Exceptionell villa, belägen på sidan av en kulle mellan Canyon och Costa de los Pinos, med vacker och imponerande utsikt över den närliggande kusten och bergen och njuter av vackra solnedgångar. En lugn plats utan grannar på kanten av en tallskog.

Den har ett stort vardagsrum med öppen spis, luftkonditionering i varje rum, valfri centralvärme, ett stort oberoende kök. Endast ett av rummen ligger på tornets första våning, de återstående fem är på bottenvåningen.
Tre sovrum med dubbelsängar, ett sovrum med tre enkelsängar, ett sovrum med två enkelsängar och ett med en enkelsäng, fyra badrum, tre badrum.
Runt huset finns rymliga terrasser, en veranda med soffor att tillbringa trevliga kvällar, lusthus med uteservering, bredvid grillen för utsökta måltider.

En pool på 48 kvadratmeter med en rymlig terrass för solbad kommer att glädja unga och gamla.

Det ligger cirka 9 km från Cala Ratjada och 4 km från Son Servera. Från vägen till huset är åtkomstvägen olagd.

Amazing Finca

It is a wonderful and tranquil property. The beaches and some towns are close by. It was comfortably big enough for 3 families. We loved the big outside table. Looking forward to oming back.

Fabulous property

This is a wonderful property. We were a big family group of 13 ranging in ages from 12 to 83. It was perfect for us. Stunning views and lovely pool. Management company were quick to respond to any issue we had. We would live to rent this again.

Exceptional Finca

We were 11guests and stayed for one week. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. The Finca is really spacious, the rooms are beautiful and we'll equipped. The highlights of the Finca are the barbeque area and the pool where we spent hours and hours. The view into the countryside is exceptional.Inma is a lovely and great host and we could contact her at any time with questions. We can definitely recommend this beautiful place and would love to come back.

A remote property

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was ideal for all 14 of us. Being so remote it is very private and quiet. Our grand children loved the freedom and the pool. Being disabled it would have helped to have a bannister to the front steps and hand holds near the showers. We did have problems with some taxis not being able to find the property. And on one occasion a driver turfed us out of the cab with half a mile to go? Anyway those were the only negative issues. We did have a very good family holiday.

Lovely House - Needs Better Maintenance

The house was nice with a good design (T shape with rooms down the center and the living area at the top - great for putting kids to bed early). Also a great outdoor space, we ate and cooked all of our meals out here. It is somewhat remote (drive down a bumpy gravel role) but had a nice view of the valley and ocean in the distance. Some vegetation could have been removed for a better view. There were some maintenance issues - we killed over 1,000 wasps while there for 7 days - they were mainly around the pool so made it quite difficult to use to pool. We asked for fumigation and they came once we let them know about the 5 wasp nests on the house. There are clearly many more nests in the grounds, but we didn't go searching for them. It improved after chemicals in the pool (which killed a lot of wasps) and the fumigation, but we still had some wasps around the pool and made it challenging for the kids to swim in the hottest part of the day (that is when they were the worst). The house was also not aired out before we arrived - there was a musty / mildew smell and there was mold in the bathrooms on the grout / caulking. Faucets also didn't work well in the showers with half of the water not diverting up to the shower. Lastly, the ping pong table is warped so was difficult to play on as the ball bounded in really weird directions. Overall a lovely stay, nice area and we would come back if the maintenance issues are resolved.

Wonderful house in a truly beautiful location

We had a wonderful two week holiday here. We were met by Inma who showed us around a well presented and very clean house. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. A very generous and wide range of fruit and vegetables were provided on arrival which was much appreciated. The rooms are large and spacious and the photographs are accurate. The air conditioning works very well and we were always very comfortable. The house has a very large outside terrace where we ate all our meals. The views are amazing and the house is surrounded by peaceful farmland which is used for growing various trees. There are no noisy neighbours or neighbours at all really. It is a peaceful location and I enjoyed running on the long track in the clean air. There is lots of parking space for multiple cars. We all enjoyed the huge swimming pool which is suitable for a proper swim as well as being great fun for all the children. It is edged by rosemary which smells lovely! There is plenty of seating in the shade and lots of sun beds for sunbathing. The house is all on one level except one bedroom on the first floor. This lacks an en suite bathroom but has amazing views. The beds are comfortable and all other bedrooms have en suites except the single room. The kitchen is large and we were able to cook lots of nice meals. There are plenty of plates, bowls and cutlery. There are lot of small coffee mugs but not many large ones. Two fridges and freezers (one set outside) made storing food easy with plenty of space. There is also a large very good BBQ. The location of this house is excellent for visiting many interesting places. You will definitely need a car! Arta is a lovely town about a ten minute drive away with a very good market. There are many lovely beaches only a very short drive away as well. We had an amazing holiday here and would highly recommend this house and the excellent management.

