Detta Àr en utmÀrkt rymlig fristÄende villa med 4 sovrum med egen privat pool och stora solterrasser med grill, i en vacker kuststad kallad Bolnuevo. Dess mycket nÀra till Puerto De Mazarron. Med sin miles av sandstrÀnder och marinor.
Vi har varit Àgare för den hÀr egenskapen sedan 2006 Ätnjuter fina solsken fyllda familjesemester sedan. Det har takflÀktar i alla rum för att hÄlla kylen med luftkonditionering enheter som hÄller loungen och köket och 2 av de 4 största sovrummen har luftkonditionering. Villan bestÄr av 4 sovrum, 2 rum med dubbelsÀngar, en pÄ svit och 2 rum med enkelsÀngar, sÄ det kan vara idealiskt för 2 familjer att dela. Den har ett fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin, tvÀttmaskin, kyl och frys, mikrovÄgsugn med keramik gasspis och spis. I loungen har stereo och satellit-tv. Det har ocksÄ 3 bad / dusch rum. Villan har ett tak solerium för soldyrkare med utsikt över bergen. Fastigheten ligger 5-10 minuters promenad frÄn vackra sandstrÀnder med alla bekvÀmligheter inc strandbarer och resturants, och den berömda Bolnuevo erosioner.

Staying in mazarron

We know the area well and always look forward to coming back properties to rent here are now few and far between the villa we stayed in was a little dated could do with a bit of a makeover but beds were comfy not to much kitchen equipment only one saucepan plenty of hot water but not many electrical plugs and one was hanging out of it socket the pool was great but some of the tiles on the bottom of the pool were loose and many of us cut our toes on them although the children loved it and also the Bahia beach altogether not a bad holiday

A well designed and spacious villa in a great location with good privacy

We have just enjoyed 2 great weeks at this villa. The service from the owner and the local agent Sue was top notch. They are both very professional and very helpful. They even gave us some free extra air conditioning credits after we got stuck in the villa for a few days due to my son getting a dodgy stomach during a heatwave. The villa felt like a home from home. Plenty of space for everybody both inside and out. We spent many hours together on the porch area just outside the main living room through the patio doors. We also enjoyed a couple of barbecues at the barbecue next to this area. The pool was a very good size with plenty of space for swimming due to it being the same depth throughout. Plus the basketball hoop was great fun. My wife and I stayed in the downstairs bedroom. This connected to the downstairs bathroom which had a door to the pool area. Great for early morning dips in the pool. Due to the design of the villa it always has some areas of shade and some areas of sun throughout the day. Whilst it is very close to the adjoining properties it remains very private as one of the properties is fully screened off and the people in the other property have put up curtains and blinds on the upper floors that stayed in place all the time. But they seem quite friendly as they returned the ball we accidentally knocked over the high wall between the properties. The villa was well equipped with plenty of kitchen equipment and great water pressure. The TV was excellent, with access to Amazon TV, Netflix and Kodi. The location of the villa is excellent too. Being an easy walk to the excellent Cafe Colonia and the local Dia supermarket. The pick up point for the road train to Puerto de Mazzarron (next to the post box, you can buy a return ticket for 3 euros per person at the campsite reception) and the superb beach front are only 10 minutes walk away too. You do not need a car. Another positive for us was that the villa was not overly decorated. It was clean and welcoming but we did not feel like we were staying in somebody else's home and there wasn't too much to get accidentally damaged. The electrics did cut out from time time time but that is just how Spanish electrics seem to work and it was easy to reset. The villa is showing a few signs of age (some small pool tiles coming off) but nothing serious and nothing that affects your stay. In summary, we loved it here and we are already planning to come back in 2 years time.

La maison est super propre et fonctionnel et bien grande sur deux niveaux, la climatisation était un grand plus ,la piscine était propre aussi , assez grande et bien entretenu ,plein de plage à cÎté ,la plus proche est a10mn a pied Communication avec le propriétaire et l'agent qui gÚre la remise des clés rapide. Das Haus war top, der Pool super, die Stadt klasse, die Region herausragend! Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, einzig die Einfahrt ist etwas knifflig. Der Pool Service war pĂŒnktlich und sehr gut. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig. Der Strand ist nur 8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und sehr schön. Danke Steve fĂŒr den schönen Urlaub

TrÚs agréable séjour en famille.

Villa trÚs agréable pour 8 personnes avec 3 salles de bain. L'emplacement est idéal dans un quartier résidentiel calme. On a passé un trÚs bon séjour, alternance de visites et de belles plages. Nous recommandons.

Lovely stay - the weather was excessively hot so the air con was a great relief. The pool is a good size and very nice to lounge by. Bedrooms are spacious so does not feel cramped at all. Nice location for the restaurants & our girls enjoyed cocktails at the Oasis bar in the evening - right at the far end of the beach. Small supermarket at the bottom of the road catered for all our needs and the Donor kebab place opposite the campsite did surprisingly good vegetarian take away. Tourist train up to Puerto Mazzaron is a must & comes back quite late so good for restaurants.

