1 King Standard Bedroom with Microwave, Coffee Maker Refrigerator and Toaster. All standard rooms have private balconies and a panoramic 180 degree view of the Atlantic Ocean and beach. Beach view is "ON THE BEACH" as in if you (jumped of the balcony you would land in it ((not recommended)). These are Ocean FRONT and Ocean View rooms. The Sea Vista Motel is located just 1 mile south of the town of Topsail Beach and is the last business on the southern end of Topsail Island

Great sunrise and sunset!

Great views of sunset and sunrise. Unfortunately there was no soap or shampoo in the shower, and no condiments for the coffee, but otherwise a lovely stay. We would definitely return.

Great location

This was our second stay here. The location is perfect. You can't beat the price, especially for the view. Love that I am able to bring my dog, as well. She loves the beach as much as I do!

Solid choice

The Sea Vista Motel is a venerable but comfortable choice if you are looking for a quiet, right on the beach stay. You must be prepared for the limitations of the far south end of Topsail Island. Be prepared to self cater as the grocery and dining options are slim.

Would not stay here again

The location was great in the aspect that it was a quiet area but also a pain being 20 minutes away from any store. There was mold in the shower that my wife cleaned herself. There was supposed to be some kind of surface to cook on but there was not one in this room. The beds were very uncomfortable. We left a day early.

You can watch the sunrise from bed. :-)

Great waking up to a view of the beach. The room had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out process was very easy. A great option if you're looking for a pet-friendly, ocean-front stay.

We loved the location of Sea Vista. The beach is very quiet and dog and children friendly. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. We’ll be back!

So peaceful! Dark so easy to sleep with oceanfront waves to lull you to sleep!

Wonderful to have full size fridge/freezer! Only 2 comments nail headboards to wall and toaster ovens great for week long stays.

Clean & Convenient

Enjoyed the stay. Property was clean, no old motel smell. Away from hustle and bustle. Few stores and restaurant in close proximity. Will come back again.

Perfect Ocean Front experience

We loved our stay. The Ocean was right in front of us, very nice room as it was described. Loved dining on the porch with food from very good surrounding restaurants. We will stay again, even though the beds needed upgrading and sheets were a bit scratchy.
