Två sovrum stuga på ett lugnt landsbygd.

Självhushåll stuga tillverkade av lokala Cornish sten har två sovrum, ett med dubbelsäng, det andra med två enkelsängar. Stugan ligger i en lantlig miljö med utsikt över dalen över mot Bodmin.

Stugan har ett vardagsrum / matrum med altandörrar som leder till en stor trädgård, ett fullt utrustat kök (tvättmaskin, diskmaskin, kyl, mikrovågsugn, brödrost, vattenkokare) och ett fullt utrustat duschkabin. Stugan har också lagringsutrymmen, TV (ingår i sovrum och vardagsrum), omfattande parkeringsplats och full centralvärme. Sängkläder och sängkläder finns också.
Observera: Vedeldad spis är inte längre funktionell, så helt enkelt för kosmetiska ändamål.

Lansallos stranden är ca 0. 75 miles away nås genom en vandringsled från byn Lansallos. Fiskebyarna Polperro (2 miles) och Looe (7 miles) finns i närheten, medan den populära staden Fowey ligger bara fyra miles away över Bodinnick Ferry och alla lättillgängligt med bil. Stugan är en utmärkt bas för att utforska södra Cornwall och bortom med väg och järnväg - med järnvägsstationer vid Liskeard (10 miles) och Lostwithiel (5 miles) i närheten. Uthyrning veckan är från lördag till lördag ankomster från 3 pm och avgångar är vid 10. 30am.

Das Haus hatte einen wunderschönen Ausblick in die Landschaft. Es war gemütlich eingerichtet und hatte alles was man für einen Aufenthalt als Familie braucht. Gerne haben wir draußen im großzügigen Garten gesessen, entspannt und gegessen.Matthew war ein sehr netter Vermieter, mit dem die Kommunikation für die Anreise und auch vor Ort sehr gut geklappt hat.Zu Fuß erreicht man in 25 Minuten das Örtchen Lansallos und nach weiteren 15 Minuten ist man am Strand. Tolle Felsen, klares Wasser, welches zum Baden einlädt und der Einstieg in den South West Path erwarten einen dort.In einer Stunde Fahrt erreicht man zum Beispiel Plymouth, Tintagel Castel und Farmouth mit vielen Gärten und Castles. Die Straßen sind allerdings sehr abenteuerlich.Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit in Conwall, die wir nie vergessen werden

Great holiday

Large,comfortable, well equipped cottage with beautiful views. Approximately 1 mile walk from the south west coast path and Lansallos beach which is a pretty and quiet little cove. The walks can be very strenuous if you're not used to the hills.Close to many attractions such as the eden project e also found some smaller places to visit such as Porfell rescue centre, Caŕnglaze caverns and Golitha falls. The cottage is also close to a "dark sky" area on Bodmin moor and if you're able to stay up late and have a clear night, the stars are absolutely amazing. Matthew and family incuding the dogs are very friendly and helpful .A lovely holiday.

Ideal cottage in an ideal location

My husband and I stayed at Matthew's cottage for a little over two weeks and it was perfect! Very comfortable rooms, good kitchen (we made our own dinner on a few occasions), dishwasher, washing machine...most of the comforts of home but in an idyllic location of rolling hills and hidden coves. Close to great seaside towns and beautiful hiking by paths. We miss it and can't recommend it highly enough!

Lovely cottage

We loved this cottage. Surrounded by the most beautiful countryside and close to some lovely places to visit. Warm and cosy. Matthew welcomed us on arrival and has always answered messages quickly.

The Perfect Get-away

Having had a couple of hectic months we needed somewhere to relax and unwind and this place was perfect. Well equipped and with comfortable beds and seating plus a perfectly set-up kitchen it ticked all the boxes. We would not hesitate on returning.

Absolutely lovely cottage

Higher polgassic cottage is a home away from home. It has everything you can possibly need and beautiful views over farmland and moors. We all enjoyed the peaceful location and matthew was a super host.lots of local knowledge

Schönes komfortabeles Cottage zwischen Looe und Polperro

Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage am Rand von Lansallos. Matthew ist immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Der Check in war vollkommen entspannt. Dieses Cottage kann man sehr empfehlen. Von hier aus kann man Cornwall täglich neu entdecken.

Idyllic location

Best place we’ve stayed in Lansallos. More comfortable than nearby properties in the village itself. Position is exceptional in terms of privacy. Matthew is a great host and lets you get on with it - always courteous if he needs to access the gardens etc. He provides all you need to ensure your stay is as amenable as possible. He also orders the best weather imaginable for the location! Thank you for everything, Matthew - we will return again someday for sure .

Nurturing and peaceful.

We had a wonderful week at Matthew's place. It exceeded the description. It is clear, spacious, yet homely. The views are tremendous, overcto Bodmin moor. It is a great location, a few miles only from beautiful coast, and some great places on the moor. Stone circles, and the highest tea room in Cornwall. Loved it. Mattew was helpful , cheerful, and kind. The beds are super comfy. We will deffo be back !

Beautiful quiet Place to stay

We stayed one week. The house has a quiet calm Location with a lovely view into the land. Kitchen and bathroom are ok. The mattresses are a bit to soft for two elder ladies like us. Matthew was a very friendly and helpful host.

Superb value for money

The host Matthew is very helpful and friendly and always available to answer any questions. Very peaceful, in a quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle. View from the lounge looks out across the fields and valley. There is a local bus service to Polperro, Looe and Polruan which we used a few times (does drop off outside the front door). The property is roomy, warm, with plenty of hot water, great shower, well equipped kitchen (there is a fridge and the freezer compartment is small). However this was not an issue. Plenty of storage space for clothes, tvs in the bedrooms. This was a real find as we always stay on the north coast but thought we would experiment with the south this time. The local area is stunning - plenty of walks and the local villages are really pretty.
