Stor 3 rum och kök i centrum av Juan Les Pins. Lägenheten har också en liten balkong med utsikt över havet (bara!) Lägenheten är 100 meter från stranden, 10 minuters promenad från järnvägsstationen och 15 minuters promenad från centrum. Lägenheten ligger på en endast 2 minuters promenad från den vackra sandstranden, nära till affärer (bageri, deli, vinbutik, restauranger, snabbköp) och Juan Les Pins centrum med barer, restauranger på stranden, underhållning, kasinon, etc . Förutom att vara idealiskt beläget för en avkopplande strandsemester i lägenheten är också en stor knutpunkt för att utforska omgivningarna, Antibes är en kort biltur eller tågresa längs kusten och staden Nice (med dess internationella flygplats) är ca 30-40 minuter med bil och 30 minuter med tåg. Du kan också utforska vackra byar som Mougins och Valbonne som kan nås bekvämt med den omfattande bussnät lokal. För barn finns det också gott närheten som Marine och vattenparken i Antibes och Parc Phoenix i Nice. Fantastic location, so close to everything, 2 mins walk from beach, 5 mins walk to shop and train station. Chris was excellent in his communication from the initial booking to checking out. Perfect location to visit other neighbouring areas in French Riveria all easily accessible by train. Highly recommend this property

Great location

Very nice apartment, perfect for families. Fully air-conditioned, everything available what is needed. The beach is within a minute walk, all restaurants and stores within 2 minutes. We had great two weeks and would choose the apartment again. Super location!

Perfect Family Getaway in Juan les Pins

recently had the pleasure of staying in a charming 4-room apartment in Juan les Pins with my family, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The apartment is wonderfully located just a short walk from the beach, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing seaside holiday. The space itself is incredibly spacious, comfortable, and immaculately clean. Each room is tastefully decorated, providing a cozy yet welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The living area is bright and airy, offering plenty of space for all five of us to unwind after a day at the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, making it easy to prepare meals if you choose to dine in. Traveling with three teenagers, we particularly appreciated the apartment’s proximity to local attractions and amenities. Not only is the beach just minutes away, but there are also numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. We enjoyed exploring the charming streets of Juan les Pins and discovering its vibrant atmosphere. Très bonne expérience

L'appartement est super, bien équipé et bien situé. Les hôtes sont au top et très à l'écoute. Accueil chaleureux, tout est mis en oeuvre pour se sentir bien. Le seul bémol est l'absence de parking à proximité. Juan-les-pins à imposé des parkings payants sur tout la ville. Il nous a donc fallu payer un parking privé 60€ la semaine et situé à 2km à pied de l'appartement ce qui rend les déplacements difficiles si on souhaite visiter la région. C'est donc idéal pour les personnes qui voyagent en train ou qui ne souhaitent pas visiter. Merci à Chris et sa femme pour cette semaine.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un mois dans cet appartement très agréable. Le host était très gentil, très facile à contacter et toujours prêt à nous aider (nous avons un petit problème de wifi du cote de Free qui a été bien résolu), l'accueil très agréable!!! L'appartement est spacieux, avec tous ce qui est nécessaire pour les séjours courts et longues, la cuisine est très bien équipée. L'emplacement est superbe, 7 min à pied de la station, 3 min de la plage, supermarché à côté. Tous était très propre et en bon état, même si certaines meubles n'étaient pas très neufs. Le seul inconvénient pour moi était le bruit de moto et de voitures surtout pendant la nuit, donc attention les gens qui ont le sommeil léger

Had a great long-term stay!

My friend and I stayed at Chris' flat for over clise to 4 months while we were doing a semester of university in Antibes. The flat was tidy and had all the essentials we needed... furniture, cooking equipment, towels, etc. The location is quite good - seconds away from the beach and a little walk away from the bustling part of Juan-les-pins. The few problems we had during our stay were quickly addressed. This flat is great for short-term and long-term stays. Thanks Chris!!

Lovely stay!

We had a lovely stay at Chris's place. The house is very close to the sea, it has a nice living room with sofas and TV, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need if you want to cook something. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, drying rack. Beds are comfortable. Communication with Chris was always helpful! Recommended!

Lovely apartment close to the beach

I really enjoyed the property, very close to the beach and this is so convenient when you have young children. You can find plenty of small grocery shops within walking distance. The apartment was clean, very spacious and has all amneties that you would expect. The host was very lovely, always available to help when required. We will definitely go there again.

Not best for long term stay

Upon arrival the apartment was filthy. I had to go out and buy all the cleaning supplies and the ones provided were not sanitary to use. Then I had to spend a whole day cleaning the apartment. I did reach out to the owner and he apologized and said he would reimburse me for items that I needed to purchase. Some issues were supposed to be delt with by the property manager and I waited around a whole day for him and he did not reply until the next day. In mid summer this place gets extremely hot, and dirty bc you need to have the doors open. I believe the only benefits were how close we were to the train and beach.

The 3 bedroom apartment In the South of France

Thank you Chris, our stay was nice. We only needed a bare apartment and that is that is what we got in a quiet little sea side town. Clean Kitchen, Clean room and when we had any problems it was a quick fix. Thank you.

Great Stay

We enjoyed the stay. Chris met our request for a high chair for our child as we were there a month. It was hot so we bought and left a fan in the unit. Nice view of the sea. Near the beach. Streets and trains are loud but we got used to it. Thanks Chris.

Perfect stay during Euro 2016

Appartement rénové et bien situé dans le centre de Juan Les Pins

L'appartement est assez spacieux, bien agencé, rénové et très propre. Il est bien situé (proche de la plage, du centre et de la gare) mais un peu bruyant (simple vitrage). Nous avons été très bien reçus par les propriétaires.

Perfectly located apartment

I would highly recommend this apartment firstly because of its perfect location: 3 min walk from the sandy beach of Juan Les Pins, 5 min walk from all supermarkets (Leader Price, Casino & Spar), also very close from airport bus stop and the regular buses from the region. Regarding the apartment, it is a spacious newly renovated place offering a new kitchen, bathroom and rooms. The owner is reliable and willing to help and make of your stay a good one. If I had the chance, I would indeed rent this again.

Newly renovated apartment with a good location!

I recommend you staying in this apartment because of : - really good location ( really close to beach, shops, restaurants, night life, bus and train station 5 min away) - everything in this apartment is newly renovated and clean ( rooms, kitchen, bathroom) - It has 3 bedrooms ( In each room can stay 2 people) I really liked staying here not only because of apartment's good condition, but also the landlord is very friendly and provides everything you need to make you feel good!

Nice apartment close to the beach

Had a very nice stay at this apartment. It was clean and had a newly renovated shower room and kitchen. The apartment is quite big and has three rooms plus a tv-room/ dining room. From the balcony you have a small view of the sea and a 1 minute walk down to the beach. From the apartment you have a 5 minute walk to the center of Juan les Pins and several food stores just a few minutes away. The owner is very nice and reliable. I would rent this apartment a second time

I am biased but the South of France is the most amazing place in my opinion. To be able to swim in the Mediterranean with the backdrop of the Alps is hard to top. Juan Les Pins is a great seaside resort and my flat is within walking distance to everything you could possibly need. The flat is very bright and spacious and is very close to the beach. Everything is included to make your stay as perfect as possible.
