Easy Livin är en gästfavorit år efter år. Det är en traditionell stuga på ett utmärkt läge på västsidan av Sunset Beach, precis vid hörnet av West Main och 28th Street. Tillträde till stranden är tvärs över gatan, och det är en enkel promenad till piren. Denna 4BR / 2BA stuga rymmer 9 med följande sängkonfiguration: K, Q, D / S, 2S. Sovrummen flankerar på båda sidor om det gemensamma vardagsrummet och matsalen. Badrummen är tillgängliga från vart och ett av de två sovrummen som delar dem. Det fullt utrustade köket renoverades 2015. Badet som gränsar till sovrummet uppdaterades totalt 2019 med en stor dusch. Andra bekvämligheter inkluderar 5 kabel-TV, DVD / stereo och höghastighetsinternet och Keurig kaffebryggare. Det finns ett soldäck och täckt skärmad veranda, plus en stor utomhusdusch.

Denna stuga ligger nära stranden i Sunset Beach. Great Location

Touchless check in/out was very easy. Never had any issues or any engagement with management team. Surprised to see towels and sheets in the house, as many NC beach rentals don’t come with them. Path to the beach is right across the street. One block from pier, small market and coffee. Small house that was more than the 2 of us needed, but it was great for the weekend. Construction next door was loud a few times, but we didn’t spend much time during the day at the house. Overall, a very nice stay.

Great location!

The location of the house is fabulous! Only a block from the beach in beautiful Sunset Beach. The area is lovely, very quiet, and family-centered. Great place to bike and enjoy the kids. The home is set up nicely, with 4 bedrooms off the main living space. The only downside is that it is pretty musty and not well cleaned. My toddler’s knees and feet were sooty day one. Several of the drawer spaces are filled with “leftover stuff” and minimized areas to use. There was no BBQ grill that we were aware of and that would have been nice. Easy in and out, and great memories with family. I would definitely stay at Sunset Beach again, just maybe not in August!

Enjoyed our stay but never got sent a door code to access property, message properly manger several times with no response, finally got up with a maintenance guy and was able to access property.

Nice stay!

Property was as described - very roomy for 6 adults. Location was great, especially with beach access right across the street. We would love to return someday. We did need to provide our own linens/towels, and also handsoap/papertowels/ and trash bags, so make sure you pack things like that. Otherwise it was perfect!

Great location!

Kitchen was very well stocked and we enjoyed some home cooked meals. Also loved that it was just a short walk to the beach. I was however disapointed to learn that linens and towels were not provided. It was not clearly started on the VRBO listing and one has to go to their website to find that out. I appreciated the quick response from the after hours contact. The place was also a little dusty.

Fabulous beach trip

Your house was fabulous and exactly what we needed to relax for a while. While there were a few little hiccups, they were taken care of by the realty staff and never even caused a bump in our road for the week. I did forget to mention to the realty company that the house smelled a little like wet dog only in the kitchen when we first arrived but eventually dissipated after a day.

Just what we needed

We absolutely loved the screened in porch. It was our nightly ritual to sit out there and talk. Lovely house. Great for families. convenient to the beach. The extra beach toys came in handy for the kids. Very comfortable living space that allowed us to be together without being on top of each other. Only one "hiccup": We could only get one of the bedroom TVs to work. The other three didn't work for us. (FYI: we didn't ask the property management company for any assistance with this).
