Outside, this property is a true oasis with a beautiful fenced garden where you can enjoy moments of relaxation. There is a swimming pool open from 01/06 to 01/09, as well as outdoor spaces with sun loungers, umbrella and table and barbecue, perfect for pleasant summer evenings. Relaxation area with outdoor sofas in the loggia.

Inside, the house offers bright and welcoming spaces. The comfortable living space is perfect for relaxation, complete with TV. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare delicious meals.
