Vacation home with swimming pool overlooking historic monument

Located in an exceptional hamlet, next to a Cistercian abbey, the house benefits from great energy. It is made up of two communicating bodies.
First body: Kitchen, Dining room, living room, fireplace, bathroom with toilet, Two bedrooms on mezzanine, toilet with sink.
Second body: Small living room with TV and videos, Two bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet, staircase access to the cellar furnished with table football.
Heated swimming pool from May to September.

 Ideal for a family vacation. The house combines old-fashioned charm (natural trellis, cantou, old stones, original parquet floors, etc.) and modern comfort. From the swimming pool, it offers a unique view of the 13th century monument which gave our name to our small village.
Nearby, beautiful walks to discover!
For young and old, on site you will find a ping-pong table and table football.

Magnifique maison

Maison idĂ©ale avec une prestation + + que d’autres ne font pas. Piscine et terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur l’Abbaye. Gilles vient nettoyer la piscine 2x / semaine. Lisa qui nous accueille est au top. Et trĂšs comme communication avec la propriĂ©taire.

Lovely place but not ideal if you have small kids children .

We had a lovely time at the property especially the pool . Amazing view of the Abbey . Just a few things to the homeowner that they should think about . The house was comfortable but each rooms should be provided with a fan . Access to the pool from the house , the stairs from the house to the garage are very unsafe , to deep and not wide enough , extremely dangerous for kids.. The pool covert should have a better system. But overall it was a charming house .

le calme à proximité des lieux touristiques

Excellent séjour dans cette maison de vacances parfaitement équipée et à proximité des lieux touristiques de Dordogne et du Lot. L'accueil et la communication ont été trÚs faciles avec les propriétaires et Lisa, qui était présente à notre arrivée. Tout est fait pour que l'on s'y sente bien, nous avons passé une semaine à deux familles et l'espace était parfait pour huit! La piscine était fortement appréciée lors de notre séjour. Je recommande ++ cette maison!

SĂ©jour en famille a LĂ©obard

Nous avons passé 2 trÚs belles semaines à Léobard. Maison trÚs spacieuse et trÚs agréable dans laquelle nous nous sommes sentis tout de suite bien. Et les extérieurs sont magnifiques, notamment la piscine avec l'abbaye en arriÚre plan.

bon emplacement pour découvrir le Périgord

l'accueil le dĂ©part et l'assistance technique super sympa, la maison est situĂ©e dans un hameau, route peu passante sous la piscine, et rue cotĂ© table extĂ©rieure, la maison est parfaitement propre, la cuisine un peu petite mais bien Ă©quipĂ©e, les salles d'eau aussi, il y a mĂȘme un lave-linge, les chambre du rez de chaussĂ©e agrĂ©ables donnent vers l'abbaye, celles sous le toit sont plus chaudes, la literie est de bonne qualitĂ©, plein de jeux Ă  disposition, le salon extĂ©rieur et la piscine sont accessible par l'extĂ©rieur, si on veut boire un coup il faut tout amener du haut et ensuite ramener, on entend et voit un peu la route dĂ©partementale 673 situĂ©e Ă  environ 300 m, nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour Ă  visiter le PĂ©rigord
