On the ground floor:
- a living room with sofa and television
- a fitted kitchen equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and Senseo coffee maker
- a shower room + WC
Upstairs:
- a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed (upstairs)
- a bedroom 2 on the mezzanine with a 140 cm double bed
Courtyard with outdoor furniture and an awning + a plancha grill.
Access to the shared swimming pool: open from June 15 to September 30.
Free parking space in the residence's reserved parking lot.
End-of-stay cleaning and linens are not included in the rental price. Contact us for rates. Upon collection of the keys, two deposits will be required: one of âŹ800 for the accommodation and one of âŹ100 for the end-of-stay cleaning.
Pets are not allowed.
