closets - yes! So often it's the little things that are so frustrating but at this house, they're all perfect. Anne has all the details down and has been a consummate and patient communicator. The beautiful yard and lovely flowers inside and out were an unexpected bonus that we savored each day of our stay. A talent for interior design and hospitality shows and we loved every minute at this house.

The process to rent was easy and Anne was the perfect host. She really followed through on every question we had leading up to our stay and when we arrived she was readily available if we needed anything or had a question. Fantastic getaway for our family and we would definitely return.

Special place

This was a truly special cottage- so charming and well-maintained inside and out. The owner seemed to go above and beyond to make it feel clean and welcoming. We felt like guests, not renters. Great location- very close to Cashiers town center and easy access to area hikes.

Beautiful home in a great location in the High Hampton area. Fully stocked kitchen and wonderfully landscaped. Homeowner was very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Pristine, hidden gem

The photos of this home do not accurately convey it's charm. The house is pristine, beautifully appointed, close to town, and has a fully stocked kitchen. The homeowners were thorough and helpful throughout our communications. We would happily stay here again, as we feel we have discovered a hidden gem!

An amazing location in beautiful Cashiers

This property to tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but close to all things Cashiers - good food, great hikes, sliding rocks, horseback riding, etc. The owner did a fantastic job communicating with us. The kitchen is amazingly well stocked. We'll rent here again for sure!
