Beautiful Vacation Spot

This home is a wonderful family vacation spot. Very roomy, the pool is great, and good proximity to beach and shops. The hosts were very responsive and gracious. We would absolutely come back again.

Nice house in a great location

This house has a great pool/hot tub and backyard setting. Short walk to the beautiful beach. The house is beautifully decorated and the bedrooms are all spacious and kitchen is fully stocked. The kitchen table is large and can accommodate a large group. We really liked Dan the property manager. Very nice, attentive and great to with. The location is perfect for walking to many restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend this home!

What a fantastic vacation! We came with adult children and my 1.5 yo grandson. Beautiful home and had all the amenities we could ask for. Location is perfect. Trolly stop directly across the street. Shopping and restaurants close enough to walk. We were a little concerned with the baby and the stairs to house but once we checked in we were calmed with the gate at top of stairs.Pool was the perfect size and private even though on a busy corner. We were at home 4th of july so a little noisey that night but to be expected and not much after. To have a bath for each bedroom was so appreciated! Loved the bathroom by the pool! So convienent! A little buggy at the lower level bar but we bought some citronella candels and much better. But honestly we sat on the beach and at the pool the entire time. We will definitely book your beautiful home in the future...thank you for your hospitality!!!

Amazing all around!

CabAnna Maria was absolutely amazing! From a fantastic location, so clean, easiest walk to the beach and having literally anything we could have needed for 7 adults and a toddler - we were so impressed and can’t wait to come back! The very few questions and minor things we needed were addressed immediately by the wonderful hosts. Could not recommend more!

Great location!

Great stay on AMI! The location is excellent, well stocked and great communication with the hosts! Loved the pool and short walk to the beach!! Great beachy feel throughout and the cabana is a great touch! Beach supplies are great and enjoyed the corn hike on several occasions. Just something to be aware of - there is only one dedicated parking spot allocated to the unit. We were able to park another vehicle on the street in front of the house so not a big deal unless you need to park midday when the beach is busy. Great stay!

Amazing Oasis!

CabANNA Maria is nothing short of amazing! The house was perfect location to shops, restaurants and on a beach access road. The house had EVERYTHING you could need or want for a vacation week. It was comfortable, clean and supplied with so much! The outside space was incredible and so relaxing. Owners so responsive and helpful but honestly we didn’t have to contact them for much since the place was so great! We will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect location

The house is perfectly represented online, but even better in person! The furniture & beds were extremely comfortable, along with everything you need -including shampoo!- and a great outdoor area with awesome pool. Add to that, that the beach is about 5 doors down, well, what more could you want?! We had 6 adults & 2 teenagers and there was plenty of space for us all. We would definitely recommend & hopeful to stay again someday ourselves.

Perfect Vacation Home

This house is outstanding for a family vacation. We were 4 adults and 3 children. The owners obviously know what people are looking for when sharing a home with extended family and provided everything that was needed to make it a perfect week (they even provided perfect weather). First, the location couldn’t get any better. A quick walk to the beach, a beautiful pool and hot tub, and walking distance to an amazing little town that has everything you could need for vacation, especially an evening ice cream stroll. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this house to all our friends and family!

Fabulous Family Vacation on AMI

The house was brand new, spotless and beautifully decorated and outfitted for guests. The pool and cabana area are very private and absolutely perfect for lounging and grilling (although you can hear some traffic on Gulf Dr.). Less then a block to a pristine Gulf beach and every possible amenity available for guests (chairs, umbrellas, bikes, kayak, you name it!). Incredible responsive and welcoming owners with great recommendations for things to do on the island. We hope to be back again!

Stayed with Rick and Sylvia in March 2023. Couldn't say enough good things about them or the property. Everything you could need for the house, peach or pool was there which was huge with 3 kids. Third vacation to AMI and this will be the first property that I rent for a second time.

Excellent location, amazing hosts!

The location of this property was hands down the best we could have had. We stayed with our friends and had several other families we were traveling with nearby. Our house was centrally located and less than a minute walk to the beach. It quickly became the hangout for all! The house was updated, clean, and had all of the beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, etc. that we needed. Bikes were also included. Finally, the hosts, Rick and Sylvia were amazing. So kind and generous. They had many suggestions for us while sataying there, and they even made us pizza a few days. Such a great stay!

Perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at "CabAnna Maria"! As many others have mentioned the house is just fantastic in so many ways -- so comfortable for our family, nice layout, and they really have thought of everything. The pool was great and we spent much of our time there throughout our stay. Location is great -- at the end of this short street is a small bridge that walks you right over to the gulfside beach, just steps away. We saw manatees and turtles at the beach. You're also close to Pine Street and many options for restaurants and ice cream nearby in what seems to be a quieter part of the island. Above all RIck and Sylvia were simply wonderful hosts, checking in on us and so helpful and friendly. They truly care about making sure you have a fantastic and comfortable stay. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Trip!

The location of this house is less than a block from the beach, which is so convenient - we didn't have to pack up for the whole day and shuttle everything plus people to and from the beach as we had done in the past. This home was perfect for our group of 7. It had everything we needed, and was the first beach home that really felt almost as comfortable as my own home because it was super clean. The kitchen was well stocked - we ate breakfast and lunch at the house every day and went out for dinner at night. The pool, spa and cabana with the bar and TV was so nice to have in the evenings. The owners were very responsive when I had questions, and when we arrived and heard a smoke detector chirping - they immediately came and fixed the issue. Overall, the property is well cared for - beautiful, updated, clean and well thought out. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing home on Anna Maria

This home on Anna Maria Island was incredible. First of all, it is in a terrific location- a very short walk from the beach and also close walking distance to many great shops and restaurants. The beach that it is near is beautiful, turquoise water and white sand- we saw turtles and manatees on the beach. From walking up and down the beach, it always seemed to be the most uncrowded stretch of beach in the area too! The house itself is amazing. It was perfectly clean, the beds were very comfortable, the linens and towels soft, the dishes, appliances, pots and pans, blenders etc all seemed new and were in perfect condition. The pool and hot tub were great- our kids loved the pool and it was always the perfect temperature. There is even a bathroom on ground level by the pool along with a cabana room that we ended up using a lot while our kids played in the pool. The house was so well equipped with outdoor toys- multiple bikes that we used to explore the island, pool toys, beach toys, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets etc. there is even a wagon to transport gear to the beach. We loved not having to rent bikes and kayaks or run out to buy the things we needed for the beach. The owners of this property have thought of everything and were helpful and kind in their communications. I highly recommend this property- it is a gem!