Tolle Finca

Wir hatten mit unserer Großfamilie eine tolle Woche in der Finca. Sie liegt alleinstehend in einem Olivenhain; ein Auto ist erfolgreich. Haus und Garten sind sehr weitläufig und waren tadellos sauber. Einzig die Küche ist nicht bes. gut mit Kochutensilien ausgestattet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder gern dort Urlaub machen. Auch die Betreuung durch Home Eucalyptus war super.

3 Generationen Urlaub

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Finca verbracht. Mit Enkeln waren wir insgesamt 12 Personen. Uns hat besonders die Ruhe und die Nähe zur Natur gefallen. Die fantastische Aussicht war nicht zu übertreffen. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Inma war eine super Gastgeberin.

Paradies mit viel Platz

Wir verbrachten eine herrliche Woche in der Finca mit 4 Familien. Es gibt viel Platz für alle Personen. Der Blick ist herrlich und die Finca ist ein guter Ort zum Entspannen. Einzig das W-LAN hätte für die Jugendlichen besser sein können und im Bad riecht es etwas feucht manchmal, man muss gut lüften. Aber wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, sind von dort aus in viele Richtungen gefahren, um Wanderungen zu unternehmen. Der Kontakt zu Imba war schnell und unkompliziert. Toll war der Obst/Gemüsekorb zur Begrüßung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Perfekt für eine Großfamilie

Angenehmer Aufenthalt! Herzlicher (und deutscher) Empfang von Inma, die uns immer umgehend weitergeholfen hat, wenn es eine Frage bzw. Problem gab - vielen Dank! Die Lage und Ambiente ausgezeichnet! Pool und Außenanlage großzügig und sauber. Die Sanitäranlagen könnten modernisiert werden, sind aber sauber. An jedem Waschbecken ist ein Seifenspender 😀. Betten und Sofas sind bequem und sauber. Die Türen schlißen sehr laut und bei Durchzug knallen die Fenster - ein Wunder, dass keines zu Bruch ging ;-) ! Der Poolboy macht jeden Morgen (leider mit einem Laubbläser, nicht mit einem Besen) die Terrasse und den Pool sauber. Die Küchenausstattung ist gut, ein paar Glasschälchen für Nachtisch oder Salat wären noch toll gewesen. Und ein paar Spielsachen für Pool oder Strand haben wir vermisst, aber es gibt Tischtennisschläger, Bälle und eine Platte. Die Ziegen im "Garten" haben uns nicht gestört, nicht mal, als sie zum Trinken an den Pool kamen 😀! Zu empfehlen für einen gemeinsamen Urlaub mit Oma, Opa und deren Kindern mit Familien!!!

Schöne Woche in Son Servera

Wir hatten mit unserer Familie einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Die Lage am Rande des Oliven- und Orangenhains mit umher laufenden Ziegen, der schöne und saubere Pool und die zuvorkommenden Gastgeber haben uns besonders gefallen. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen in der Idylle waren einige Wespen, die immer wieder den Pool als Trinkwasserquelle missbraucht haben. Kurz dem Service Bescheid gegeben, hat man sich sofort um eine Lösung gekümmert, so dass wir rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt waren.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt!

