We have nothing but great things to say about this property. Wonderful property, super clean, perfectly located for an Oaklawn visit. The owner is awesome to work with and is a great communicator. We highly recommend!

Quaint Holiday Stay

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and spacious. It was in a fantastic location. Lori was a wonderful host. She made sure we had everything we needed and answered any questions promptly. We would highly recommend staying here and will be hopefully returning in the future.

Fantastic Property!!!!

This mid century home is absolutely pristine. The house is maintained by very caring owners and was extremely well equipped and clean. You can walk to the races! I will 100% be staying here again. I almost want to give this no stars just so I know it will be available the next time I come to Hot Springs!!!

Perfect location close to Oaklawn

This is a cute house that is the perfect size for families. There is a cool firepit area out back. I definitely recommend this VRBO. Also be sure Rockys for good pizza. Phils restaurant is great fir breakfast. Both are in walking distance.

Family get together

Great weekend!

We had such a great weekend. The house was great and so close to the racetrack! We took the owners up on the seats at Oaklawn for a little extra. The owners left us some yummy snacks and were wonderful on communication.

Location, Location, Location!

Lori's house is within walking distance to the track which was amazing! We go with a group of friends every year and so far this has been our favorite location. There is a cute backyard patio which we used often. We had a wonderful trip and stay!

Excellent location for the track! Super clean and excellent host.

Lori is extremely quick in her response and very accommodating. We had zero issues from check in to check out. The house is spotless and is located as described. We will be back for another stay.

Family Vacation

We loved it. It was nice, clean, & worked great for us. Thank you for having plenty of bath towels, extra pillows, & a washer & dryer. We had to get used to hearing the floors creak when others were trying to sleep though. (LOL) One suggestion would be to ask your neighbor to the right (looking at the house from the curb & who has a dog) to replace some wooded fence panel(s) that are missing. Dog was aggressive & surprised us a few times by charging the fence & barking. Thank you for helping us have a wonderful family vacation.

A Dream Come True
