Close to everything and beautiful beaches. Staff was very friendly. The property was very clean, mild wait for elevators.

Great location!

Check in was smooth and easy, the kitchen was equipped with what we need, the ac was nice and cold, and the bed was extremely comfortable! No washer and dryer in the unit though - but you can pay to wash on site… all in all, Great property - walking distance to all the good spots - would definitely stay again!!!

Family Trip

My experience was a pleasant one. The ease of receiving directions to enter was excellent. The hotel was clean and welcoming. Everyone was so friendly in the area. We truly enjoyed our stay. Can’t wait until our next vacation!

I’m a chef and there were a few things missing in the kitchen that I needed. Silicone spatula, cutting board, baking sheet. I also work for a company called Landing so my eye and attention to detail may be more sharp than average. All and all we enjoyed about accommodations.

Great!

Everything was great! Pictures were exactly what the room looked like. Even though we were close to a couple restraunts, everything was chill and lowkey. The beach access was great.

Phoenix all suites west hotel

Great location. Very dirty. In hallways, elevator. Out balcony had drink spills on it. Felt the room was very old smelt damp musky. Was not clean very old and needs updating. Carpet in bedroom disgusting. I will not stay here or recommend this hotel ever again.

Spring break

Had a great time! Only downfall was they were working on the balcony during our stay so couldn’t be used during day hours and the hot tub was out of order. Everything else was great! Perfect location. And everyone great

Great location

The condo we had was right on the beach and in the middle of the Gulf Shores strip for lack of a better term. We were within walking distance of many places both to eat and shop. The low score for the condo was that two days prior to our visit, we got a notice that they would be working on the balconies. Little did we know that that would close our balcony from our room and the pool and Beach access.

Fifth anniversary getaway

Love the location right off of the beach. Everyone was friendly. Someone did throw a volleyball off of a balcony which almost hit us as we were swimming in the pool, other than that we had a great stay!

Second time staying at this Phoenix location. Perfect condo with what you need for a nice beach get away. Love the view of the gulf from the balcony!!
