Denna vackra lägenhet med 2 badrum ligger på bottenvåningen i byggnaden 400 vid Seaside Beach och Racquet Club i Orange Beach, Alabama. Denna enhet är främre viken. Den NYA ÄGARE har gjort några fina uppgraderingar i hela lägenheten.

Köket är fullt utrustat med allt du behöver - ta bara med dig mat! Den har nya bänkskivor av granit och ryggstänk. Mellan köket och barområdet finns gott om sittplatser.

Boområdet är mycket öppet och soffan dras ut i en bäddsoffa. Vardagsrums-TV har uppgraderats till en 60-tums platt-TV.

Det stora sovrummet är mycket rymligt med en king size-säng, 43 tums smart platt-tv, liten kassaskåp för dina personliga tillhörigheter och ett privat sovrum med badrum. Och glöm inte den vackra utsikten över skjutdörrarna i glas som leder dig till din uteplats.

Gäst sovrummet har en queen size-säng, 32 tums smart platt-tv och gott om förvaring för dina personliga tillhörigheter. Det finns ett komplett badrum precis utanför detta sovrum i korridoren.

Nice location, cute, clean condo and resort grounds. Nice supply in kitchen and extra games. Would definitely recommend! AC locks at 68 but didn’t seem to stay very cool inside.

Peaceful and quiet

Location location location!! Walk out the door and bam pool! Walk a little more and boom sand! Forget something inside no problem just walk right back. Large spacious interior with plenty of room. Large king size bed in master. Fridge with ice and water in door was a pleasant surprise, saved from buying ice all week.

Convenient and comfortable

This place was perfect for my family. With it being on the ground level, pool and beach access were so convenient and easy. The beds were comfortable and the place was properly stocked to cook and prepare meals. I would definitely stay here again!

Beach trip

Beautiful, clean & comfortable. However, the "high" chairs on the patio (not those in the photos) were difficult for us short seniors to negotiate. Also, the motion-sensor patio light was obnoxious with its on-off-on-off-on depending on what we did. Despite these problems, I'd stay here again!

Great Location!!!

You cannot beat this location! You are steps from the pool and beach. We were traveling with a 10month old and it was perfect for her to play on the balcony/patio. (There is a fence around the pool directly in front of the patio.) When we went to the beach you are so close there is no need to drag a wagon we easily carried a cooler and a beach bag and rented chairs right on the beach. Left our stuff when we walked up for lunch and came back for the rest of the afternoon. We stayed in May and the parking lot was never full - easy short walk carrying the car seat back and forth every time we left. The condo is in a great location!! All the restaurants we visited were a mile or less from the condo and Walmart/Rouses/Publix were also right down the street. The condo has everything you need and the kitchen appeared fully stocked. We only used the coffee pot but we easily could of cooked in if we wanted.

This place is a GEM!

We loved this condo! We have three young kids ages 6 and under and this place was absolutely PERFECT. To start, the parking lot is SO close to the front door being on the ground level that unpacking was a breeze! The back patio door is steps away from the pool (securely locked, with hedges all around) and then just a few more steps to the beach boardwalk! We didn't even bother to pack food for the beach because it was just so convenient to come back to the condo to eat lunch. If we forgot anything-no big deal-it was a quick trip back to grab. We cooked three out of our four nights for dinner and never lacked any cookware. The condo was super clean and Candice and Chris were excellent at communicating to us when the pool was (very briefly) shut down. We arrived to Orange Beach earlier than expected and messaged them on the app when we were done grocery shopping and they replied literally in less than a minute that we could check in a little early because the condo was already ready for us. The only "con" for us was that the second guest bedroom bed is a little high. We just put pillows around my 6 & 4 year old and no-one fell out, so just know that if you stay here. We could have easily put them in the king bed (which was much lower to the ground), but it all worked out. Overall, 5/5 stars-I would not hesitate at all to recommend this place to anyone looking for a family friendly beach condo!!!

Beautiful

Beautiful condo that walks out to the beach and pool, what else could you ask for? The only recommendation I have would be a robotic vacuum to help with the sand that gets tracked in!

Easy access to beach and pool

Great location and easy, walk-out access to beach and pool. We had nice view of ocean from the patio. The unit was nicely updated with well-stocked kitchen and new appliances.
