Great weekend trip

Quiet location, close walk to everything. Beach access just down the road. Unit was clean and well kept. Work out room was dated. We had a great stay!

Peaceful getaway

I was very impressed with this property. Very quite. Felt like we were the only ones in the condo. Wonderful views of the bay and close to everything. Only problem i had was that i couldnt stay longer. :)

Friends beach trip

We loved the property. The corner unit gave us a beautiful view of the bay and partial of the ocean. Very comfortable, quiet, and easy to access. We plan on returning.

Relaxing with a beautiful view.

Since it was a cold weekend we spent it inside. The condo was beautiful, comfortable, and warm inside. The view of the Sabine was gorgeous.

Nice location

Perfect place, quiet family oriented beaches. The only issue we noticed was the lights over the stove flickered while I’m use. It was reported and hopefully everything will be repaired in this condo. We really loved our stay here.

Perfect Location!!!

The location was amazing!!! The unit was well stocked the beds are comfy... The only downfall is that the dining table had small ants that got inside our dinner and we had to throw it away. But overall very nice...

Great place!

My family of five adults had a great stay at this property! There was plenty of space in common areas for us to hang out together. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms were great. We ran into some minor plumbing issues, but the property manager Donna was incredibly quick to respond! On top of helping us with this, she was so kind and welcoming and gave us local tips about a Blue Angels beach buzz on the day we arrived. We enjoyed the location that was a little outside of the touristy area, but close enough that we could still go to restaurants and shops when we wanted to. We drove each time and never had issues with parking. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great place but needs some work

This place has alot of room. Great location. Unfortunately the direct beach access right across the street is closed off, so it’s a little walk or drive for the other access down the street. The few complaints we had: The living room furniture needs replacing as it is quite worn. The beds are super uncomfortable- very hard. The place overall has a musty smell and there is mold. No exhaust fan in the main bathroom which would definitely help. If they could get those things taken care of, I would give this place 10 stars for sure. Management was super friendly, arriving was very easy. The kitchen has everything you need. They even have beach essentials provided (chairs, towels, cart, cooler, etc). It was a very quiet place, never heard the neighbors.

Great Location & View

This was my first visit to Pensacola and this condo was centrally located to great restaurants and shopping. The property manager was very thorough and responsive. A few of the walls and ceilings could use some touch up paint and the front door mat was missing a corner. Just some aesthetic items that would make the place better for me. Plumbing fixtures in the bathrooms are antiquated and take some adjusting to get the water flow going from the shower heads. Also, there isn't a closet in the second bedroom. We were only staying 2-1/2 days, so it wasn't a big deal, but something to keep in mind if you're staying longer and don't want to use the closet in the other bedroom. Overall though, I would recommend this unit.
