awesome house

Impressive house, I would recommend it. It's small but comfortable, it has everything you need to spend a few incredible days. I definitely recommend it. Despite being small, it has everything you need. It's very pretty and has incredible decorations. A different experience.

Great time! Again!

This is my 2nd time in the Tiny Home , both visits have been great. No real concerns and highly recommend it. Only request I would have is for more dishes/glasses options- we cooked and hat to improvise a little. Location is great, secluded, private hot tub is awesome, clean....a little pricey but I've gone back for a reason!

Great with a few suggestions

Great space with outdoor space. We didn’t use hot tub due to weather, but was available. We enjoyed the fire pit. This was very convenient in location without having to travel high up in the mountain. Lighting was a bit dim in kitchen and living space and we never did completely figure out the heating system. These couple of tweaks could take it from great to fabulous.

Tiny Home, Big Deal!

My family and I just spent a little weekend getaway in this tiny home. The four of us (2 adults, 2 kids) had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The details really make it great - open floor plan in the house, hot tub, patio area, fire pit, plenty of seating, firewood ready to go, etc. The home itself is decorated beautifully too with a modern lodge feel. It’s pretty secluded - no neighbors nearby, just a road that’s a little traveled but not too bad. We had an issue with the AC not blowing cold, but the maintenance man had it fixed within 30 or so minutes of our call. The only things I wished it had was a curtain on the narrow window in the master bedroom so I wouldn’t have woken up with the sun and a later checkout, but that’s fairly small potatoes. We had a wonderful stay and we would definitely recommend it to others!

Did not meet expectations

Thoughts and experience: 1.property is located very close to a somewhat noisy road 2. the internet password was incorrect and even with a telephone call to Vacasa there was no resolution. We were supposed to receive a return phone call but none came. 3. there was no signal for the television 4. the minisplit HVAC system did not work and we were “denied access” to the internet address left in the property to be used for functioning of the remote. We did find a manual on line and it was of no help in getting the systems to function correctly. With outside temperatures over 80 degrees it was more than a bit uncomfortable 5. the bath towels were thread bare without drying ability and not worthy of the Econo Lodge. In addition to the phone call to Vacasa we sent and email and had no response. We have previously used VRBO and have never been quite so disappointed. Previous comments had noted a somewhat high price of rental, which we were willing to accept, but are sorry to say that it was certainly not worth the price in the end.

SM gettaway

My husband and I came for a 4 day stay. We loved the tiny home experience! It had everything we needed and more! The location was very Central to all of our adventures!!! We had a great stay and highly recommend it!

Tiny Home Pigeon Forge!

We were highly impressed and will be booking through Vacasa again. We absolutely loved this tiny home! We booked it very last minute and it was the perfect location, home, & size for 2! The home was cute as can be, check in was super fast & easy, and it was very clean. I guess it was a plus with there being a hot tub too! 😊

Cute and Clean

Came for a weekend getaway. Had never stayed in a tiny home before so wasn’t sure what to expect. It was super cute and very clean, but it is tiny. Even though it says it sleeps 4 it would be pretty cramped. But it’s perfect for 2 people. It’s also private but convenient to downtown.

Cozy Tiny Home

We spent 5 days here while in town for our wedding. We loved the location. It was close to town and easy to get to. It has a beautiful setting. The hot tub, fire pit and patio are perfect for taking in the view. The inside is nicely decorated and furnished. They provide many useful amenities. It was perfect for my wife and me. Cozy and comfortable! Highly recommend staying here!

Couldn’t love it more!

We absolutely loved this beautiful home! Nothing tiny about it! So cute, decorated perfectly, so much to offer and it’s a few minutes from everything you need! We loved the fire pit, the hot tub and that bed was so comfy we wanted to take it home! Can’t wait to come back!

Everything was Awesome!

Everything was great. We had a small issue with the hot tub before we arrived but the maintenance guy (Shawn I believe) called me said there was an issue with it heated. But the next day it was fixed and worked great! The AC units were a little confusing to work but it didn’t effect our stay one bit! The place was super clean, the bedding was nice and the furniture was comfy. Definitely will stay again!!

Awesome Stay!

Peaceful and perfect

Just close enough to town but far enough out. Sit on the porch with a cup of coffee or wine and stare at the mountains. So clean and comfortable, fire pit,hot tub ,everything you need inside and out. The beds were so comfortable and clean. This place has everything you would need to be happy.

Unbelievable and surprisingly comfy!

This property is a breath of fresh air, both with its secluded and convenient location and all the amenities… My wife and I were blown away and more than pleasantly surprised upon arrival. It was surprisingly comfy and perfect for our romantic getaway! I cannot highly recommend enough this property for a multitude of reasons and the staff was extremely helpful and courteous every step of the way! We will definitely be staying there again as soon as possible!

Perfect and Cozy Tiny Home

This Tiny Home was absolutely perfect! It was clean, well maintained, cozy, and just the right amount of space for our family. The kids loved the loft area and the bunk beds. The decor was spot on and it had everything we needed. The location was perfect too, a short drive to everything but also secluded. So happy we chose the Tiny Home for our vacation.

Modern country living

This tiny house has the best of everything!! You can spend a lot of time outside enjoying the scenery, make a fire, eat or play games at the comfortable table, rock on the porch and soak in a hot tub with a view!! All the conveniences of a home are at your fingertips. You feel secluded yet are less than 3 minutes from the main strip of pigeon forge. The home is less than 1 minute from horseback riding (awesome!) and zipping. Cleanliness is superior! I promise you won’t be disappointed staying here. You couldn’t ask for more.

Tiny house

A slightly rustic out of the way place to kick back inside or on the outside patio with a view of the mountains. Have a drink while soaking in the hot tub. Not that far from the hustle and bustle of the strip, but far enough to enjoy the quite. Nighttime you can sit at the outside chairs with a small fire and look up to count the stars. If you like, just a walk away is Smokie Mountain Zip line attraction. Leave relaxed and recharged.

Perfect little spot

We loved it here! It was close to town, while still tucked away. The patio area and the lower fire pit area is where we spent most of our time while we were at the tiny house. The kids had a blast in the loft, and everything was comfortable. I wish there would’ve been more accessible instructions on the heat/air units because it took us most of trip to figure it out and we didn’t see the online instruction until they sent the check out email so that was confusing. Only thing that might need checked is the shower drain (doesn’t drain well and the shower nearly overflows in a short time). Thanks for the stay!

Awesome.

Home was great for me and my wife and 2 year old. Was tiny but not to tiny had enough room to be comfortable. Hot tub was nice Just the privacy is nice. In a good nice area also!
