Camelot Condo with a great view

Camelot is a 20 year old Myrtle Beach high rise that is in pretty good shape. The room was VERY CLEAN and being on 6th floor parking was just outside door. Owner worked with me giving us a late checkout and did his best to resolve entrance door lock problem (we were locked out for about an hour). Overall would stay again.

Convenience is everything

This condo was a perfect place for our family to stay as we combined a couple days of rest and relaxation with moving our new student into Coastal Carolina.

Labor Day Vaca

Great location, liked that parking was near entrance of condo. Resort is a little dated and could use some freshing up hear and there but we did have a good time overall.

The condo is just as pictured online - updated and very clean. The view is amazing and the proximity to activities was great. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Girls week

The condo was fine for 3 people but wouldn't want more. The patio was very small and 4 people could barely sitfit. No room for a side table or anything. Had a great time and loved the location.

Nice Condo, Great Location, Beautiful View!

Condo was, cozy, clean and spacious with plenty of room for 4 adults + 2 kids. The location was perfect and the view was spectacular. I highly recommend this unit.

Clean, beachy, beautiful

Easy to find. Great view. Good location. Spectacular place. Very clean with ample kitchen supplies, beds, and space. I loved staying here. It felt like home - safe and cozy. Pictures say it all. Brian is easy to work with.

Great stay!

My family stayed at Camelot a few years ago. The property is in a great location. We decided to check out VRBO and found Brian's listing. All I can say is stay in Brian's condo versus the "Camelot" rooms. Not that Camelot's rooms are terrible, they just show their age. Brian's condo is very clean and modern. The furnishings (TVs, dishes, trash bags, linens, washer/dryer, etc.) made our stay awesome. Very easy to check-in and out. Without question my family would stay again.

Beautiful Views

Good setup for up to 4 people, perfect for 2! Very clean and functional setup. The parking garage is tricky because there isn’t much room for 2 way traffic and somewhat blinds turns. The property grounds need some TLC and maintenance.

Great View!

Our family of 4 stayed at this condo mid-August. The size was perfect for the 4 of us. The condo was bright and clean and stocked with everything that you need. The owner was very responsive when we had a question and the check-in instructions were very clear and the process was very easy and went smooth. The location was nice as you can walk to a lot of restaurants and shops. The pool was nice and the pool bar an added touch. The only recommendation i would have for future is to add a small rug as you walk out/come in from the balcony so the extra sand isn't tracked into the condo when you come back in from the balcony.

Beautiful condo

Loved the condo it was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and contained everything we needed (except food) to make it feel like home. also, the weather was perfect!! Location was nice with Boardwalk, restaurants, and shopping all within walking distance. Our only issue was with the resort itself. Pools/hottubs and grounds were dirty and poorly maintained. Wooden tables and chairs are left out and are very wobbly causing safety concerns. Grassy sunbathing area was more like dead grass and dirt which turned into mud on your feet if coming out of pool or from beach. And was on bottom half of all lounge chairs. :(. Hopefully resort issues can be resolved in near future and should not reflect on Condo owner Brian who was very easy to deal with and with his beautiful condo made our vacation so memorable. Thank you Brian, hope to make this an annual event.

Disappointed

Had an uncomfortable and disappointing week staying in this condo unit. On the good side the unit was clean, the beds were comfortable, the views incredible, and it is in a great location. But the good news stops there. The problems were: the master ensuite bathroom/shower faucet was unpredictable. Had to run the water up to 5 minutes and it stayed cold, while other times it became warm. The vanity sink faucet in the main bathroom leaked from the stem and filled the vanity countertop with water every day, The finish on the bottom of the oven is worn away, The front door security knob does work, the dishwasher does not dry the dishes, the wifi is not secure, its a hackers heaven as you do not need a password and can access most of the other units on the 6th floor with no passwords. Inside the kitchen cupboards are in need of a clean. And now for the worst part of our stay - we found cockroaches everywhere. In the kitchen cupboards, inside the dishwasher, on the kitchen countertops, on the ceilings, in the bathrooms etc... There is a can of cockroach spray and bug killer under the kitchen sink with cockroach traps placed under the kitchen sink and around the condo living room. We wont be going back.

Great Myrtle Snow Bird Stay

Wonderful condo. Beautiful sunrise every morning. Great location for bars, restaurants, and boardwalks.Only issue was that you had to run the shower water to get hot water. Great condo owner and very responsive!

Adequate but needs updating

The location was great...easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. However we felt the property is older and is just tired. The master bed was comfortable. I would recommend getting a new couch and sitting chairs....very uncomfortable. We also had to run water for several minutes before there was a hot shower.