Wir sind mit 9 Personen für eine Woche in der tollen Finca gewesen und haben den Charme der Anlage bereits in der Auffahrt gespürt - umgeben von Olivenbäumen, Orangen- und Zitronenbäumen ist die Finca toll gelegen und bietet eine tolle Sicht sowohl von der Terrasse als auch vom Pool! Die Zimmer und Bäder entsprechen den Fotos der Anzeige und sind vollkommen in Ordnung. Der große Tisch draußen lädt zu geselligen Runden ein und im Lounge-Bereich kann man den Abend gut ausklingen lassen. Man ist schnell bei den nächsten großen Supermärkten und auch sonst super angebunden. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! DANKE :)

Prinzipiell sehr großzügiges Objekt mit einigen erforderlichen Pflegemaßnahmen

Es war sehr schön hier, allerdings waren 2 der Badewannen nicht benutzbar, es gab aber genug Duschen, zwischen Zimmerdecke und Hausdach gab es nächtliches Leben, hier muß der Schädlingsbekämpfer aktiv werden, und der eigentlich spektakuläre Fernblick ist durch mehrere überflüssige Büsche usw. zugewachsen, hier müsste der Gärtner mal ran. Der Poolservice war super, jeden Morgen vor Ort und hat auch gleich die Terassen saubergeblasen. Das Haus ist großzügig und weitläufig, wie auch die Terassen. Das Grundstück ist riesig, man hört nichts und wird auch nicht gehört. Die Abwicklung war reibungslos, die Verwalterin sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, sprach unter anderem fließend Deutsch. Ich würde das Haus gern wieder buchen, dann aber eine Reparatur der Bäder und einen erfolgreichen Kammerjägereinsatz erwarten und mir ein Zurückschneiden der Sichtblockierer wünschen.

Finca mit traumhafter Lage

Die Finca ist super gelegen. Sie ist wirklich ein Ruheort in einer doch sonst dichtbesiedelten Insel. Besonders der Außenbereich hat uns besonders gefallen. Entsprechend viel haben wir uns dort aufgehalten. Ich kann mich insgesamt de positiven Kritiken de vorigen Kommentargeber nur anschließen. Ein paar wenige negative Kritikpunkte gibt es jedoch. Das betrifft bsp. die Akkustik. Die Türen im Haus schließen sehr laut. Hier fehlen eindeutig Dichtungsgummis. Zudem gibt es neben dem Haus eine Pumpe, die auch nachts immer wieder aktiv ist und den ein oder anderen Gast immer wieder um seinen/ihren Schlaf gebracht hat. Hier haben wir Handtüchern gearbeitet um die Vibrationen etwas abzumildern. Das ist sicher auch auf andere Art und somit weniger provisorisch möglich. Zuguterletzt war der technische Zustand der Bäder nicht ganz in Ordnung. Wir hätten zum Beispiel gern den Jacuzzi genutzt. Jedoch waren beide nicht funktionstüchtig. Alles in allem überwiegt jedoch der positive Eindruck. Wir waren gern hier.

Familienurlaub

Sehr schöne, ruhige und großzügige Finca. Sehr nette Vermieterin, mit der die Kommunikation sehr gut war. Wichtig ist, dass man Autos hat, da die Finca etwas abseits liegt. 9 min bis Son Severa und 10 min bis zum Strand von Canyamel. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen

Tres bien

Nous avons réservé cette finga en famille pour faire decouvrir à nos enfants et petite fille l'ile de nos grands parents ou nous passions nos étés. Nous avons apprécie l'espace, exterieur comme intérieur, la grande piscine, le calme et de ce fait la possibilité de faire du bruit a l'occasion d'un anniversaire. Erholung pur

Wir sind mit zwei Erwachsenen und drei großen Kindern zwischen 17 und 20 Jahren gereist und haben die großzügige Finca sehr genossen. Zusammensein und Rückzug - alles war möglich. Große Küche, Pool, Tischtennisplatte, Lounge und großer Esstisch haben zum "Chillen", Lesen, Kochen, Relaxen und Spielen eingeladen. Die Orangen zum Frühstück haben wir frisch vom Orangenbaumfeld gepflückt, das dem Pool vorgelagert ist. Ruhig ist es sowieso. Meine bescheidene Meinung: Mehr geht nicht.

Große Finca in traumhafter Lage

Die Lage holt alles raus!

Auch wenn hier und da mal was kleines defekt war, die Lage macht alles wieder gut! Im Großen und ganzen sind alle begeistert gewesen. Zur Anreise gab es frisches Obst und Gemüse kostenlos und täglich wurde der Pool morgens gereinigt. Hier kann man locker mit 5 Familien wohnen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