Zona muy tranquila

Los chicos han disfrutado mucho de la piscina. Las dos habitaciones dobles tienen su propio cuarto de baño. Una de ellas estĂĄ situada en la planta baja con salida directa a la piscina desde el cuarto de baño. Es ideal para tener mĂĄs independencia. Íbamos buscando una zona sin bares ni locales de ambiente para que nuestros hijos hicieran vida familiar y nosotras estar tranquilas. Objetivo cumplido. La playa es de piedras, no de arena. Imprescindible escarpines para entrar al agua. Hay cerca calas donde admiten perros, si alguien viaja con mascota. Es un sitio para estar tranquilo que es lo que buscĂĄbamos y disfrutar de amigos y familia, charlas y barbacoa. Por poner alguna pega, los mosquitos nos han acribillado... pero eso no es culpa del alojamiento. El dueño sĂșper atento y agradable, al igual que la persona que nos recibiĂł a la llegada. Vecinos muy tranquilos, se descansa muy bien. Aire acondicionado en la habitaciĂłn de la planta baja y en todas las habitaciones ventiladores de techo y auxiliares.

Magnifique maison dans un quartier calme, mais proche de tout. Communication agréable et efficace avec le gérant Péter et une Susan qui gÚre notre arrivée , la bonne tenue du séjour d'une efficacité exceptionnelle. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour ... a tout les conforts disponibles dans la maison ,donc la climatisationt et la piscine entretenue parfaitement Avec une eau cristalline.

Hemos pasado unos dĂ­as fantĂĄsticos!

Muy bien todo, en general: la ubicación excelente, la casa amplia y con todo lo necesario, la piscina genial, la barbacoa... Hemos pasado unos días fantåsticos; la casa estå ubicada en una zona tranquila cerca de la playa, en la terraza se estå genial al atardecer, la piscina nos ha dado mucho juego tanto a los niños como a los adultos. La casa tiene de todo, a destacar: aire acondicionado en varias habitaciones, es espaciosa y tiene lo necesario para unos días de vacaciones divertidos y cómodos. Estamos muy satisfechos. Por comentar algo mejorable, a la casa le falta algo de mantenimiento: con un poco mås de limpieza y reparación de un par de cosas sería un diez. Muchas gracias a Steve, que ha sido atento con nosotros. Muy contentos.

casa de sueño en Bolnuevo

viajamos dos familias(pareja y dos niños + pareja y niños) y la casa es muy cómoda fueron todo facilidades por parte del propietario. Estaba muy limpia y lista para su uso. La piscina, corta distancia a la playa, barbacoa, amplias zonas alrededor de la casa y la posibilidad de tener la casa con aire acondicionado hicieron nuestra estancia inolvidable y sin duda en nuestra lista a repetir. Recomendable 10/10

Mountain views, beach down the road and a spacious, well equipped villa to boot!

Very well located villa with just a short walk done to the beach front. Bolnuevo is less tourist and more Spanish and long may that continue - enough restaurants to choose from without it being ‘touristy’ - the villa has good indoor and outdoor space with a sizeable main living area and good air con to keep you cool. Pool is large enough and we had great fun shooting hoops from the pool into the basketball net! Very accommodating check-in/out staff did all they could to help us and everything we found was as per the listing (which isn’t always the case!) Slight issues with power surges tripping out the electric but always sorted itself within a few minutes and who doesn’t expect this from Spanish electrics...... Overall I would highly recommend the villa and the location.

Very comfortable, secure and private. Short walk to beach and facilities

We had a great stay and the villa is well equiped. There is TV via internet with a wide selection of channels and also box sets and films. There were times when it suffered from buffering issues but overall a nice addition to the Spanish TV normally available. The pool was also good. It has a uniform depth of about 4' 6". The only downside was my wife used it less as she had difficulty climbing up and down the ladder, there are no roman steps for easy access. Thank you Dave and Jules

Great place, great house, great pool

Just spent two weeks at Steve's place in Bolnuevo. We - all 8 of us, two couples with kids - had a wonderful time. The house is almost perfect, in a very nice and peaceful neighborhood with spacious bedrooms, a tiny but practical kitchen, a nice living room and space outdoor for the kids to play. The pool is definitely a plus and, believe me, is much bigger than the images suggest. On the down side, just some minor details, like the hypersensitive electrical switchboard - a tradition in spain... -, some aging kitchen utensils and electrical appliances - we left some extra knives and forks, and a small new coffee maker for the next guests -, and two of the four bedrooms without AC. All in all, we had a great time and... we'll probably be back.

Bolnuevo is the perfect location if you want to get away from it all, relax & unwind. Home to a delightful 1.5km (1mile) sandy beach with many bars & restaurants running parallel on the main road, there's beach bars on the sand, so a cool drink is never too far away. Bolnuevo is well known for its sandstone pillars shaped over a millennia by sand carried in the wind. These sculptures are either known as 'The Enchanted City' of 'The Bolnuevo Erosions'.

Until around 50 years ago, Bolnuevo was a quiet little fishing village that bordered Puerto de Mazarron. Small boats were often launched from the long beach and nets were laid in the beautifully clear waters along the shore. Such fishing still takes place locally. The village has slowly grown into a holiday destination, popular with English, German,French & Spanish families alike - especially in July and August. Bolnuevo during the year can be host to many different events such as; sardine festivals, fun fairs, bike enthusiast rallies & sometimes beach parties where live DJ's & other bands/singers perform well into the early hours.
