Föreställ dig att du njuter av din utsikt över stranden av de smaragdgröna vattnen i Mexikanska golfen och den socker vita sanden på stranden på Okaloosa Island från din enhet. Enheten ligger i västra änden av komplexet med utsikt över de vackert anlagda grunderna.

Enheten har ett stort sovrum vid stranden med en fantastisk utsikt över havet, en 2: a våningen balkong, king size-säng, klädkammare, två fåfängar, en badkar och en glasdusch. Det andra sovrummet har en king size-säng och mycket utrymme. Det tredje sovrummet har ett badrum med glasdusch och en Queen size-säng. Två kojer är inbyggda i korridoren som ger enkel åtkomst till det andra badrummet. Extra sängar finns i den stora bäddsoffan i familjerummet. Det finns TV-apparater och DVD-spelare i vardagsrummet och alla sovrum.

Alla lägenhetskomplex som ligger på Okaloosa Island är låga stigningar, vilket gör stränderna mycket mindre trångt än andra stränder vid Floridas kust. Vi är belägna mindre än två miles från Gulfarium, fiske peer och många utmärkta restauranger. Destin ligger 6 mil bort med många vackra golfbanor inom några minuter från lägenheten.

Terrible cleanliness, communication with the owner, and check-out.

The overall cleanliness was terrible (very dirty floors/bathrooms/bedrooms; linens with stains; dead insects; Bedsheet dirty and bad smell).The furniture (in the living room and beds) is in very poor condition.Poor quality bedsheet and utensils.The owner was at the apartment door about an hour before check-out time and at 10:00 am, he rudely told me I had to leave.

Very clean place…beautiful view and loved sitting on the beach with not having to worry about chairs. It was so nice to walk down and know you have somewhere to sit and relax We love okalossa island it’s so beautiful

Fantastic Place

This was our second time staying @ Waters Edge. Everything about this property is tops. The people we rented from this time were very responsive and friendly. Caretakers were great also. Had rough waters most of the week but was still a memorable experience for our family. We will definitely stay there when we go to Fort Walton again. Highly recommend Waters Edge and condo 204.

Nice room, beautiful view

The room was nice, little smaller than we’re used too but overall worked well for us. Traffic was NOT good coming in. City needs to address that issue. Lots of good places to eat!

Very accessible,well thought out

We were very impressed with this place. They thought of everything they could to make it comfortable, nice & easy to use. Everything in regards to the condo is very accessible to the beach,& pool. Feels very safe there with locking gates going to the pool/beach. Handy bathrooms near the pool as well. View is great, condo is spacious & accomodating to a large family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

2 Family Vacation

The property was absolutely perfect! Beachfront property. Beach chairs provided, attendant was very nice. 2 pools (1 heated) was great if you didn't want to be in the sand. Beds were comfortable. Owner was very nice, called to check that we got in ok. Already considering another trip back!

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view!! The condo was very spacious, clean, and accommodating for my family of 8. The owners were quick to respond with any questions I had. I will definitely considered booking with them again.

Family vaca

Our stay was from 8-20 - 8-26-23 we contacted the owner last minute to see if we could stay an extra day which he permitted. Our stay was so lovely and the condo was situated in a low key area. My family enjoyed the beach and the complimentary beach service and the pools were really nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and we had no issues with internet connection. Over all I would recommend 204 for your stay.

Perfect!

Everything was great. The condo was very clean and had one of the most beautiful views of any condo I’ve stayed at and I’ve stayed in hundreds. The beds were so comfortable. I slept like a baby. We will definitely keep this unit on our list of favorites.

Nice Stay at Waters Edge

We've stayed at this complex before, but first time in this until. Kitchen stocked nicely, beds were comfy. I'll never understand why a rental doesn't have dressers in all bedrooms so you can unpack. The small bedroom had 2 small rickety nightstands, but that was it. A dresser could go in the closet so there would be a place to unpack. Could use some updates, but overall a good stay

Great family beachfront property

I was a little apprehensive about the second floor unit having an ocean view. However the photos taken from the balcony were amazing. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. There was ample seating at the dining table for all our meals.

Great condo and location

The condo is in a great location! LOTS of room and beautiful view, clean and had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels, rags, and cooking utensils. There were extra blankets as well. Tv in every room. Short walk to the pool and the beach. The internet doesn’t work great, but we didn’t mind. Everything works as it should (washer, dryer, dishwasher.) We loved it and will definitely be back.

Great location!

Overall it was nice. This unit is very outdated and needs some freshening up but it was clean and did the job! It could use better outdoor chairs and a new couch. Steps away from the beach and gorgeous view! I needed more washcloths in the unit and they were delivered to me within hours of asking. Communication was prompt. We had a great time! Thanks for a great stay! 😁

The condo is located beachfront on the second floor with the Gulf of Mexico as your neighbor. Enjoy a morning walk on the white sand beach while the dolphins play in the surf. Swim in the crystal clear ocean water or in one of the 5,000 square foot swimming pools. Surf fishing. Great restaurants are located with 2-5 miles of the condo.
The condo unit also has a covered parking structure as well as a fitness center.
