FANTASTIC PLACE

My family stayed here and absolutely loved it. Space was perfect for a family getaway. We grilled burgers and chicken and loved having the pool to cool off in. Would definitely consider this property again.

Could be better

Property fine and location was good for us. Some issues such as no coat hangers which Vacasa refused to provide. Noise rules in the street were not adhered to and many street lights didnt work so walking in the evening was not easy or pleasant

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful vacation home and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The location was perfect - nestled in a serene area with breathtaking views that provided the ultimate relaxation. The amenities were top-notch; from the cozy bedrooms to the well-equipped kitchen, every detail was thoughtfully considered to ensure a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the vacation home was impeccable, which immediately made me feel at ease. The gate service was exceptional - the host was friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable. Overall, my experience at this vacation home was absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with all the comforts of home. I can't wait to return for another stay in the future!

Good place

Had a great vacation. Property was as depicted. Liked the clubhouse didn't like you couldn't bring water. I understand drinks but I don't like paying for water when I already have it. Don't forget your code or a pic or you can't get in. Rooms were nice i wish beds were not springy and wish it had one king in master but didn't kill vacation. It was easy to keep cool appliances were nice.

3 day Orlando trip

The beds in this condo were probably the most comfortable I’ve slept on at a VRBO. The water park area at the clubhouse was an awesome “freebie” for us after spending so much at Universal! We had drinks from the pool bar and ate at the clubhouse. Food and drinks were delicious. The only cons were, the master bath drain is backed up and tub fills quickly during your shower. The guest bathroom’s towel rack did fall off when we tried to hang a towel back up, but I’m sure these will be fixed. There is NO seasonings, like salt and pepper, so make sure you bring some. There’s a grocery store in the vicinity. I was able to DoorDash everything that I needed!

The wifi didn't work, and the pool heat wasn't included in the stay and (without my knowledge) needed 72 hours notice if we wanted the pool heater on. Otherwise, everything else was good and I would recommend this property in the future.

Great Place but Beds not so good

The place was exactly as advertised. The only problem is with the master bed. It was very hard and springs sticking out. My wife never slept in the same room as me due to the bed situation. We actually came home a day early due to this. The beds in the house need replaced. Everything else was as advertised and very nice.

Not what we expected


It appeared clean but was actually really dirty. Ants in the upstairs bedroom and multiple types of roaches downstairs. It made us leery of using anything in the kitchen so we ate out for every meal. The entry way was covered in spider webs, and patio/pool area was dirty with bugs and grass clippings. The pool had lots of stuff floating in it. In the pictures it looked like this rental had a small hot tub, but it doesn’t. None of the rooms have blackout curtains so you get woken up with the sun. The location is great and secure, but I know we will never be staying here again.

The place was nothing like the pictures, the bath tube, walls, floors, beds, sheets, towels, everything was disgusting, pool was really gross, mold in bathrooms, no cover in mattresses just a very tiny dirty sheet, the place is very unsanitary, unpleasant smell everywhere, the customer service was horrible, the Brno was helpless as well. We left the place in the same day, had so much stress trying to get relocated or refunded and they didn’t, we had to pay for another stay eith another vacation rental. Don’t go there, do t go with Vacasa or even bebo, they don’t help

Disappointment

Actually, the house wasn't like in the pictures. The coat, on living room, was too old and inappropriate to a rental house. The microwave had a tape in your door?? One of the beds was broked?? Our vacancy in this house was a totally disappointment and got my family and I very upset!! I don't understand why a house in Champions Gate doesn't have maintenance!

No internet and alarm going off

Was trying to work from the property but internet did not work the whole time I was there. The cords to the modem and for the cable were frayed and not properly installed. I could not of been the first resident that had that problem. I had to get a hotel to get on online. Also the alarm system constantly was beeping (took management two days to get it to shut off).

Mold, no sleeping in.

The size of rooms were decent. Smart thermostat is nice. Would be wise to invest in smart lock. Further issues with guest entry can be resolved instantly and remotely. Pool needs a better cleaning crew. Water is green. Pool had sediment at bottom. Hose was left out , mold / algae outside pool, late check in denied, parking limited. Mold smell was REALLY REALLY BAD. house needs Damp ridℱ and a decon team to get rid of mold smell. Downstairs bathroom fan was EXTREMELY LOUD & shook up the upstairs bedroom waking anyone at anytime it was used. Saturday morning the maintenance team rides in a EXTREMELY LOUD 4whl truck VERY early in the morning for trash or gardening or pool. Expect no sleeping in. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place.
